Among the best around bankside. I feel that the taste of the food is very fresh. It is not the same brunch everywhere. It has a very harmonious and innovative taste. Love it so much. It's delicious both savory and sweet, so eat it, everyone. I felt very good after eating. Pictured are fried chicken and waffles, tiramisu waffles, and coconut yogurt bowls.

A wonderful hidden gem of breakfasts and brunches. Amazing staff and atmosphere, including an outside area for sunny days. Celeste is a wonderful host and every time we visited it felt like meeting an old family friend. If you're staying in the area as a tourist, you should definitely check this out.

First time I have visited this place. My daughter found it on Tok and suggested we have brunch there. I had the chicken burger with chips and she had the savory waffles with Bacon. The food was delicious though I wasn't happy with the bun as it was coated with honey and meant sticky fingers when I held it to take a bit. Also it didn't hold together well which resulted in my having to use my knife and fork to finish the meal. My daughter however had no complaints. My main disappointment was with the coffee which I suspect was instant and very watery.

Charming and well run café in the heart of Bankside, amazing for weekend brunch. The menu was great, the service was excellent and the food was delicious and of high quality. Also, try their Bloody Mary which was a big hit with our group - it has a nice kick and is super delicious. Can’t wait to go back….yummy!

Beautiful cafe with a lovely secluded outdoor seating area. Outdoor seating is under large canopies with heaters. Indoor seating is lovely and open with an open kitchen at the back. Service was fantastic, we waited only a couple of minutes for a table. Food was really good. We had the eggs royale and brunch waffles. Both were brilliant, really tasty and decent size portions. The ice chai latte was also so good, like a milkshake! Seems to be popular so would recommend booking if you really want to come.

Really great service and friendly staff, fair prices. Food was not bad but also not that great. Definitely tasted better egg Benedict. Also if you order the iced tea prepare for it to be incredibly sweet, maybe a little too sweet. There was no line for a weekday breakfast.

What a lovely brunch we had here, especially enjoyed the elderflower Mimosas! Lovely staff. Even though outside the heaters and big umbrellas kept us warm.

Tuvimos un almuerzo muy sabroso en The Table Southwark. Tanto dulce como salado. Tomé un gofre con tocino, huevos revueltos, salchicha y jarabe de arce. Me pareció una contradicción pero al final fue una verdadera fusión de la paleta de sabores total. Bonito que también funcionan con productos frescos. Personal amable a pesar del hecho de que vinimos en un momento ocupado.

El jamón de corcho y los frijoles chorizo tenían cero chorizo y estaban secos y tibios. El café salió después de la comida que era extraña. La holandesa carecía de sustancia y calidad. £ 4 . 50 para 3 hachís morenos cada uno del tamaño de una galleta Oreo era repugnante. (Ellos sabían bien, pero aún así...) Admitiré que los huevos escalfados se hicieron bien y el pudín trasero era de alta calidad. Servicio amable también. Pero no es un fanático de los cargos de servicio automático que se agregan. Esto no es Estados Unidos.

I had a lovely brunch this morning, the staff were so friendly and helpful. I did the full english with poached eggs and substituting the bacon for avocado. Everything was delicious and the immune juice was also brilliant!

Wonderful brunch cafe. They have delicious pancake and burger options but I opted for the egg dishes. The eggs florentine was wonderful - great to dtart your day with. The prices are reasonable considering the location and food quality. I would recommend booking in advance. We didn’t book, but were lucky to get seated. If we came at a different time, we might’ve not have gotten as lucky. A negative are the seats/tables. It feels very squished inside, which was unpleasant. Felt like I was talking over other people.

Really nice place to treat yourself for a nice brunch/lunch. Sat outside for brunch in early March, the heaters were strong so it wasn't too cold. Service was great. I had the avocado on toast with the bloody Mary chutney - it was delicious.

Incredible brunch, we had a blast! The eggs benedict were delicious and we fell in love with the Chai Latte ☺️ The products are quality. It's not cheap but the brunch is worth it! We will come back 🙏🏻

I came here a while back as someone with coeliac disease since the restaurant mentions gluten free options on their menu. Unfortunately, when me and my friend arrived and were seated for brunch, we were told by our server in so many words that cross contamination WILL happen. I am grateful she was truthful and I understand that any restaurant that's not dedicated to being 100% gluten-free will carry some risk, but if there is this much certainty from staff over cross contamination then you do NOT actually have gluten free options. Unfortunately, I decided to take the risk as I was early into my diagnosis and didn't think it could be this bad if a restaurant is making a gluten free claim - and got very sick afterwards. My bad for trying my luck, but can confirm the gluten free options are a myth!

Hoped for something better from this restaurant as it’s not one of the big chains that are so common in this area. While the interior is quite inviting with a cosy/casual feeling, the food was a real let-down. I had the Caesar salad with chicken. The chicken was very dry and flavourless; the salad consisted of a lot of iceberg lettuce, a few anchovies and clumps of Parmesan. If Macdonald’s did a Caesar, this would be it.

