Extensive breakfast menu, dog friendly. Coffee was ok - flat white was quite bland, dishes are perhaps a bit over complicated. Overall a good place to meet friends with friendly service

Great to be back here, but for dinner this time and not their bottomless brunch! We chose from the £22 starter+ maun menu, sharing scrumptious starters and loving our mains (I had the aubergine and sweet potato curry). We were well looked after by Lou as well. Thanks for taking great care of us!

We visited the restaurant today for lunch as a party of 6, with a reservation. The front of house staff was brilliant, however our waitress has been incredibly rude from the beginning. Food took over 1.5h to arrive and was just disappointing. We ordered couple of mezze boards alongside other starters, seeing how food was taking much longer than expected to arrive I’ve asked for more bread (there was loads of bits and olive oil left on the platter) only to be ignored by the waitress. Only once we were served the mains I was asked if I still would like more bread .. overall after visiting the Soho branch (which is fab!) I was looking forward to trying out the LB and the place was disappointing.

Our waiter - Sab(?) - was great!

The menu was overpriced. The poached eggs were badly undercooked (for everyone in our group) showing they don't know how to cook eggs this way. While the staff were polite and nice, the service time was awful. We had to ask for water 3 times over the course of 25 minutes before it arrived. We kept having to remind them about our drinks (our food arrived and we ate it before we got our drinks). There is a discretionary 14% service charge which is higher than the average 12.5% in London despite the service times being so bad. The toilets were not very clean and there was no toilet paper in any of them - we had to ask the staff for it which shows how often (or not often) they check the toilets. Was really looking forward to trying this place out, I won't be returning.

We’ve always loved this place and the food, especially the fried chicken with French toast—it’s a favorite of ours. However, this time, our experience was overshadowed by poor service from one of the waitstaff. The male staff member was not only rude but also careless, mishandling the plating while serving us in an unnecessarily aggressive manner. On the bright side, the second staff member, a kind and attentive female server, was a true gem and the only reason we decided not to remove the service charge. For a brunch spot that usually delivers such a great experience, this was disappointing.

Been here a few times, we came for brunch without reservations. Lovely ambience and great service, plenty of healthy options for food, the poke bowl was delicious!

Despite making a booking we waited over 30 minutes to be seated as no tables were ready. They also charge for tap water which is unheard of. And despite all this they still automatically added a 14% service charge and try to get you to tip even more when paying through their online system

Just wanted a speedy snack and they accepted that and served my quickly with no fuss. Thanks!

Not too bad, but expectations for Australian breakfast and coffee are much higher. Coffee was …not specialty let’s say. Food is overpriced and quality is not bad, but not amazing. Ok-ish overall, but won’t come back.

We only had coffee, so i have no idea about the food. Perfect venue for a first date. Service a bit slow because they were busy but nice background music.

I’m not one to complain but this portion size for £20 is absolutely not worth it. Tasted great but felt a bit short changed with the serving size. Coffee was also pretty good.

Food tastes fine to be fair, and the potatoes were amazing BUT way too small portion for £18 (The English breakfast). The coffees were dreadful, espresso extremely weak and an Americano watery, didn’t even drink them. Asked for a bottled still water, and they brought a bottle of tap water saying it’s from filter and that’s the only bottled water they have. Also could do with some music, was seated at the basement area and no music was playing, was giving spoons vibe.

Below basic “cafe” I booked a table for two for a brunch/lunch on Sunday and I must say I was disappointed. Ordered the french toast with chicken. Which came initially with burned chicken and the second time my french toast was not properly cooked, it was still eggy. Unfortunately, didn’t have the patience to send it back again and wait 20 more minutes. We asked for the desert menu when we asked whether the brownie is gluten free we had to wait 15 minutes for the gluten free dessert menu despite initially telling them know. Other than that the service was the best part of it. In conclusion, I left the place with a slightly upset stomach (most probably the raw eggs in the toast) and a big disappointment. Will not come again

Exactly what we needed, 5/5 service, 5/5 food, 5/5 environment. My girlfriend and I was started to get frustrated whilst trying to get seated in a venue for brunch, it was starting to eat into our plans for the day! We walked into Lantana, it was almost full. The man on the front desk didn’t turn us away and made an accommodation for us to get in whilst explaining they have bookings in shortly after us and we wouldn’t be able to have a too much time. This suites us perfectly! We had searched for 45 minutes already so a quick in and out was just what we needed. Coffee & Food arrived within 10 minutes and we couldn’t have been happier!

Very disappointing. A £3.50 long black coffee ended up costing £4.99, took 15 mins to arrive and tasted pretty unpleasant.

Lovely spot for brunch. The mushroom Benedict and the smashed avocado and tomato were absolutely flavourful and delicious. For me it's just slightly overpriced for the portion that you get. The service was attentive and quick. It was a nice experience. Recommended.

