Ordered the "all you can eat" option. Food was good, but service was very slow and it felt as if the staff was trying to play the game of giving you as little as possible for your money

Just ate at fine cut and cannot be happier. The food was outstanding with everything cooked to perfection. As a table of 7 we went with the £32.99 all you can eat option and after one round of meat skewers and sides we were done. Couldnt help but order some desserts tho. The chocolate and coconut cake was to die for and the passion fruit moose was so light and full of flavour. The staff are all so friendly and helpful. CAN NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE ENOUGH A MUST GO!!!!

Amazing food and staff, everything we had was delicious, the best Brazilian restaurant I had in London so far. The rodízio takes a bit time to come but we still have plenty of food and time to eat all we can. My number one Brazilian restaurant in south east :)

As a Brazilian, I'm very disappointed. The service was extremely slow, we were ignored most of the time, they struggled to give us tap water and our order was never complete. Food was average. You'll get a lot of chicken and pork. Maybe one piece of picanha each. There are other options for rodízio if you are looking for a better cost benefit. The place is also very warm and stuffy. Overall, I'm just disappointed that this place is representing my country.

Absolutely appalling experience at Fine Cut Butchers tonight! Waited over 20 minutes for a table despite empty seats. Food arrived very late and incorrect. Ordered high-quality cuts, received what can only be described as mystery meat - gristly and tasteless. Service throughout was practically non-existent. Best brazilian restaurant in London. Excelent service and amazing food.

This little restaurant is the hidden gem of Bermondsey. Excellent grilled meat, reasonable prices and very friendly service. They have their own butcher where you can also buy fresh meat for home. Everything is delicious!

The restaurant is good but tight

This is such a good idea. Butchers with a grill. You see what is available and off they go and cook it. The manager was lovely and a nice vibe in there. My friend and I are planning our return!

Me and my husband visit this restaurant in March. We both ordered the Rodízio. We was very disappointed as a few meats which were listed on the menu did not turn up. The staff were so unorganised. One of the staff members was Working with a cap. Some of the meet cuts were really bad quality extremely tough and chewy. The drinking glasses were not clean. I will differently not be going there again. The waiter asked us how our food was, we had to tell them the truth that we gave them 2/5 . 😞

I had a great dinner and the food was simply amazing. I have ordered cheese bread, coleslaw and tomato based side which unfortunately don't remember the name and it was delicious and then the picanha which was another incredible dish. Highly recommend and will definitely go back.

Regrettably, our visit was marred by disappointment and a sense of wasted time. Upon placing our order for the all-you-can-eat menu, we patiently waited for approximately half an hour, only to be informed by a member of the staff that the menu would not be available until 3pm. It was disheartening to realise that we had spent such a considerable amount of time waiting without prior notification of the delay. Despite our anticipation for a satisfying dining experience, we were compelled to depart prematurely due to prior commitments. This unfortunate turn of events left us with a sense of dissatisfaction and a missed opportunity to enjoy what Fine Cut Butchers Restaurants purportedly had to offer. In conclusion, our visit to Fine Cut Butchers Restaurants fell short of our expectations, with the lack of timely communication regarding menu availability detracting from what could have been a memorable dining experience.

We arrived in a Saturday around. 5.15 and it was busy. Good atmosphere. We was seated out the back what has that Brazilian theme. All th tables were full. The staff rushing around like restaurant should be. The smells and aroma and the chit chat from all the tables. Everyone enjoying them self. We all had steak and was not disappointed fresh from the counter. Cooked to perfection. We like ours medium raw. Would recommend totally.

We had wanted to go for a while, and glad we did in the end! Loved the food, and service was lovely. I’ll go back for sure.

Visited in Feb 23 for a birthday meal with my mum and sister. The restaurant is very cosy. The waitress was lovely. Food tasted brilliant.

