The best restaurants in Fairlop Redbridge London

Customer care is appalling, server showed complete disregard and disrespect for my order. Gave me and my friends a completely different order than what we asked for and couldn’t be asked to change it after multiple clarification attempts from us but still made us pay the full price. Wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

Cozy pub with very reasonable prices

Really lovely food and excellent service. Enjoyed the Bombay potatoes and other veggie side dishes. Staff very kind and patient with our large group which included some kids. Definitely a gem in Hainault and would visit again.

Ordered take away unfortunately the person on the phone got our address wrong 4 times !! We had to repeat it , this is a recent thing never had it before , the food is good though

The staff were absolutely unaware of how to handle allergies at the counter, even allowing a girl under 15, likely working there because it is a family business, to serve customers. Unfortunately, despite mentioning the allergy several times, the plate still contained the allergen!

I come here regularly and have just seen theres been no review since 2021. So I'm correcting this. Always seems to be the keyword for me to use. Its just amazing how its ALWAYS the same quality here, with lovely people who work sooooo hard to please. Good menu, good food, good value, good service, good cleanliness, ALWAYS!!!! Its no wonder they are ALWAYS busy whenever I pass by. Would recommend any and everyone to try Marino's, and see for yourself. ALWAYS look forward to my next visit.

Excellent customer service from Uwais. Even though there was not much in the shop, he still was passionate and gave me a variety of option to choose from. He was quick and very polite.

Worst kebab I’ve ever had. I was very disappointed with what I got, soggy chips, old meat and there was no variety of salads whatsoever, just a bowl of mixed salads. Very stingy when it came to putting sauce on the donner… half a spoon of garlic sauce I’ve never experienced anything like this before. £10! Aswell with no drink included. I would not recommend.

Always running out of specific chicken pieces, never able to make a fresh batch and tries to force customers to take pieces they don't want. Happened twice and it's very unfortunate as the food itself has been good in the past.
