El servicio increíble fue irreal gracias a todo el equipo para una noche fantástica todo el personal era un gran ambiente y la comida era increíble

Llegamos 10 minutos antes, pero tuvimos que esperar 25 minutos para nuestra mesa. Nos pidieron que dejáramos nuestra mesa a mitad de la comida (por lo que no pudimos pedir más). Nos sentamos en nuestra mesa durante 1. 5 horas, que habría estado bien si el servicio hubiera sido más rápido. Nos mudamos a un asiento afuera, pero en 20 minutos nos pidieron que dejáramos estos asientos también.

Primera vez aquí en verano para una fiesta, y wow! La vista al río al atardecer es impresionante. Excelente ubicación, impresionante puesta de sol, personal fantástico y deliciosos cócteles de verano.

Vine aquí para un evento el fin de semana. Le dije al camarero qué bebida quería y le dije que quería un solo trago no el doble, decidió darme el doble y me cobró por ello. Le dije que quería una sola inyección de Wray. Decidió entonces darme actitud y me dijo que no podía cambiarlo y que necesitaba pagar el precio por ello y me dijo que tenía que tomarlo porque lo estaría desperdiciando. No tuve más remedio que tomarlo. La segunda vez que bebí, me dieron la bebida equivocada y dijeron que no podían cambiarla.

Las bebidas eran buenas, pero el servicio era muy pobre Había pedido una mesa para 1 hora y media que confirmaron. Pero 45 minutos después de que nos dijeron que necesitaba la mesa de vuelta

Booked to celebrate my partners birthday. Staff were so helpful from the start and arranged a birthday cake as a surprise. It was a very busy sunny Saturday night but we still managed to be seated by the windows as requested. We ordered food from the bar menu and a bottle of wine. Our server Leo was fantastic, non stop and extremely attentive. He brought the birthday cake out when my partner was least expecting it. There was no rush to leave within our allocated time, which I much appreciated, even though the area was getting busier. We had such an enjoyable night, my partner had a fabulous birthday to remember and we will certainly visit again.

Fabulous craft cocktails, great vibe, and a beautiful view of the city. Fun Photo Booth to capture the adventure. Reservations highly recommended.

I was so looking forward to going to 12th Knot to have a few drinks to celebrate my birthday however it really was a not very nice experience. I had been for a couple of drinks before hand but was perfectly fine however I was barely out of the lift before the bouncer told me I was too intoxicated and would not be allowed in. He was very hostile towards me and I feel he was picking on me or just didn’t think I was high calibre enough to go inside. I was dressed up smart. I asked to speak to the manager who agreed I was perfectly fine to go in however during this conversation with the manager out of nowhere came another bouncer (I wonder if the other man had radioed down to him to try and antagonise us) who proceeded to tell us to lower our voices which again took us aback and we hadn’t been raising our voices. Again I asked the manager if she felt threatened by us as if she thought we had raised our voices to which she agreed we hadn’t. She let us in so we could have a drink however all in all I was not a pleasant experience at all and I would recommend against going. There are plenty of other bars that are just as nice where you wouldn’t be treated in such a disrespectful way. I have to say thought that the manager Elizabeth really did try her best to resolve the situation but do feel sorry if she has to work with these aggressive men with such poor behaviour.

Le 12th Knot, c'est un cadre magnifique, une vue sublime, et un très bon service. Mais il y a un hic : des tarifs tout simplement indécents... 80£ juste pour 2 cocktails et 2 canettes de bières, des fruits secs, des olives, et un tout petit plateau de charcuteries... Un apéro même pas copieux à 100€, c'était encore du jamais vu ! Snob ? On peut le dire sans exagérer. Les toilettes étaient parfaitement propres : je m'assois.

Been here several times for drinks and late night snacks. Great location, very friendly staff, extensive selection and above all, beautiful view.

Ivo is the best bartender in London. His sesame-based cocktail is one of the best ones I've tried so far in London. I highly recommend trying this out at the bar.

We have stayed at the hotel before but this time we wanted to stop for a drink on our way to Waterloo. We received a warm welcome from the doorman and the staff at 12th Knot were so attentive. Delicious drinks, great service, fab Dj and a lovely atmosphere with an amazing view. Would recommend.

This has to be on your bucket list when visiting London, set on the 12 floor of the sea containers hotel you get amazing views over the Thames and of London, it has a great vibe, lovely decor and a great team of welcoming staff.