Met a friend here for lunch. It wasn't that busy but food took very long time to come. They offered free coffee because of the delay, but we'd already had drinks whilst we were waiting and we didn't have more time to have the coffee even if we wanted to. If your constricted to time, like we had 2hrs for lunch which should have been more than enough time, then don't count on having your meal comfortably, as it came out late, was rushed to eat. Food was OK, city prices I guess, perhaps might have been better off getting something from stalls at borough market and hanging around there. They took a 14% service charge and an extra pound for food bank charity. No problem about this but it's bit cheeky to take this considering delivering below par service.

Amazing experience in every way. This place is very busy so make sure you book a table, there was a queue till the door when we came even with a booking! But it makes for a great, busy atmosphere. The food is absolutely divine; flavourful, well portioned and fresh. The coffee and cocktails are a must try. We were served by Dhahiro who gave us excellent service. Our water jug was constantly filled without us needing to ask and she consistently checked in on us so we were very well taken care of. I would come back just for that! Highly recommend.

Fue por el brunch sin fondo que se anuncia como ilimitado durante 90 minutos. Muy flojo en la recarga y 25 minutos antes de que se cumplieran los 90 minutos teníamos vasos vacíos (solo teníamos 3 vasos cada uno en ese momento). nos dijeron que no se les permitía abrir otra botella de prosecco y tuvo que consultar con el gerente. Además estaba limitado a 1 botella por persona. No teníamos forma de tener 1 botella cada uno . . tal vez 1 entre 2 ! La comida era promedio. No volvería. Malgasto de dinero. Además, te piden que uses el código QR en la mesa para autopagar - ¡te cobran por hacer esto!

I've had a great time at Lantana London Bridge with my friend. The staff and the service are outstanding, they really looked after as. I love the brunch menu and their vegetarian options. The Juices and hot drinks are perfect to go alongside the food. I would definitely recommend visiting this branch.

Came here for a work lunch and really appreciated how many gluten free options there were! Staff seemed clued up about celiac/coeliac and were willing to take extra care to prevent cross contamination. Delicious and I really appreciated the service! Would come back.

Vine aquí para el almuerzo sin fondo para nuestros amigos dejando do. Llegó a la 1. 15 y todos ordenaron mimosas sin fondo. El servicio era increíblemente lento y tuvimos que seguir pidiendo que nos recargaran las gafas. Esto habría sido aceptable si no molesto, pero luego esperamos una hora y 15 minutos para un plato. Otras dos mesas llegaron, fueron servidas y se fueron antes de que pidiéramos nuestra comida. Eventualmente nuestras comidas vinieron, sin disculpas reales y luego para añadir insulto a la lesión cuando pedimos un poco más de jugo (jarra diminuta) entre nosotros 4 nos cobraron £ 5 y nos dijeron sin fondo solo incluía una jarra de jugo! ¿Qué? También nos cobraron un 14 % de servicio (por lo que £ 30 ) que nos negamos a pagar y acordamos pagar solo el 10 % (ahora lamentando haber aceptado pagar eso para ser honesto) . Muy decepcionante y caro y una verdadera pena. Terminó costando más de £ 220 para 4 personas por un plato y un par de vasos de Prosecco. La comida sin embargo era deliciosa.

Awesome little example of Australian Coffee culture.

Llegó a las 6. 15 pm para una cena temprana, pedida inmediatamente pero 40 minutos después, no hay comida a la vista a pesar de preguntar después de 25 minutos, para lo que la respuesta fue "solo otros 5 minutos", que no fue el caso de ninguna manera. La experiencia más decepcionante y frustrante. No volveremos.

Service charge at 14% is excessive

The team at Lantana are so wholesome! My wife, 11 month old daughter, and I were made to feel so comfortable. Great coffee, absolutely amazing food. Keep up the good work y’all

Used to love the food at this chain but I won't be returning due to their self pay app which charges 14% discretionary service tip, then asks for additional tip for your server (with the server's name and avatar so you feel guilty for not doing so), then charges 50 pence for YOU to pay by the app which we were told we had to use. Took twice as much time and effort for the customer vs the usual way of politely calling the server over when they're ready and asking for the bill. (She was hanging out by the register and could easily have done so.)

Solía encantar este restaurante, que ahora ha ido seriamente cuesta abajo. Fuimos a comer el domingo en un grupo de 4. Dos de nosotros pedimos un Aguacate Poke Bowl, después de haber sido asegurados repetidamente que no había chile o especias en el plato (ambos tenemos una intolerancia al chile). Los otros 2 pidieron el desayuno vegetariano completo y el Benedicto de Hongos. Los 4 platos llegaron muy rápido y ciertamente no se habían preparado frescos. Más preocupante fue que el Poke Bowl claramente contenía chile – rotunda y repetidamente negado por la camarera que nos aconsejó que lo que podíamos probar era el kimchi encurtido! Después de continuas negaciones, finalmente se ofreció a traer una alternativa, pero la calidad de las otras comidas se veía tan pobre, además de que mi boca estaba ahora en llamas, así que me negué. Más tarde descubrimos que el menú de Lantana describe el tazón de poke como si contuviera aderezo de sésamo gochujang – ¡sin que yo lo sepa, el gochujang es un chile coreano! Afortunadamente, estábamos lidiando con una intolerancia en lugar de una alergia, en cuyo caso habríamos estado en serios problemas. Desde entonces he enviado un correo electrónico a Lantana London Bridge GM (3 veces) y he llamado para verificar su dirección de correo electrónico y dejar mi número de teléfono - y no he oído nada. Quizás no debería sorprenderme que el personal esté mal entrenado, sea grosero e ignorante.

