They did not mention that bank holiday 13.99 We called yesterday but they said 9.99 When we are going to pay they said no it’s 13.99 Worst service After 2 months we visited today after 15 minutes they said no more lamb curry item it’s finished

We were a very large group, and although a reservation was made, the restaurant was not prepared, there was constantly a shortage of products, drinks, bowls... average, only carbonated drinks and water to drink. The fruit and dessert ended very nicely, not well, because we paid a normal price. Soup 😂😂 Where are you, good Asian cook????

Thought to give this a go as years ago it was really good, decor is still the same, food was okay mostly chicken and variety is definitely gone smaller. Food wasn’t really being refilled either. Service was a little poor as we ordered drinks but came 20mins later. Overall not amazing but worth a try at £13.99 pp.

Amazing food and stuff are quite good

Lovely place to eat with family they are very welcoming and have a good variety of food made fresh from the chef inside and I loved their sweet and sour chicken it was soft and tender and delicious can’t stop thinking of the food very nice highly recommend they have jelly and ice cream loved the whole meal and left with full stomachs the prices also very reasonable and the have a bubble tea place inside and the bubble tea is one of the best I’ve ever tried the boba is so soft and chewy and the drinks have a bit of a twist in them

Yesterday we came here to eat as it clearly stated that it’s a BUFFET, and you serve yourself and eat as much you can for a price. Well, yesterday we came here to eat and most of the trays were empty and the manager walking around with a tray of king prawns and serving people. If that’s the case then please Remove the sign and the menu and just serve people like they do in normal restaurants. It was diabolical and disgusting. Why are you serving people like we can’t serve ourselves. Wired

QUESTION: Is this place a buffet, or is it only for certain types of people? I have never went to a buffet where the owner will literally walk around and serving people what he thinks they deserves in their plates. They don’t refill and leave the dishes empty on purpose because they don’t want (The specific type of race to help themselves with the buffet) BY THE OWNER’S ORDERS I’ve been coming here for about 5 years now and I always get treated like a criminal despite paying just like everyone else. I don’t eat most of the stuff in there because they’re mostly bland and basic. I only eat the pineapples as desert and 6 king prawns, (3 vegetable springs rolls, salad, sea weed, broccoli and mushrooms as a starter. Then I’ll have the special fried rice with the vegetables and shrimps, with more broccoli and black bean sauce from the meaty one on the left. Today I came in, and most of the dishes were empty PER USUAL. Imagine fasting all day, after a long day at work and picked up my child from nursery and came here to eat my usuals, came in 15 minutes late after iftar and asked for water so I could break my fast. I asked the beautiful young lady when it’s the next refill for the prawns and she said 5minutes. I waited and obviously the owner must’ve told them to hand him the prawns so he could distribute it by walking to each table and dishing them out to people. He came to me and gave me 2 prawns and walked off with the tray and served the others as they wished then took the rest in the kitchen. After an hr of watching and wondering what the hell is going on. I then realised that he did not want me to eat the food. Knowing how hungry I was after a rough day of fasting I ate mostly spring rolls and a bowl of pineapple. I don’t eart ice cream or meat or chicken from here. The only thing that I eat here is what I mentioned above. Today is my last time coming in here because the owner is becoming more arrogant and more aggressive with absolutely ZERO customer services manners. He is now picking and choosing the type of customers he feel/deemed worthy serve because he feels superior to serve anything darker than him. What a shame. Masha Allah, the two waitresses (SPECIALLY THE YOUNGER ONE, she's so kind and just helpful in every way, and her face just radiates NOT only beauty but compassion) May Allah grant you beautiful and better things in this dunya and the hereafter, so that you don’t in places like this and working with an Arrogant A’hole like that long faced, drooling chin, racist person like him as a boss, I pray that god put you in higher positions in life where you will be your own boss. We ate here many times,the always have amazing offers. I came here with my family, whoever likes chinese food, this is the best place to eat at. This is price friendly, even for students.

Hit and miss, most of the time its good, some times its not great. Drinks taste diluted and pricey! buffet price is reasonable though and on a good occasion the food is top quality. Please top up the prawns more often.

Brillant food the service was amazing and the waiter deserves a raise

Left after 10 minutes, food very bad not much choice, desert was only gelly, soft drinks watered down, no toilet paper in toilet. Got charged over £30 for two people for basic low quality food.

Honestly hands down this place is soo underrated, better than GRC or other buffet places. It's a little place but these guys deserves soo much more, food was 10/10. I recommend people to try this place family friendly, customer service it's on point they attend to you if you are okay. I am now going to be regular to this place and will be recommending this place to other people. Loved it also it's Halal They also had a BoBa place inside and my daughter's loved it.