A really disappointing experience. I would strongly recommend calling on the day to ensure they have the unlimited menu and the food items you are likely to request. I came from outside London with my family to visit this restaurant having seen lots of food vlogger reviews on instagram. When we arrived we were told there was NO unlimited menu that evening because they had 'run out' of meat. Huh??!! 2 tables who had also made bookings upon arriving and being told the same walked out. Why would you not contact all bookings to let them know BEFORE arriving that you don't have the food or dining experience advertised? They instead offered the more expensive a la carte menu (£££) and because we had travelled from so far after a long day's work we frustratingly went with it - only to find out they had 'run out' of about 1/3 of that menu too. It was ridiculous. The manager/waiter had no idea what was available and had to keep checking whilst taking our order and when we made our order, came back twice to tell us they had run out the things he thought they had. What we did have was generally good and flavoursome however choices was so limited and the service was painfully slow and disorganised. It is worth noting I have made a previous visit about 6 weeks ago and did have the unlimited menu but they didnt have the pork belly, chicken wings, pork ribs or halloumi which was the bulk of what I would have ordered from the grill so that was really annoying but what was available (basically meat skewers) tasted good. I have to give a shout out to the unlimited sides which were delicious. Its a real shame, because the staff seem decent and passionate and they serve good food but what good is that if its never available and managed so badly? Their pictures online are very misleading as they never have the the full menu. It kind of feels like their digital marketing has put them on the map and increased demand that they are now struggling to keep up with. Whatever is going on, I hope it gets better.

Ciao Visited this place on Saturday 24th February, we had a booking at 9pm. The staff were very friendly, polite and welcoming. From the moment the garlic entered the table and the first taste entered, it was beautiful. Then the platter of meat came, myself and the guys were acting shy on who's going to eat. Immediately after eating, the second platter came. We couldn't believe it, the meat was cooked to perfection, it tasted soo good and fresh. I can't wait to return and enjoy the goodness again. The ‘all you can eat’ is a good deal, the different meat options are tasty and the side dishes are delicious. I went on a Monday night and, although it was busy, the food didn’t take long to arrive. Gonna come back to try the main dishes.

My first time at a Brazilian restaurant and I loved it. The manager was very helpful and welcoming to me and my friends. The garlic bread was a winner .

I was exited to come to this place after I saw a Instagram video but I was really disappointed whit the quality of the food and the service nothing like the videos I can tell for sure they where done only as a publicity because in real life the food is not like that , when we arrived we where sit down and after we order the rodizio they forget about us we have to be asking all the time for food when food arrived was dry and not seasoning properly I won’t recommend this place bad bad experience and food not worth the travel from east London .

Went for Valentine’s Day and it pretty much ruined our night as well as a number of tables around us. You pay for the unlimited option but the service is so slow, we had to leave after waiting an 1.5 hours and nothing showed up. Other tables also complained about the waiting time between portions of the “unlimited” options. It’s the opposite of the standard rodrizo experience where you are almost fighting off food.

Excellent! Staff were friendly & efficient. Food was second to none. I love seeing the staff choose cuts from the butcher window which are then cooked & served to you in minutes. Value is great, when they say all you can eat it really is all you can eat. One minor slice of criticism is I would have one table less in the back area just to give people a touch more space to breathe. Aside from the(included & very good) sides we had sirloin, beef short rib, chicken thighs wrapped in bacon, chicken wings, chicken hearts, pork chops, pork ribs and halloumi. The photo is of our second round. Decent selection on drinks, a lager on tap & decent prices. Would recommend to anyone.

The food was very delicious, but the service was very bad, they brought the bill to the table without us asking for it when we had not finished eating yet, we wanted to order dessert and they did not offer us anything, on Instagram they show a different atmosphere, but in reality They sit next to the butcher shop and the products that are for sale.

We ordered the all you can eat Rodizio, two cocktails and a bottle of wine. Service was quite slow, we were waiting around 20 minutes for drinks and almost an hour after sitting down before we had any food. Every bottle of wine we ordered from the wine menu was out of stock, which we only found out after ordering and having to wait 15 minutes for staff to come back and tell us which was quite frustrating. The meats here were lovely and the side dishes you get were spectacular and worked very well with the meats. There is a £15 waste food charge if you don't finish the food you're served on the all you can eat. This seems a tad unfair when a large platter is brought in front of you with the expectation that you finish it anyway. But the policy is probably there to stop people ordering more courses they won't finish. We were happy to pay this (despite only having a couple pieces of meat left) and wanted to take home our leftovers. Staff initially said this wasn't allowed which was again frustrating to hear. We had to speak with the manager and highlight how silly it would be to throw out food rather than let us take it when we're paying the £15 charge. In summary some fantastic food, let down by slow service and nonsensical policies. Probably best to avoid the all you can eat, order off the menu and be prepared for a wait.

