The best restaurants in Hampton Richmond upon Thames London

Wonder local business. Friendly boss and his family! Great Indian curry and very reasonable price. I came here every Friday or Saturday for Dinner with my family and friends. I just wonder if there is any idea it has been temporarily closed for a period of time. My family missed this restaurant!

Visited on Sunday 18th May 2025 for Sunday lunch for two people. Booked in the morning and had a 12:45 table reserved upstairs. It was not too busy for a May Sunday and had a quick drink in the bar first. Service attentive, food (Roast Beef and Roast Duck leg) excellent. Quite good value too.

A reasonably priced cosy local and nearest pub to the station. Good food, good drinks. Doesn’t show football but nice outside space at the front

First time visiting this pub.i like my gin served with a flourish and it wasn’t. Large pub garden, golf on in a covered area. Clean toilets

I had a wonderful time at La Fiamma. Easily on the best Italians i’ve ever had. The beautiful view made the meal even more enjoyable. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the portion sizes were generous. Highly recommend it!

Been going here for over 20 years one of the best places for Indian food! Super friendly, especially Musa. Highly recommend! Especially the Lamb Madras and Chicken Tikka

Driver not even tried to deliver to us even tho I got a message she arrived she wasn’t here. I messaged the house number again and door is open he didn’t bother to come over to our house until went to the street to yell out to her

Avoid avoid avoid gave us all food poisoning. Eat here if you want to be on the toilet all night. Service was aggressive telling us off about parking angry woman in the kitchen.

We were a massive family party for lunch at Cafe La Fiamma. I cannot praise the service highly enough. My nephew is non verbal autistic and at one point, got up from the table and wanted to go to the park, just as lunch was served. Not a problem, the waiting staff quickly sorted my nephew and his parents' lunch into a picnic and passed it through the long windows into the park. It makes such a huge important difference when restaurants have such easy warmth and kindness towards children like my nephew. We're all so grateful, thank you. The food was also delicious. We had a fantastic time and hope to see you again soon.

We have recently moved back to the area and this restaurant is on our doorstep. We ordered a Saturday night takeaway and the food was good, not amazing but still good. The staff are also very friendly and welcoming which is very important. A solid restaurant.

Nothing Japanese about this place

We went with group of 13 people we all enjoy the food service was great staff was very friendly. Lamb chop curry full of flavour tender , soft medium spice very tasty. Bengali style kebab was bangin. Chicken tikka nicely cooked in tandoor very nicely flavour complemented nicely with salad own made chilli sauce. Roast Batera ( Quail) with rice was unique medium spice succulent tender very nice flavour,

We decided to pop in after a walk through Bushy Park. Excellent selection of drinks, reasonable priced. Although we did not eat, the menu looked fantastic. Friendly staff, great location. We will definitely visit again.

Used to live close by and went ages ago. Revisited area today and didn't book ahead but it was all terrific. Sat in the patio garden, service was excellent, food was delicious, atmosphere was great - longstanding independent family run public house - delightful, thank you very much xxx