One to remember, we had such a gorgeous breakfast here. The staff couldn't have been nicer and the food on top of that was delicious, also so nice to have a bit of a unique menu to taste We will return.

Great little spot. Stopped off for a coffee and it was delicious. I've had coffee in Melbourne and I know they're very proud of their coffee making credentials, but this was just as good. Amazing work. Friendly smiles and a positive attitude, what more could you ask for at 9:30 on a Tuesday!

I came for brunch but my vegan was breakfast was lack lustre and very dry. For the money I will not be returning.

They didn’t have some items in the menu available, food arrived so late and wasn’t very tasty, they offered free desert without us complaining which is nice, but then they didn’t have some deserts from the menu either.. I don’t think I would go again.

Not so sure what all the hype is about. Place is booked and lots of people. ( it’s really really noisy btw with a 100 screaming toddlers ) But food was mediocre… had the full veggie breakfast. Mushrooms were dry and tasteless, sausage was the cheapest vegan option you can get, chewy and weird, spinach was also watery and overcooked. Potatoes didn’t taste much different than the frozen ones from Lidl. Tomatoes were okey. The 4,5£ avocado extra is just cubes of already darkening avocado, nothing fun or yummy bout it. Gluten free bread option was also really sad. All that for 30£ Oats only vegan milk option ? I’m sure it could be more variety than that. Salmon bowl was burning spicy. Avocado toast also nothing special…. Curious as to why people come here, wouldn’t come twice unfortunately. Service was really friendly and nice, that’s why it’s 3 stars and not 1.

Wow, great food! Really good. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. But when it came to paying the bill, they took 10 minutes to get to us. In the meantime, I got impatient and paid online. Online, they put a “discretionary” service charge of FOURTEEN (14%) PERCENT. lol Okay I think so maybe that goes to the staff. Although, the staff should be pretty well paid considering it’s a so-called B Corp. What does the B stand for? Brazen? Because then, after having no way to remove the service charge, I’m asked to tip the staff. What?! What is the point of the service charge? Get your act together Lantana. You’re better than this. It shouldn’t cost me any money to pay the friggin bill, so if you’re going to effectively coerce me into doing that by being slow to bring me the bill, don’t charge me for it you thieves! Great food though, thanks.

Have been here for brunch many times and always enjoyed it, however, we went to Lantana for lunch on Thursday and was a little disappointed. I think it was just fine for what we paid.

The food itself was very tasty however the service was quite slow and our portion sizes were much smaller than they should have been. It was my first time here so I didn’t know what to expect but the waiter commented at the end that the portions were small and removed the service charge from the bill. Although a gesture non the less it didn’t really make up for it to be honest. I’d rather have just got the full meal at the right size instead of going home hungry…

Featuring: - the saddest looking poke bowl with the smallest piece of dry salmon in the world for £27 - the waiter basically telling you you have to eat it cus they can't make a better one - seriously understaffed - having a fee to pay your bill - unusually high service charge of 14% for subpar service and food - asking for a tip on top of the service charge Being an expensive brunch place is not necessarily a bad thing but if you make it expensive, you also have to make it good. This place definitely screams profit above anything else, don't waste your time.

Pay directly to the server and not through the QR which adds a fee to your bill. You pay a % fee already on bill, so it feels like a scam to be asked to pay the bill and pay a fee to pay the bill. The food was mediocre and overpriced. Service from server was good but the QR payment is ridiculous.

Unfortunately did not get to try as they gave a party who arrived after us our table.

Excellent menu with lots to choose from. Food was tasty we had a mushroom truffle flat bread and a salmon poke bowl . We enjoyed both. We also had a wonderful ròse and tea. Service was friendly and efficient.

Such tasty brunch! Really delicious and will definitely go back for lunch/dinner as options looked amazing. Such amazing servers too, so friendly and helpful. Only thing is prices are a little high but as expected really. PLEASE bring back the tiramisu French toast!! It’s like the only one in London I’d be the most frequent customer ever.

Fusian Asian food, although restaurant is Australian....perhaps it reflects the areas around Australasia. We purely ordered mains, but we're still hungry, suggest you order a side dish to complement if you aren't getting a starter or pud. I intend to return.

very good food, although a bit overpriced imo! nice staff, they took care of me very well and were very attentive. atmosphere was quite nice, but some customers thought it would be great to literally scream at each other during their conversations. they were talking so loudly that it was very annoying and hard to relax. maybe staff could say something in the future.

Unfortunately we left really disappointed by our brunch here on the weekend – the three of us felt our meals were below average, and we were charged 14% for very ordinary service. We had been a few years ago and it seemed like the quality had deteriorated since, while the prices had soared!