I went to this rooftop bar with my friend on Saturday and the view was spectacular. The service was great with good selection of drinks.

4 of us went for a couple of drinks before dinner and it was a very enjoyable experience - the setting is lovely, the service attentive and the drinks offering extensive. The love DJ was good although the music a little too loud for a 6pm drink and we couldn’t really talk properly. This all said, it is def worth a visit.

We recently had our wedding party here as we was staying at the hotel. It was absolutely amazing and what an experience - we pre-ordered drinks and as we arrived the was all on the tables. Victoria and Maite from the sales and events team introduced me to Rado the bar manager who helped organise what we required and ensured all was ok and to what we required. The music was ace, a brilliant atmosphere! Thanks Rado and the team - such a special occasion!

I am writing to you from the 12th Knot right now. I have been told that my table would be able for 1 hour only as there is visibly a reservation in on thou. I am alone so I am using a tiny table for 2 persons. They came to me three time during my time here to remember me that I must leave in on hour. I haven't finished my food and my drink that they are going to kick me out downstairs anyway. They brought the bill and I am awaiting to pay to be kicked out. I just find this treatment very unfair when there is actually about a dozen of tables available including 3 others tiny tables . I cannot recommend this place if you haven't got a reservation they will not be nice to you.

We were eating at Sea Containers and called in here for a pre-drink and then again after dinner. Fabulous bar and we got an outside table on both occasions so it was lovely to enjoy the view. The staff here are exceptional - could not do enough, very efficient and friendly. Fabulous atmosphere - buzzy but not ridiculously loud and busy without being crowded and a good mix of all ages.. Highly recommend

This place is truly unpleasant and obnoxious. Not sure why we had to leave our personal details and mobile number simply to go for a drink. Those covid days are over! Didn't have a reservation so we had to order at the bar. The barman had the audacity to try and charge a service fee for pouring our drinks! Then requested a tip when I asked for it to be removed?! We were standing at the bar!! Absolutely ridiculous. The hostess/check in staff were rude. Obsessed with "people from the outside" whatever that means. There were plenty tables free, although most reserved, we found one with no reservation sign on it. Within minutes we were pounced upon by a member of staff telling us that we weren't allowed to sit down because the previous party had just left. This made no sense. The hostess had no idea if we were guests of the hotel, she just kept going on about how we weren't allowed to sit down as we were "from the outside". I asked what that meant however no reason was given and the excuses kept coming after that including because the table was dirty (there was a few finger prints on it, not exactly dirty), then because it was suddenly reserved. I explained we'd happily move if the "reserved group" arrived. Funnily enough they didn't! We didn't stay long after that as it was unpalatable. Drinks were also not great with a pretty poor gin selection. We were celebrating our one year anniversary and sadly this put a damper on our evening. Needless to say we will never be back!

Amazing service, had a personal waitress who made us feel welcome. Was very polite and even got my friend a free drink because it was his birthday. High prices but it was worth it all for a fa tasti. Night.

We had a terrible experience at 12th knot. We had a table booked through open table. Upon arrival we were told that they couldn’t see our reservation but we were told to go upstairs and check with the concierge. Whilst at the door the security guard made a gesture to the woman on the door to not let us in. We believe this was based on the way we were dressed as we were not super fancy or in designer clothing. Once we got up the stairs we were told they did not have our reservation even when we were able to show the reservation on the open table app. We left embarrassed and our night was ruined. Was fine but wanted to sit facing the river and they didn't move us even when there were free seats and we were there first. You also have to flag servers down so they could stand being a bit more attentive. But the cocktails are exceptional and it's v chilled to have a drink n a chat.

My partner and I decided to pop up to the bar, we were told there was only seats outside, this was absolutely fine. 10 minutes later, we were told the terrace was shutting in half an hour, again we said this was fine. We sat and waited an additional 15 minutes before the hostess came out and asked if we had been served to which we said no, she said she would get someone to see us straight away, other tables that had arrived after us had been served. As we stood up to leave we got a rather rude server arrive that said "I've been told you want a drink" we told him that we were okay and leaving. Whilst the views were good, it felt that we were forgotten and not worthy, you're better off going to the lyaness downstairs, great views, great service especially the floor manager will and better atmosphere!