Pretty terrible… we arrived after having booked for 9pm and we weren’t seated for a while. When we were finally seated, we weren’t actually served for a good 30 minutes. Staff were busy with other jobs like stocking fridges and couldn’t be bothered with serving their customers. When the waiter finally noticed that we were waiting to be served he came over and reset our table but dropped my fork whilst doing so (obviously a complete mistake but I was still waiting for a new fork even after the food had arrived). When he brought over the drinks he had got them both wrong, we had ordered white wines and he had brought over 2 reds. We were very excited for the food as we had seen it recommended on TikTok and it looked incredible, but the food was overcooked, tough, bland, overpriced and extremely underwhelming. It was a huge disappointment. Quite a few other people were also complaining about the service and the quality of the food. It’s such a shame as my boyfriend and I were really looking forward to this place but it massively under delivered. I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL…

Overpriced and ridiculous service

For the food it was great really liked it. But what find strange for the all you can eat food on the menu it’s states that if you waste food by leaving some left overs you get charged 15 £. Felt like I was being forced to finish my food. Just because you payed a bargain they would rather throw the left overs in the bin then let you take it home it’s shocking.The service was ok the waiter could of been ever he was giving a weird vibe. The Brazilian drink was too expensive. Unfortunately I will never go back there again.

Me and my partner ate for the first time at Fine Cut Butchers. The service was excellent. The meat and sides were yummy. It isn't the typical rodizio experience where the meat options are brought to your table in circulation and you can select your sides from a bar. Instead, we were given a selection of meats n a plate, and a selection of sides all in one go. This was perfect for us md was very very filling. The toilet was clean. We'll visit again based on this experience.

I never see in all my life, a place so disorganised, the waiters, the manager was completely desoriente, I was sitting for over a hour and didn’t get the service, all the customers wasn’t serve, the people worked there don’t know what they were doing, all the clients was unhappy, this place is completely disrespectful with all clients, it’s a disaster! They offer a unlimited food, but they don’t have the infrastructure to do it, they’re not ready to have a open business, if you want buy a meat, it’s okay, but don’t plan a Sunday lunch for your family on this place, Because you will regret. I need to put one start, but I wish take it back.

Great night here with a bunch of mates to celebrate a birthday. Food was delicious and plentiful! The staff were really lovely and friendly. It’s very good and priced reasonably. Definitely will go back, but need to do lots of exercise before I return!!

Amazing steaks and excellent service

Went for a birthday dinner as a table of 4. Was really excited, we went for the mixed grill all you can eat. We thought you could pick items, but you don't get to choose, you just get an array of what they have. We didn't have most of the items ( I would say we had the same 3 meats and 1 sausage) out of the whole menu. I think the waiter was a bit new, we would ask for some more of the salad or some grilled veg and nothing ever came. Has potential, but we left hungry as we weren't able to have the items we actually wanted.

I went for dinner to celebrate a birthday , we were really pleased and happy with everything , great food and great service. Definitely coming back

Had a reservation at 7, were largely ignored and had to stand around people eating until we were seated at 7.15. First round of food was fine but second included a lot of raw chicken. Staff didn’t really take this seriously, carried on serving other tables without offering any compensation. Then offered to remove service off the bill and in the end we got a bit more off. Wouldn’t recommend

They didn't seem to know we were coming even though we'd booked a week in advance, much of the food was extremely overcooked and it's not truly all you can eat if it takes 20 minutes between being served dishes. The filling sides came out first and the meats came in extremely slowly and we weren't able to get attention from the server. Would not come here again and feel bad we bought into the hype online. The one good point was that the sides did taste good, but this wasn't the main reason for coming.

I went here one Thursday evening for a mate's birthday meal. There were 4 of us, and we decided to all go for the "rodizio de espetinho" skewers, which was an all you can eat of various meats and sides for £27.99 per person. Between us, we managed 3 meat platters and a round of sides, including 3 garlic breads, too. The food overall was very good indeed! The sides were all very tasty and accompanied the meat very well. I really liked the finely chopped tomato salsa...it had a zesty, fresh flavour to it and went very well with the meat skewers! The fried cassava pieces were very good too, crunchy on the outside and fluffy and soft on the inside! All of the meat was very flavoursome and tasty, and I liked the garlic marinade on the skewers. The pork sausage was banging, and beef on the skewers were full of flavour and melt in the mouth. I also enjoyed the chicken hearts and the other pieces of meat like the chicken wings and the pieces of pork chop. The staff were friendly, and the service was professional and not overbearing. So, if you fancy some proper Brazilian grilled meats, then this is the place to go! Easy 5 stars, and you definitely get your money's worth. ;D

Waited 30 mins to be seated even though we made a reservation, waited 1.5 hours I'm total before we got our food. The meat could have been marinated with at least salt and pepper, tasted like it was just grilled. The staff were nice though, and apologetic for the long wait.

