I went along with family for a birthday meal and had a great time. The food was awesome and the service was outstanding. The meal was quickly served, staff were very attentive and looked after all our needs. Holding the door open as we left was a very nice extra touch. I have been several times now and it is now a place of choice forever more.

Food was amazing and great the service was good. One negative was we were not told how the all you can eat works. You are charged everytime you request more food. Not all you can eat.

Fantastic food and great value for money

Visited for the fifth time and noticed they seem to be expanding, now focusing more on the food. The place was busy with a nice atmosphere. We ordered the picanha medium rare it might have been closer to that if it had been rested properly instead of coming straight off the grill, but to their credit, they kindly cooked it a bit more upon request. The server mentioned we were “lucky” as the steak was fresh from that morning personally, I don’t think that’s the kind of information guests need to hear, as it raises questions about freshness and expectations. We also ordered the red from Puglia, but unfortunately, it wasn’t enjoyable it was overly dry and possibly corked, so we couldn’t finish it. The staff could have been more attentive, as we had to remind them a couple of times for things. I’d suggest having one more person on front-of-house to help manage the flow. It felt a bit pricey for what we got.

Really poor experience tonight service was terrible staff not engaged one bloke playing with his hair. No sign of food hygiene. Food was awful paid £35 each for undercooked starters meat that cost less than a few pounds certainly not butcher quality sirloin as on display you have quality product shame we don’t receive it. Beef skewers were burnt on the top and almost raw at the bottom. I would happily paid for 4 people If the quality was there shame it wasn’t Would not recommend avoid unless they realise how bad it was and change

If you are a meat lover, Fine Cut Steakhouse is a great place to visit and enjoy the delicious food and delicious drinks especially Picanha and caipirinha. I have been there for lunch a few times and I always had an amazing experience. Highly recommended.

Okay steak, but staff pushes cheaper items to fill you up, and doubles up on what you order. Even got a bunch of things we didn't order. Several items we ordered never showed up, even after prompting. Service was quite slow at times, taking a good 10 minutes to get a second beer (in an empty restaurant). The food tastes between ok and good, but accounting for the errors it's nowhere near worth it.

There are a lot of strange and disagreeable reviews being posted by other customers, picking on very peculiar complaints. If you don’t want the rodizio option, then just order à la carte… The meat is fantastic. The sides hit the spot. The cocktails are excellent. And the wine is excellent value.

Fun, friendly experience at Fine Cut. Enjoyed the atmosphere and set up inside a butchers. The owner was very welcoming and friendly, explaining the menu (although a new member of staff was confused about how the all you can eat deal worked). We shared the all you can eat Rodizio, which was good value and more than satisfying. The meat was good, although not fantastic quality, and arrived a bit slowly and erratically at first. If you were being cynical, so as to fill you up on sides first. But very good value. Excellent wine at great price and nice cocktails too. Would definitely go back, especially with a group.

Food was nice but we arrive at 16:30 (half hour before our book time so didn’t expect anything until 5). The first bits of food didn’t arrive till 18:00, had to chase the steak multiple times, eventually got that at 18:20 and the rest didn’t turn up. Was no point getting the all you can eat because there was not enough time to actually try what you wanted. Also, the waiters were constantly banging into our chairs when we were sitting down. They did say they had problems with their system, but considering it was a set price, all you can eat venue, it would have been easily rectified by the waiters asking if we wanted anything or chasing things up. Unfortunately , they didn’t, we had to chase them. All a bit of a shambles really.

Tastes just like my mum’s. Legit picanha steaks and delicious sides. Highly recommended!

I had a horrible experience at the place, we didn't have a wide variety of meat as it says in the ad, the meat took a long time to arrive and when it arrived it was all hard and raw, my wife ordered fried chicken which took a long time to arrive and when it arrived she couldn't eat it because the chicken had feathers because it wasn't cleaned well, I don't recommend this place to anyone at all, waste of money and get angry

Food is really good but experience was bad. If you order rodizio it’s not an actual rodizio experience. All the meat comes at once in a huge quantity and if you don’t eat everything you have to pay extra charge 15 pounds per person. And you cannot take it home either so they have to throw away. You either have to eat everything that they put in the table otherwise its going to be a very expensive experience. They didn’t even ask us how we would like the meat or if we want certain quantities of each thing.

Food was great, they really do know their steak. Friendly service - not from the area but if I ever found myself there again I would seek this place out.

Wonderful experience, delicious meat and amazing quality food. My wife had selected skewers with side dishes and I had premium meat, which I recommend only if you are really hungry because there is a lot of food, lots of food, remember that, lots of variety. The owner was very polite and served us very well. I hope you enjoy your experience.

This is a great hidden spot in Bermondsey. I had the ribeye steak, and it was cooked to perfection. I will visit again for the all-you-can-eat menu.