Just for the view it's worth going. But not only the view is good. The drinks were fantastic and the staff know what they are talking about. My boyfriend didn't know what to order so our waiter (Ismael) said: don't worry I know exactly what you want. He came back with a cocktail which fitted the discription of my boyfriend's liking and he absoluty loved it. Ismael also managed to give us a better table with the perfect view. He went above our expectations and we could tell he loves what he does. Just for his service we will definitely come back, but like I said, it's not only the service that's good. The view, the vibe, the service and drinks are outstanding! 100% recommended

Come here on a regular basis for drinks. Service is always good, excellent drink selection. Best to book a table beforehand. Good views looking over London. Entrance through a hotel. Usually a 2 hour slot, unless you spend more than £200 within the two hours!

Encantador bar en la parte superior del hotel Sea Containers donde nos alojamos: fantásticas vistas del río desde el interior e incluso mejor desde la terraza exterior si tienes la suerte de conseguir un asiento allí. Nos las arreglamos para conseguir una mesa girando a la hora de apertura, pero estaba llena en 5 minutos, así que reserve si puede. Gran variedad de bebidas que no son baratas, pero no esperarías que estuvieran en un lugar como este. Gran decoración y ambiente: sería un gran lugar para una ocasión especial. El servicio es bastante lento, pero es un lugar para relajarse y disfrutar del ambiente en lugar de entrar y salir corriendo para tomar una copa. Lo recomiendo encarecidamente.

The 12th Knot es el bar de la azotea del hotel de contenedores marítimos en South Bank. El bar es un lugar encantador que coincide con la decoración del resto del hotel, que es excelente. Mi esposa y yo tomamos un par de cócteles (30) y una botella de vino. Sentí que las bebidas eran demasiado caras, pero peor que eso, el servicio fue terrible, tomó mucho tiempo para ser atendido por la tripulación con poco personal y cuando recibimos nuestra factura. fue incorrecto Lo suficientemente agradable pero no me apresuraría a regresar.

I booked sea containers for my anniversary. I had a bunch of rose’s and rose petals Scattered in the room as a surprise for my other half which was really nice as we entered our room. My missus was really excited because I booked a table at 12th knot we both heard the cocktails are fantastic and it’s a good atmosphere and as a guest at the hotel we are welcome but when we arrived I said to the guy at the door I’ve got a table booked and my name but We was both got greeted with a big fat your not coming in!! I was so shocked because one of the door stuff said yes then the other rushed forward and said no which I didn’t understand why and he’s reply was use have had a good party already. We both had a few drinks from the mini bar while we was getting dressed so we wasn’t drunk at all.. so I asked to speak to the manager but even the manager’s answer was no also. we asked can we have a drink in the other bar by reception as it was our anniversary night and we was all dressed up with no where to go so the manager said yes but when we arrived the door staff Was very rude once again and told us that we can’t come in because they have radioed down from 12th knot to not let us in once again. So now I’ve lost my temper and I got told to go to my room and order room service or basically get out I have never felt so mugged off in all my life especially when it’s ok to take my money for the room as a guest but not to drink in the hotel bars. But to be honest from the minute I opened my mouth in the hotel I was frowned upon because I have a strong cockney Accent and yes I am abit loud but I’m deaf in one ear so I was discriminated against for loud and mistaken for being drunk. We ended up getting a taxi to St. Paul’s to find a bar where it was only early evening and we didn’t encounter any other problems door staff throughout the night. Just want to say thank you Sea containers for ruining our anniversary night and up setting my other half. 5 star hotel all the way hahaha

Great rooftop bar and excellent cocktails. This is not a restaurant though as per what the website states that is suitable for dinner. DJ was very good and friendly personnel. The food was okay and was served in platters. They did not bring any plates or cutlery so we ended having hot dog and sushi in a napkin.