Best butcher restaurant around the area SE16 Must be tried!

Today I was listen to some samba (Brazilian music) and I just remember the times that I went to this restaurant/butcher, how much I miss it and how sad I was when I had to move from Bermondsey to a far location, I remember when I went there to say goodbye and I left almost in tears because they’re were so warmly (I was a regular customer) . This restaurant is one of the finest Brazilian restaurant in London, good quality, best customer service and DELICIOUS food. Beside some meal that I had a couple of times, I used to go there every week to eat the dessert and sometimes the Brazilian pastel and I miss it so much, also all the meat that I eat while living in Bermondsey was bought from there too. I totally recommend :)

Overcrowded beyond belief, poor service, long wait times but the worst of all was the chicken served to us was completely raw. So dangerous. We left immediately. Never going again and I will advice no one does too. Needs to stick being a butcher shop only.

I booked the table a while ago but apparently there was a large group so we were sat in the shop area which was so crowded. The service was awful. Waited over 40 minutes for the drinks (which came 10 minutes after the food) and the waiters had language communication difficulties. But the worst of all was the chicken brought to our table was completely raw inside. We told the staff who did apologise and and offered to remake the food but we declined as we did not feel safe eating there. The place was so crowded and so small and the staff at hand was way too busy. They need to hire more staff and a bigger venue as it is still a butcher shop and grocery store. They are not ready to run a full restaurant.

Not impressed with service. Because a large, demanding table of people next to us sucked all the service it if the room, couldn't even get water. They forgot our order, and then a big plate of skewers showed up, no sides, no sauces. Very disappointed, as this was supposed to be my birthday lunch.

Came here last week with a couple of mates and we will all be back - just once we’ve got over the amount of food they gave us! What a place. Super friendly, really easy going (we got there late and no problem whatsoever) and the generosity….do not eat lunch if you’re coming. Plate after plate of meat, all beautifully cooked, just as many sides, an incredible natural wine recommendation - we even got some language lessons. I would choose to sit by the butchers display if you can, as you’re with the staff who are ace. If you want small plates, over designed interiors and a soulless experience, do not come here. Everyone else, get down to this place asap it is really something 💫

One of the best Stake I have had in London even my 9 year old daughter couldn't get enough.

So disappointed with this place. We wanted to go because of a cute little video on IG which looked amazing, but we should have known better than to trust social media ads. Service is awful, despite having booked with 2 weeks in advance, and confirming 1 week prior over a phonecall, when we arrived they didn't have space for us. Made us wait in a cramped space for 1 hr. All that time they wouldn't provide an explanation and avoid looking at us, making no effort to make us feel comfortable. When we finally sat down, it took another hour to get food on the table. And, on top of that, my meat was overcooked, which I returned and had to wait for another 20 mins. Food was ok, but not great (despite being famished by the time I finally had my first bite). All that time we never got any apologies, explanations, and when the bill came through, they were unapologetically including service charge. Don't fall for the social media trap, avoid this place, there are so much better quality (and better priced!) Brazilian places in London!

Arrived on Saturday night 2nd December, after having to confirm our booking twice because they hadn't written it down we drove for over an hour to discover that they had a power cut and didn't bother to let us know. After asking for a drink 3 times I went to the bar area and asked if they had an update on the situation and was given a shoulder shrug. It was an unusual situation but the staff were unapologetic and unprofessional. Luckily it was early enough for us to secure another restaurant locally.

Made a telephone booking a week before then phoned to confirm on the day and they didn't have our booking but said they could fit us in an hour earlier. We drove for over an hour to discover that they had a power cut and didn't bother letting us know even though they had our number. We sat for half an hour and asked 3 times for a drink. Eventually I went to the bar area and asked. There was no explanation for the power cut and we decided to leave. The staff should have explained what was happening, maybe offered a complimentary drink and apology but they hid themselves away. We won't be returning.