Manager needs some training in communicating properly and learning sone manners. Miss selling to customers without informing them of the price changes. The place definitely needs a hygiene assessment, leaking Vents and mouldy walls are not the one for food places. Food is basic, lacks flavour and very limited choice. 2 prawns per customer! Need I say more?

very rude went in there with my 3 year old and 5 year old and wanted 1 plate the lady sed no u are not allowed 1 plate we charge 10 pound a person I sed there toddlers 1 only need 1 plate so they can share she sed no share is a load why so we walked out that was very unfair and rude of them

Shockingly someone sneezed all over the buffet right infront of me. Cant blame the restaurant for this. But this is what happens at all buffets I suppose. Maybe they can do some better ventilation as the place gets very hot and humid. Maybe open some windows and let some air in. Use to like this place when the old owners were there. Prices have gone to high and not worth the price anymore. Staff can be rude especially the tall blonde girl.

Very poor service most of the item were empty. I requested for Ice-cream my daughter waited so long. Guy at the desk kept on ignoring us instead of giving us ice cream he waited us to leave before bringing the ice cream out. The place was great untile new management took over. Staff polite always clean gd price

The place seemed dead about 7:30pm tonight 30/12/23 The food was "cold", and I mean all the dishes! Also, I kept requesting for chicken corn soup which I never got during the last hour or so I was there (though they kep promising). All the staff were full of empty promises. I will NEVER go there again! Waste if money & not recommend at all!

I have been a few times, and it's not bad. Yes the selection is limited. The lunch menu is smaller than the dinner menu. Children's buffet cost is based on the child's height, unfairly in my opinion. They could do with mixing it up a little, maybe change the menu once in a while, challenge yourselves.

If your a person who likes food with no taste then this is the place for you. Food has no taste. There is only one staff so service is poor than the standard service. Food is poor than the standard taste of food. Go to a different buffet. I regretted coming here and so will you. very cheap food. They cook from pot noodles

I went there on my birthday in July 2023. The food was so cold. The staffs' were nice and don't get me wrong they're nice people. The ceiling was very cluttering and water was dripping. I was sitting in the middle and the ceiling would of cluttered on my head. I won't be eating there no more.

It was wasting time and money. Very pathetic, food was not fresh, only few items and staff behaviour was so rude. We were not allowed to have more ice cream scope. Bad Bad Bad we will never come again😡😡😡😡

This place isn’t a buffet, while we were eating ice cream, we were told we weren’t allowed to get any more. The variety of food was lacking and bland, the only desert options were four types of fruits, jelly and ice cream, and when I bit into a piece of chicken, it was pink.

It has a limited selection of food, but it makes sense, for 10,99£ It's perfect. Even though I would say that the staff there was a amazing! Been at restaurant for lunch today (8/09/23). The opening times on the door, showed that they are open at 1pm. Been at the door standing and waiting but nobody opened the door. Called the restaurant and somebody answered. I asked what was the opening time, and we were told that the time is 2pm. When I tried to explain that it clearly states that the opening time is 1pm, the guy who spoke to me straight away said 'please do not call here again, don't you understand' and he cut the phone. There were other customers waiting to get in to have their lunch but no one cared.

Absolutely awful this restaurant actually denies who tap water ( a basic human right) also if you serve alcohol it's a legal requirement to give tap water when asked for. The woman specifically said, 'we don't serve tap water'. Then when I said what they were doing was illegal they said the tap was broken! I do not think I have been refused tap water despite the fact I actually brought a coke. Please do not give your money here and go somewhere else

This was a good experience. I had relatively low expectations given its location and proximity. I don't normally like buffet style restaurants however I had a craving for a variety of Chinese food and I thought I would give it a go. They had a very good selection of starters and main course dishes. It is worth noting this is only a Chinese food buffet, this is not a world food type buffet. This buffet is clean and tidy and seems to turn around food regularly. I was impressed with the fact the waitress kept extremely busy, and was constantly cleaning. The buffet stands were regularly topped up, and you didn't have to wait for food. Why have I marked it down? No crispy aromatic duck with pancakes! The dessert options were pretty much non-existent, apart from jelly and fruit. No Chinese meal is complete without a crispy aromatic duck for me, and the venue could offer ice cream as a minimum. I would recommend based on the service and cleanliness of the buffet.

