When I wanted to pay, I realised that I had left my card in the office and I just had cash on me. I went and asked the manager if I could pay with cash. He said unfortunately I can't because Itsu is cashless. But he said, "Don't worry, today your sushi box is on us." Thank you !

Had my lunch today at Itsu More London branch. The service was phenomenal and the food was absolutely fantastic. I will definitely come back to eat here again.

The service is fast and excellent. I had my dish around 12:50pm, and the shop was packed. I didn't expect that the service would be this fast. I have joined the que, and after paying, my dish was ready immediately.

This is my favourite branch of Itsu because of the excellent customer service I get from Larisa. I couldn’t believe that on my second visit she remembered my name and what I had bought before. I always go here directly after my gym, and despite me limping or being super tired, she always looks after me! The food is the amazing fresh selection that you expect from Itsu. The shop is always immaculate and a massive thank you to Larisa

Proximity to national & local train services makes this a great place to stop for lunch while travelling. Entire restaurant is at street level - no ramps or stairs. Push-pull style doors at the entrance. Outside seating only, usually very shaded with a breeze coming from the Thames. Inside area is open plan but rather cramped, which may be a problem for those needing extra space (wheelchair users and autistic/anxious people) or when the restaurant is busy. They serve hot and cold Asian food; avocado and other ingredients/allergens in the platter foods are clearly marked on a paper ticket on the shelf, and the wasabi/ginger/soy come in a separate packet each. Like all itsu restaurants they are cash-free, meaning card or contactless payment only. You can order by talking to staff, or at a self-service kiosk. No customer bathrooms. Friendly staff. A little bit expensive compared to other options, but this is a high-quality restaurant chain in London so it is to be expected.

Would prefer more people at tills instead of scanning your sushi on a machine, but at least the sushi still tastes good.

This is a very inexpensive fast casual Asian fusion style restaurant. It’s some sushi, some udon, some potstickers, and more. There is curry, and something similar to pho. There isn’t much seating, but the ordering is very simple. On a screen and then the food is made and you pick it up on the counter. Lots of vegetation options

Everything delicious and uncomplicated. The sushi and dumplings were amazing and everything was pretty cheap. We really enjoyed taking the delicious food to the banks of the Thames and eating there.

My favorite hot food near our office. I always feel warm in my heart when I could have a hot noodle soup after work. Staffs here are very friendly and kind. The food of Itsu let me feel the delicious and warm like in my hometown of China.See you!

I went to London with my mum and my sister mollie I went by the train I think London has amazing food places for eat for lunch You have the best sushi in the whole wide world I enjoyed trying out your sushi today with that yummy savoury sauce I liked your drinks too That place is spot on Your atmosphere is incredible And your service is very good not too bad Your food is very delicious You get a 5 stars rating for lovely food lovely service and an a lovely atmosphere Your staff are kind and friendly and helpful I definitely recommend anyone to try out this place because they have great sushi to try

a lovely place to hang out with you friends on weekends. This place is so lovely and cheerful. I visited it for only few hours with my friends but had an amazing time there,a perfect place to relax. You can also grab fresh flowers and food from here. The place is clean, and vendors are friendly.

Door says they shut at 8. Waited 10 mins for half price and then told it's 8:30 as it's on website. Thanks for wasting my time.

Don’t order from the menu if you in a rush. I guess I was unlucky this time as the person behind me got his order before me. The server forgot that I also ordered gyoza and then said that I would have to wait even further. I got a refund from the nonchalant staff. Also I had said I needed a bag and I was eating take away but I had to remind him that I needed a bag.

Good lunch options for sushi have both vegetarian and non vegetarian options here. Service is fast and it is very close to my office so it was easy to grab lunch here and go back to the office and eat this. I have regularly been here for lunch with my colleagues.

Sushi is very low quality. Benefit from this is that sushi from ANY other place will taste nice if you're used to itsu. Some of their other dishes are okay. Staff generally ok

Cet établissement de la franchise itsu est situé idéalement en plein coeur de la City londonienne. J'ai acheté quelques sushis pour mon déjeuner et ils étaient plutôt frais et bons. J'ai reçu avec ma commande toutes les sauces que je désirais, c'est un bon point. Le seul défaut c'est le prix demandé, c'est un peu cher.

Loved the Asian salad with tofu. Ordered it 3 times while I was visiting the area. The rest of the family enjoyed their meals as well including the Thai chicken which was hot and the sushi.
