I happily say that franko manka pizza is best pizza ever. I go there so many times this restaurant provides high quality's survice .our server is Eva she is really nice .I love that place.

For a quick meal in Bermondsey the pizza is excellent. Last time Blo served us, with impeccable service and sympathy.

Last night I went to go franko manka (Bermondsay ) with my family. Their food quality is very good and their service is also very good. I Specially liked Eva's service. She is very polite and smiling . I recommend this Pizza restaurant .we are really enjoyed there.

Just visited here and the manager (Erika) was super lovely, best service I’ve received from any restaurant in years! She was very attentive and focused on every little detail to make sure I was impressed. And don’t get me started on this bad boy pizza over here. One of the best pizzas I’ve had in my life. I will definitely be visiting here again with some friends and would strongly recommend visiting this branch.

I’ve just moved from Sydney in Australia and haven’t experienced great hospitality in the uk yet. Until now. The atmosphere was amazing, the food was amazing in particular no. 8 pizza and the nibble trio of which was recommended to us by Eva and I would just like to say that Eva was particularly helpful and a joy to talk to.

Worst chain restaurant ive ever had the misfortune to eat in…chicken salad with grey chicken..tuna salad with cheap tinned tuna and the waitress even admitted none of the food us fresh its as processed out of wraps and tins..so beware going to this place on the back of other reviews

Always a good experience going to a Franco Manca, this is an option close to tower bridge but prices are fair. Nothing special about sourdough bread pizza here, they're generally tasty. The house lemonade is quite good, worth trying. We went quite late yet were served quickly so thanks to the staff here

Unhappy serving staff. Pizza was served cold initially and thankfully replaced but was still extremely salty.

Mediocre pizza with very littlw vegan cheese. First dish we got was cold, asked for a hot one (seems reasonable) and got another one which was lukewarm. Salad on the side was small and expensive. Service was awful. Do not recommend.

Probably the best pizza I've eaten, using sourdough, all fresh, excellent 👌 Also, their own lager 'No Logo' is superb, great service, that Italian flair is wonderful, makes you feel right at home..👌👍👏

Delicious pizza and desserts. The staff is extremely nice. If you are looking for a great Italian food in London, visiting this place is mandatory! Sometimes it might be difficult to get a table since the place is very popular, but it's definitely worth waiting.

Crowd pleaser, very tasty pizza at reasonable prices. Recommend the potato and stilton, or chorizo option! You can get a bottle of prosecco here for less than £30.

We reached very late when restaurant about to close but Eva helped us. She gave us really good service with smiley face.

Amazing Italian pizza ; love the simplicity and the food

Everything was outstanding except for the pizza. Maybe we were there at the wrong time but the pizza was mediocre at best. Soggy, little flavor, buffalo cheese was just ok. With so many great options nearby I don’t think I will be returning.

My heartiest thanks to Eva at the Bermondsey street branch for making us feel so welcome and warm. She really looked after us this evening! The two pizzas we ordered were fantastic! I don’t think I’ve had a better Negroni anywhere. And ofcourse-the chocolate hazelnut cake and caramel pecan cheescake were the perfect finish.

Went here for a birthday and it was lovely. Really nice food, not too busy during in the afternoon, and drinks were great as well.

My son and I had lunch here and it was absolutely lovely. The pizza was amazing and the service was really good. My son says that pizza is now one of his favourite foods.

An amazing dining experience. Dounia made some excellent recommendations and made sure we enjoy the most our lunch. Recommended to anyone who fancies true Italian food and experience.

I have no complaints. The food and service was excellent. As for the pizza, the dough was soft and slightly crunchy, the tomato sauce was delicious, and the salami was good and spicy, the caramelized onion added that extra nice flavor to it.

I ordered two pizzas for me and my daughter and they came undercooked and cold !i was cery disappointed as we usually dine here .I can see in a recent review pizzas are left by the front on top of a bin…disgusting ! I left feedback but nobody responded to me.

Good pizza on sourdough. Unfortunately, the music was so loud that it was impossible to hold a conversation. We escaped elsewhere for dessert. Too bad.