We went for the all you can eat menu and waited 40 minutes for our food to arrive which was not a problem. while the food was good, there was a power cut half-way through our dinner and spent the rest of the evening in darkness and smoke (the ventilation system stopped working). We didn't receive half of the items included in the menu because they weren't able to cook anymore and the manager would not adjust the price accordingly and only offered a 10% reduction. You can definitely find better value for money elsewhere.

It was the worst experience I ever had. I made a reservation through The Fork, and I also call them to make sure they had my reservation registered as it was for my husband's birthday. When we arrived, we waited for 40 minutes to be seated, once seated they took 30 minutes to take the order and then 1 hour to start serving food! And the worst part is that we never even received an apology or an explanation on what was happening. Horrendous experience. Te food was ok, but nothing outstanding. Go to another Brazilian instead! This restaurant advertise themselves pretty well on IG, so we thought it was amazing, but it wasn't. So disappointed ☹️

You really feel the roots from Brasil from the very first moment you walked in. We have some small issues with the order as we were a big group but the food was incredible good, big portions and tasty. To add the cherry on top, bill was more than reasonable for the quality provided. Will definitely come back

It’s an restaurant with a great potential, but it needs a lot of organisation to keep up with the recent growth. We visit on December/2023: 1) We booked a table for 10 people at 3pm and only got a place to seat 40min later 2) They needed 30 minutes to start taking our order, without anyone even considering our wait. 3) Food took another 1 hour to be served, even though we had a roughly the same order. Note that this was 2hours after we initially arrive at the place. 4) Missed part of the order - saladas were not ever delivered, we haven’t tasted the farofa that was in most of the pictures on instagram and part of the ordered meats took another while to arrive because they just forgot to order. 5) After starting to eat the lights just went off and we had to finish our meal in a completely dark place. Although all the neighbourhood had lights, the place was the only one having problem to keep the service. Note we were not te only ones on the restaurant, and that was around 7pm still. 6) Since the lights went off and the exhaustion wasn’t working, the place was covered in smoke and they had to open all windows leaving us in the cold without even giving any excuses. 7) After all that, the waitress still asked for the service to be paid and had a bad face when we asked to pay separately. The experience was terrible and, for the amount paid, we felt like this was probably one of the worst value for money a restaurant could offer in London. The food wasn’t bad - but the service is just so problematic and the restaurant is still struggling to make it work. I feel bad we didn’t heard any sorry at the end

Incredibly delicious Brazilian dinner last night at this place. My sharp eyes spotted they had 40% of the a la carte menu. I gathered together a worthy bunch of fellas to give this place a try. We opted for the sharing option of both a Tomahawk steak and T-Bone Steak. Each came with 4 sides of each for which we got chips, two types of beans, banana, garlic bread, grilled veg and salad. Everything was so awesome and the staff were incredible too. Definitely will return and on Friday to Sunday they have an all you can eat offer. I don’t exaggerate when I say this is one of the best Brazilian meals I’ve had in London. If you are climbing around the corner at Arch Climbing Bermondsey definitely give this place a visit! 19/11/23 Our 2nd visit didn’t disappoint. We came to try the all you can eat offer which is on Friday to Sunday. All of the food was delicious. We’ll certainly be back!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at the fine cut restaurant and butcher….and I must say, it was an outstanding experience. From the attentive service, every aspect of my visit left an indelible impression. However, it was the superb quality of their steaks that truly stood out.

O melhor restaurante Brasileiro em londres..tudo fresquinho … a carne é feita na churrasqueira a brasa…as bebidas uma delícia amei a caipiras de limão e maracujá e o chopp estava gelado o preço é bom o atendimento é excelente a equipe é bem prestativa..e com toda certeza eu recomendo de Olhos fechado

I had a great experience. The food was excellent and the service very friendly. I recommend rodizio and Tomahawk and picanha for 2 which is served with sides. Shoutout to the chef!!

A place specialised on meats but didn’t meet expectations. T-bone and porterhouse’s meat was tough. Rib eye was good though. The service was very slow and the orders were wrong a few times. I thought this will be a hidden gem but it’s actually a place to don’t recommend or come back

Such lovely people and delicious food. Will definitely go again. Steak was tastefully juicy. Particularly loved the grilled chicken hearts. Mayo salad was yummy. And the creme caramel was outstanding. But more than the food what we really liked about the place was the friendly staff.

As soon as I entered the restaurant I felt at home in Brazil: fresh and authentic food. The picanha was perfectly cooked!
