Efficient service, good food at a good price.

I bought a family meal and ordered specific items that I wanted . They then rang me and the woman spoke so quickly with an accent I could not understand, and explained to me she has confirmed later that ,I should not have what I ordered but I should receive what she wanted me to eat, . When I received my food certain items had been changed but when I complained , I was advised ,I was told all this in the telephone call , the one where I did not understand the person speak speed or accent Advice to them, give people the food they order and they won't complain.

The person I ordered from was fine. I didn't have to wait long when I collected the food, and we really enjoyed it. So no complaints at all.

I am really disappointed with the quality of food. It is tasteless, soggy and so rubbery. The fried rice I also ordered just looks white. I am not sure where they source the chicken from, i could not eat it. What a waste of money (£30). I should have settled for supermarket instant noodles. At least they have some taste. The king prawns chop suey costs around £6.40 and is essentially made up of 80% beans sprouts!

Hot food was great however the mixed starter for two people was not good at all the only thing nice was seaweed and the chicken gyoza was cold and tasteless. I called and explained it politely but was so disappointed that I was not given a refund for the starter and gyoza. A wasted £15 😞

Soggy place the food is half decent sorry 😞 ordered shrimps tasted like plastic. Tell them to make the rice extra spicy it's comes with little or no spice despite me as a chef i'll cook better than what was served .

This place since it changed hand is gone sooooo bad !!! We all got food poisoning,, despite just sampling the food and not eating much at all. We reported them to trading standards and kept poisonous food for analysis.. authorities should shut this place down!!

This place was quite nice at one time but recently it has gone down hill. The food was tasteless and kung-po chicken smelt funny , the next day we both had upset stomach Never again would I use this place

Firstly, we called and made an order for delivery, after ONE HOUR, I called and chased the order, they said they had no drivers. They had no plans to call and tell me this, so I drove to collect. During the meal, 2 ants were found in the sauce, which of course ruined the meal. I would not recommend, find another local place until this restaurant has passed a health and food hygiene inspection.

We call and said we have not received the rice they called back and Call my mum a liar said they put it in bag but never received the rice.

Never given a 1 star before but the food was definitely tasteless. Crispy chilli chicken was very very chewy no chilli couldn't even taste any chicken. Sweet and sour chicken hong kong style I could have made it better myself just feels like they poured watery sweet and sour over some chicken.

I’ve always collected my order and the food has been good. But on a few occasions over the years I’ve ordered for delivery. I don’t know why I do this as every time I have been let down and lied to. I don’t mind waiting 40mins that’s what they always say. But after an hour you ring up and get told that they’ve had lots of orders from walk ins, but the diver left 10mins ago. After another 20 minutes, you ring back as it’s only a 3 minute drive even if you get suck at the lights and your asked if you would like to collect…… so after a hour and 20 minutes is it still with a driver or is it still at the shop? I have say at this time I was in isolation due to Covid so was unable to go out. Ended up eating 2 oranges and a bag of crisps! I definitely won’t be ordering again…..Honesty is always the best policy.

What happened to best Chinese food in Hainault??we had beef today where porsion become half of size as before, absolutely no taste. Singapore style vermicelli was in good size , but rearly meat or vegetables been found. So sad... it was our most likeable place in the area..

So, now under new management but this was kept very quiet. The food is now only bland to average, the portions are smaller and the prices have gone up on average 10%. Not what you would expect from new management.

Went here as our usual New World Take away is closed due to the lockdown..so at the Oriental Kitchen ordered Singapore Fried Rice and Special Fried Rice...completely disappointed ☹doesnt look like fried rice at all...literally a teaspoon or less than of chicken egg and pork! No chillie nothing...very sad! Please Please Oriental Kitchen cook food the way it's meant to be...using proper ingredients and dint be stingy on the good stuff... Miss you New World!😭

Have always used this Chinese for as long as I can remember. Long delivery times but the food was always really nice. However, ordered tonight and can’t believe the difference in food. It’s is tasteless and beef is really chewy. Not impressed. Looks like it has changed hands - so will be looking for a new Chinese takeaway - truly disappointed

Very poor... we been ordering 4 years plus.. sometimes ok, and sometimes you just get old food not eatable. Step up, and cook fresh

Long waiting times, could be waiting up to 2 hours for delivery, 1 HR for collection but maybe that's just a sign of current times

Best Chinese around. Food is fresh and absolutely delicious. Plenty of meat and vegetables in each dish and cooked to perfection. Downside is, they are popular so you may have to wait a while for your food on a Friday or Saturday night. Staff are very friendly.

Best chinese in the area ,busy and popular which means you sometimes have a long wait it you order late but worth it .

Have been to this takeaway on and off for a number of years. The food is ok. If you're in a rush and it's near to you, then I would go to it, if you want something exceptional then you should travel further afield. Price is ok, not expensive you do sometimes have to wait quite a while because people order food in advance and get them to deliver it and they seem to prioritise their food over walk ins.

Food is lovely but takes sooo long to deliver every time! I wouldn't even mind if they was honest with the times but they fib and say itll be this amount of time and you end up either emaciated at home or waiting in the shop for ages.

The food is delicious I always order from there. The staff are so friendly and polite. Always know what we have. Good quality of food for your money.

Writing this out of utter disgust as I have never experienced a wait of two and half hours when we live within 10 minute drive and the food to arrive to be inedible. It was a set menu for 3 people and everything was Vegetables and mainly water chestnuts. Duck in black bean had one piece of duck. Spare ribs we couldn’t even east. After the longest ever wait we chucked it in the bin. £40 that I want back please. Disgusted. Won’t ever order from you again

Go there a lot food is always cooked fresh and its nice and hot and if you phone the order its always done on time

Food was awful and I was made to wait 1 hr and 45 mins!!!!! 1 hour before going to the shop to collect it and an additional 45 mins sitting in the shop and didn’t even get a proper apology... Absolutely disgusting will definitely not be coming here again!

This takeaway has a 1 star food hygiene rating and I wish I’d seen this before ordering last night. Food was poor to average tasting and I have been awake and ill since 5am today. I’m the only one in my family who ate here and the only one who’s ill.

Good value Chinese Food for the price you pay. Staff are always welcome and friendly. The quality of the food is also good too

Family gathering of 8 people on a Wednesday night, didn't think they would be busy.. Was told the food would be delivered in 1.5 hours but eventually turned up after 2 hours and 20 minutes. I phoned several times they kept giving excuses. Food was great though, freshly cooked and piping hot but that wait really killed the evening.

I order vegetarian noodles today all vegetables are raw. No taste........very disappointed

Ordered my usual beef curry and egg fried rice and got half the amount as they were both put in same container. Was not what I was expecting and paid same price for. Will be trying elsewhere in future!