Delicious food - I highly recommend the waffles with eggs and chicken cutlet. Coffee is also great. Nice place, nice service. ♥️

I’ve been to this cafe twice now and absolutely love it! The table full breakfast is soooooo good, perfectly fried eggs with smokey chorizo beans, thick cut bacon and all the trimmings! Fabulous coffee, super cute decor and lovely atmosphere, totally recommend and will be coming back again! Our server they/she name began with S (sorry awful with names) was lovely and friendly! TOTALLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

The mushrooms in the full English breakfast were very well seasoned. That’s about the only good thing I can say about the food here. Pancakes were dense, cakey and overcooked. Bacon was like dried cardboard. Coffee was thin, watery and atrocious. Go to Black Sheep Coffee next door for truly awesome coffee. Don’t eat here.

Gluten- free pancakes 🥞 When you have allergies it’s a relief to find a place able to accommodate you. Great service and kind staff. The restaurant was quite busy but we were able to have a brunch without problem.

Popped in as I was passing and was so pleased to see they have so many gluten free options! Staff were super helpful (especially the manager with gluten-free/ coeliac questions) and they are dog-friendly which makes everything better. The coffee even pleased my coffee-snob friend. I don't know what all these 5 star reviews are on about. But, the coffee was absolutely horrible. It was worse than instant coffee. It came in a melaware container that wasn't even a mug or a cup. Their fresh orange juice is not squeezed on site. The staff confirmed this. I had the full English and my friend had pancakes. The bacon was leathery. The chorizo beans was a missed opportunity. I imagined it would be better than regular beans, but it wasn't. Just a little different, so it felt a bit unnecessary. The only thing that saves this review is the mushroom. It was perfectly seasoned and done just right. Their pancake was not very good and had a metallic after taste. My friend couldn't finish half of it. The staff wore regular clothes and so we didn't know if they were just customers mulling about until you realise they've been serving the other tables. But, they were nice enough. Totally not worth the booking or the hype or the overpriced menu. We had to go next door to the Black Sheep for our coffee.

100% worth a visit. We had a booking for 11AM and it was quite busy - it took us some time to be seated and it wasn't clear where we needed to wait. The food was amazing and the coffee matched the quality. Despite how busy it was the vibes were good and it wasn't loud or hectic and it was really easy to enjoy our meal. The staff were kind and attentive with the exception that we had to wait a fair bit longer than is ideal to ask for the bill.

The food was not exciting and I did not like the drinks, especially the homemade hot chocolate that was tasting cheap and without whip cream. Moreover they seated me outside while another waiter accommodate another table that arrived after me without reservation inside. Price in line with the area but I have had better in other restaurants nearby.

Luego nos sentamos al lado de la puerta fría del personal que entraban y salían continuamente sin tener en cuenta que estábamos sentados allí. Asientos absolutamente ridículos. ¿Crees que con la mitad del personal mirándote mientras llevaban sus propios abrigos durante su turno pensarían dos veces en sentarte casi afuera? Mal. De todas formas... nos movieron de mesa después de decir lo fríos que éramos. Luego pedí el desayuno, ojalá hubiera mirado mejor antes de pedir un inglés completo. El tocino y las salchichas se cocinaron previamente apilados en recipientes de metal a la altura de la cabeza sin tapas junto con el tomate. Horrible. Nada fresco, sin sabor a nada y mientras comes el personal se para en medio del restaurante y te mira fijamente. Todo eso por 50 libras, nunca más. Terrible experiencia de desayuno. Evitar.

One of those busy, switched on places that are a success for good reason. It's a pleasure to eat the pucker tucker but also great fun to watch a Ferrari standard restaurant being properly driven. I get the feeling the whole think is held together by Celeste. That's what she says anyway.

Cafe closes at 4pm with last orders at 3:30pm but they allow you to make a booking for 3:30pm online. They also don’t give you the last order information till you ask them. They then proceed to stare and keep asking you to make an order multiple times. We ended up leaving since it didn’t feel like we would be allowed to enjoy our food, even if we were allowed to order.

Hosted our team’s annual Christmas Lunch at The Table Café and it was absolutely fantastic! Could not recommend this venue enough for private events. The catering was superb, FOH service efficient and friendly, very organised management team and the overall vibe of the event was spot on. Honestly not a thing I could fault - highly recommend 🙌🏻

The waitress and waitors we had were really lovely and provided good service and me and my mum loved our compliments we got from one of the waitresses about are Christmas jumpers. The food was a good quality and very tasty and I hope to comeback for another visit at sometime , as my first visit won't be my last! Am going to recommend this to my family and friends. The atmosphere was really good it was nice and cosy and it is located in a great place. Have a great Christmas 🎄

This place is absolutely fantastic and serves the best breakfast I’ve ever had when dining out. The Eggs Benedict is simply outstanding! It got quite busy shortly after opening, so we ended up sitting outside, but it didn’t take away from the experience. The staff were friendly, and the service was impressively quick.

Table Cafe is very popular for breakfast and brunches. It has less options for pure vegetarians. We tasted burgers, French fries and coffee. They have a good menu for breakfast. The burgers were good and the coffee too.
