We were a massive family party for lunch at Cafe La Fiamma. I cannot praise the service highly enough. My nephew is non verbal autistic and at one point, got up from the table and wanted to go to the park, just as lunch was served. Not a problem, the waiting staff quickly sorted my nephew and his parents' lunch into a picnic and passed it through the long windows into the park. It makes such a huge important difference when restaurants have such easy warmth and kindness towards children like my nephew. We're all so grateful, thank you. The food was also delicious. We had a fantastic time and hope to see you again soon.

The restaurant is spacious and attractive, tables well set apart, not cheek by jowl with other diners, and if there was background music it was not loud or intrusive. The service was attentive and welcoming and the food tasted authentic Italian. Try to get one of the tables looking out over the park, even in winter a beautiful view. This restaurant ideal for visitors to nearby Hampton Court Palace. I will definitely make a return visit.

Despite not having heavy on Christmas Day (which I beg you to address) the remainder of the meal was exceptional. I went back on Friday night and was so impressed by the ambience and quality of the food. Just do gravy on Christmas Day and all will need good! ❤️

Christmas Day lunch here was spoilt by the fact there was no gravy for the main of turkey and veg. When we asked for gravy we were simply told there was none. No other explanation! We can only assume the chef had decided that it wasn’t needed , but it was! The meal was dry without and in fact we left most of it. Such a shame to have our Christmas treat spoilt for the sake of something so minor. We won’t be going back next Christmas.

This restaurant must rely on the view and tourist trade as the food was below average and overpriced. We ordered the melenzane ripiene it was tasty but there were just 2 small rolls of aubergine. I ordered the calves liver for main, again a small portion with a few token vegetables on the side and 1 sautéed baby potato. The liver was rubbery, I can only think it was frozen rather than fresh. I told the staff this and rather than apologise or offer something else I was told I was in the wrong and I had eaten most of it, which I hadn’t. The staff member was so rude and dismissive, I have never been treated so badly anywhere as a paying customer. I subsequently found out that the person I had complained to was the owner. I can understand that she might be defensive of her business and not like complaints but she should not be in a customer facing role If that is how she responds to feedback. We live in Teddington and will not be returning. Avoid, there are much better restaurants opposite the palace.

First time visit to this restaurant. A charming welcome and within seconds we were sitting with a glass of rosé in a beautiful room overlooking the grassland of Bushey. What a great start. The staff are young, smiling and lovely and we really enjoyed the authentic Italian food and feel and atmosphere of the place. The pasta with prawns were tasty while the calves liver was stunningly good, fresh, perfectly pink and with a very good gravy. It’s a great place for a supper pre Hampton Court which is around the corner. These are the sorts of independent restaurants that Covid has destroyed but happily for us not this one.

We arrived late afternoon before the Saturday rush. Very friendly staff prepping for post 2nd lockdown service. They still had time to chat about recent struggles but were very positive about the future. This is the first meal here for me although the morning coffee is excellent. We ordered a pizza each and a bottle of very good house red syrah. I could see the kitchen chef rolling and cutting dough in front of the gas pizza oven. The pizza has lovely toppings, were as thin as you could make and very tasty. With an extra large wine and Calypso coffee the bill came to £53. A reasonable price for friendly staff, a nice vibe and good food.

We come to Richmond about once a year & found this restaurant on our last trip. Loved it so much we returned & it did not disappoint. We both had seafood pasta, mine was with a tomato based sauce with hint of chilli, & husband's was creamy. They were both superb. Accompanied by a lovely bottle of Italian white wine it went down a treat. We shared the passion fruit cheesecake for dessert as I remembered how large it was ! Overall a great meal out & very reasonable price.

The food was classic Italian though not in an old fashioned way. All dishes were attractively presented and most importantly everything was cooked just right. Service was great and we had the good fortune of a table with a view over Bushey Park which was magical. Service was excellent.