I wish we had found this place sooner. Pizza is superb and vegetables are bursting with flavor. Burrata and buffalo cheeses are so good!

Came here for dinner tonight, and whilst the food was good (the halloumi pizza was rather bland though), I was rather shocked and disgusted that the takeaway orders were placed on top of a bin, in full view. Glad this wasn’t my dinner. Definitely won’t be ordering takeaway from here.

Got a burn pizza They are not so fast and very unispired

Not the best pizza I have ever had, it was below mediocre, place was not clean, there were spiders webs near where they gave me a table. Service was not terrible but it was poor. Visited as a solo diner, they made me feel welcome, found me a table and I was able to order quickly, the food was delicious as always, hot, fresh and so so good. Staff were friendly and overall vibes were relaxed and pleasant. Prices are good for the portions and I would highly recommend.

Inconsistent service otherwise all good

Popped in for dinner for the second time this week, pizza no.s 7 & 9 chosen on this occasion, plus a bottle of sangiovese. All delicious, ingredients and flavours putting many other pizza houses to shame. Waiter Stan is both a gentleman and a scholar.

Very friendly and very quiet restaurant. Very good food at a good price. The children's menu.. unbeatable (quality, quantity and price!)

Went to 2 other bars on the same street which we didn't receive any service in, just funny looks. We walked into Franco Manca's and received the friendliest service before we even sat down and the longer we stayed the better it got! Pizza was delicious, everything they say it is and more! Server was awesome 10/10 if we lived in London we would definitely be back.

Our meal wouldn’t have been the same without Stan. Great guy, great chats, and great taste in shoes. Highly recommend visiting this branch to have a pizza but mainly because Stan will treat you like Kings and Queens. Thanks Stan and we will be back (in my wallabies)

We came to Franco Manca - Bermondsey street, for a last min dinner. We were served by the amazing Stan, who was so friendly and accommodating. The pizza was absolutely divine and so was the negroni! It’s not very often you get a waiter who goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and welcomed, so this branch is worth visiting just for him. Thank you Stan, We will be back!

2024 Update to a 6 year old review: I love this place. Have been coming here many times over the past 2 years, and was always happy. Thank you. --- 2018 Pizza at Franco Manca is good, but this particular place needs more staff or something. Waited for the table in an empty restaurant for 10 mins, then waited to be served for another 15 mins. Decided to leave as a manager of the place was paying more attention to giving a performance rather than serving the customers.

I been on Saturday , was so busy the restaurant !! Nice atmosphere and sooo good pizza!! The service was just amazing and friendly with the manager ALESSANDRO , he help us with the menu and he suggest me to order the FRANCO ‘s FAVORITE pizza !! (Just AMAZING ) I will back for sure !!!

As anyone who knows anything about me knows, I am a big fan of Franco Mancas. Massive. I've visited branches in Leeds, Liverpool, Bristol, Manchester...and now London. And this one didn't disappoint. Tucked away just a stone's throw from Tower Bridge, we were greeted with open arms. The service was excellent and the menu wide ranging and relatively cheap, I thought. It always is at Franca Mancos. Love it here. Just love it. My boyfriend and I shared a simple yet highly effective margherita pizza and some sort of Italian flatbread - the name begins with F, I believe. Foccachia? Excellent place. Cheaper and better than Pizza Express.

Came for a very late lunch/ early dinner - Allesandro and the team were so friendly and accommodating, fantastic service could not fault. Food was 10/10 (as always) but the staff were stand out

I've always loved this place and the pizzas are always good but the last time I went the service was really not great!

The food and the service were actually very good. But my salad was advertised with roasted walnuts as one of the main ingredients. After a long search I did finally find something that fitted the description. Even though it was microscopic I enjoyed it. Especially after the challenge of the hunt.

The starters were enjoyable and pizzas were all set at a good price. I was very impressed by Thomas who was not our main server, but was friendly and checked in on our table’s needs.

Went in for a pie and tiramisu. The venue was very lively for a Friday night. Staff were plentiful and attentive. Pizza felt as though it had been sitting for a while, otherwise I would have rated it 5 stars. Would certainly go again.