Realmente queríamos disfrutar de este lugar e inicialmente lo hicimos. La bienvenida del portero y la anfitriona que nos mostró nuestra mesa, fue muy amable. Dos vasos de agua rápidamente traídos por una camarera mientras elegíamos nuestras bebidas. El ambiente es muy agradable. Amplios asientos espaciosos, buena música y decoración y espectaculares vistas sobre el Támesis. La opinión en mi opinión es lo que hace que este lugar sea tan popular como el personal lamentablemente lo decepcionó. Fuimos a tomar algo antes del teatro. Elegimos este lugar ya que estaba a diez minutos a pie del Old Vic Theatre. Pedimos vino por copa, que era muy agradable. Sin embargo, inusualmente no hubo aperitivos ni bocadillos complementarios. Cuando le preguntamos a una de las camareras por qué y comentamos que era inusual, ella nos gritó y dijo "bueno, solo son cincuenta y cincuenta, ¡he trabajado en muchos bares de cócteles, así que debería saberlo!" . 50, los aperitivos son gratuitos en cualquier hotel de 4 a 5 estrellas que visitamos en cualquier parte del mundo.Queríamos pedir más bebidas y, a pesar de que no había menos de ocho miembros del personal alrededor del bar (ver fotos) tuve que ir al bar y ordenar. Esto no es aceptable, particularmente cuando el lugar estaba prácticamente vacío, había tanto personal de servicio y se les cobra un cargo por el servicio. También encontramos al personal frío y antipático, casi como si los huéspedes fueran un inconveniente para ellos. A pesar del servicio, el lugar es muy agradable. Los baños están limpios y bien diseñados. También hay una terraza exterior que sería encantadora en el mejor clima. Yo diría que es muy agradable, pero prepárate para ser ignorado.

12 th Knot es un gran bar ubicado en la azotea de Sea Containers House. Es exactamente lo que espera un aspecto y una atmósfera sabios para un bar de cócteles. Definitivamente voy a volver de nuevo.Además de las bebidas, también se pueden compartir platillos y aperitivos encantadores. Nada mega elegante pero realmente agradable. Recomendaría comprar una botella de champán en lugar de una copa, ya que es más barato. También está bien ubicado para diferentes opciones de transporte a casa.

We did not receive very good service upon arrival. Waited almost 15minutes before anyone came to the table. The drinks were good and the ambiance is nice, but for the price of the drinks the service is not on par.

Great music, friendly staff and great mixologist. We always made sure we ordered cocktails from the same mixologist. Try the Brandy Alexander cocktail - a little bit of heaven! The view was ok - there are much better ones such as Aquashard , so wouldn't go there for that. But would defo recommend for a lovely evening. You'd prob need a reservation to ensure a table by the window, but they accepted walk-ins no problem if you were happy be at the bar or sit on the sofas.

Great bar, good views, cocktails, service and music. Great atmosphere really busy on a Saturday. We had no reservation and they found room for us. Will be returning!

We were staying at the Sea Containers hotel so popped to reception and requested to book a table in the 12th Knot bar for 7.30 pm. "Sorry we only take booking for 8 or more....really??"So a friend went up to the 12th Knot bar to request to book and was told under no circumstances was he to enter the bar as they weren't open for another 2 minutes. This was still lunchtime by the way. Any way......fast forward to 7.30 pm up we pop to the 12th Knot and explain to 'Ruben' on the door that we would like a table. "Have you booked?" No, we were told we couldn't book a table unless there were 8 or more. "Well that's not the case" ....well that's what we've been told etc etc etc. We were told to order drinks at the bar and a table would be found for us later. We bought a bottle of pink LP at £200 and set about drinking it stood at the bar, We were eventually shown to a tiny crap table with stools. All around us were empty tables, comfy sofas etc or other tables of 2 or 4 people drinking water or Prosecco. A friend decided to complain but found this was falling on deaf ears until eventually we were offered the Manager (almost as a threat!) After a lengthy protracted explanation and getting our point across we were given a table worthy of our initial request and spend. We then ordered more champagne and food (Chicken nugget type things that were so over cooked they were rock hard and virtually inedible) By now, we'd had enough. It's such a shame when you are paying to stay in a nice hotel (and the Sea Containers is very nice) but the bar is let down by arrogant, complacent, verging on rude entry staff. However, the waitress allocated to look after us was wonderful.

The location is fab. The receptionist / maitre d' was quite rude when we arrived; i explained that we had called and spoken to a colleague to say we were going to be 5 minutes late for the reservation for our friend's 50th and he simply didn't believe me. i showed him the call log on my phone and gave him the name of the person i had spoken to as he blatantly didn't believe me. He was pretty unpleasant to be honest. Eventually we got a table. Food was ok - the cheese platter was good, but the other portions were on the small side for the price. Service was pretty good though. Wouldn't rush back.

The service was awful and the requirements entirely unreasonable. We were informed each individual was required to spend £50, however this was not specified prior to booking. I will not be booking again in the near future.

Came here with 10 colleagues and we had a wonderful view. Very nice choice of champagne and very nice staff. Would definitely go back !

We stumbled upon this place when visiting London one time so decided we must book for the next time. We had a great table at the window with comfy seats and amazing views.