The first lost of food was good then the rest went down hill chicken was not cooked in 3 lots of the trays when I Called them over we was called a lier then we were over charged for the kids we were told that there were adults one is 14 and there other is 10. The battered prawns 🍤 still had the skin on. And we were charged for drinks we never had all in all KFC would be better….. never again

Great food and very friendly personal. And the most importantemember to get a Bubble tea on your way out. We meet the nicest lady making our first bubble tea ever - very friendly and helpful and what an experience dringing Tea with bubbles! Thank you :)

Refuse to provide free tap water. Blatant law breaking to charge for water when you are legally entitled to free tap water (they serve alcohol) Food was ok and service was decent.

Absolutely disgusting service after I have been coming to this restaurant since 2012. When the authentic Asian oriental staff gave a great service at that time. Tonight 29 03 2022 was the worst visit to a restaurant I have had in the UK. My partner and I were shown to our table and left for 20 mins without being asked whether we needed any drinks to start. We called to the blonde long haired manager as she walked by but she ignored us. We then called to a waiter who did not speak but gestured to the manager the that we needed service. We watched the manager show 2 sets of customers to their seats and provided them with drinks and still ignored us. My partner was ready to leave.. But as it was my birthday I said let's wait a little. The manager and waiter looked annoyed that we had the cheek to ask for service. Our last visit our bill was overcharged by £2.50.. Added extra tea.. No big deal but we would mention at end of meal. Time to pay the bill again manager added extra drink . Only drink we had was jasmine tea which came with free refills on the menu. The manager argued that it was £5 for tea despite the menu clearly stated £2.50 for a pot of tea with free refills. After visiting several buffets in London and always ordering jasmine tea with free refills this is the first restaurant to overcharge our card twice and refuse to do nothing about it. We asked for the owners email address or telephone number.. The shop manager blonde girl refused to refund and started to get an attitude and argue I warned her I would put this experience on trust pilot she replied ii feel sorry for you to argue over £2.50 which in fact was £5 overcharged total. Their was only one price on the menu for tea. The lady blonde long haired manager would not give her name or the owners contact details. Please do not waste your money at this restaurant as you are likely to be overcharged.

Lovely Place with verities of food choice

Had come as a family to celebrate 2 teenagers, and had the buffet for four, two adults and one child. The selection was okay however the disappointing fact was that they had no tapwater and was urged to buy a bottle of water instead. Apparently this has happened a few times with other friends who have visited there as they say that the tap is broken. I believe that this is an illegal fact to state and to refuse tapwater. The rest of the dining experience was fine however was slightly blurred because of the tapwater incident.

It's nice, cheap and cheerful. The menu is not as varied as other buffets but that is reflected on the price

Good value for money, food may be a bit salty for some, however overall its nice. Good variety of food, fish items were really nice. Lots of options for £7.99 lunch buffet price. staff were polite and helpful. Don't know why people gave this place such bad ratings, veil sabotage effort by competitions, one can only wonder! Worth coming back. Update: may be a bit slow in restocking items!

Bland tasteless food not much choice all the food which did have flavour tasted non descriptive. I had to add my own flavouring with soy & suracher sauce. After digging into my second plate I decided I really wasn’t enjoying it as I was basically forcing it down to get my money’s worth, then gave up just wanted to get out of there asap. Also had a cold atmosphere. Also couldn’t believe it when I asked for a glass of tap water at the end was refused as they don’t do tap water! Definitely won’t be returning!

Had buffet couple of time, everyday same dishes sometimes it's boring.

Tried after 3 years again but the taste has changed on some items and the environment didn't feel like friendly. Some dishes especially Lamb and Beef need more attention in term of quality. Also sea food section wasn't topped up(empty)

COLD COLD COLD , COLD FOOD ,i had better food in prison jail in pentonville.i would not eat here if they offered me to eat free Anytime I would never eat there never mind paying.i was asked to pay the 9.99£ Before even sitting, the noodles and rice dishes was VERY COLD and put me off right away, the quality of meat used is lowest grade of food/ meat possible,would been better off going supermarket and getting a tin of beans and eating it out the can cold, hows this place even operating, no wonder there was only a handful of people in there, I demanded my 10£ back and was told not possible come back later, so after shouting and making a scene I was given my 10£ back, NASTY place , go at your own risk , terrible shocking quality of food I’m shocked. Amazing place trued for the first time and it was lovely food all you can eat buffet and well worth the money and staff are really nice and helpful and they keep up the cleaning and refresh the food on the buffet if it has been there too long so it is all fresh all the time on the buffet food

The food was not this great because it was not hot . The temperature of the restaurant where we were sitting was very cold. When reported it to the staff she just told me it was warm without doing anything

Went here on Tuesday and was pleasantly surprised. For a buffet the food quality is not bad at all. Whilst they could definitely benefit from improving the variety of dishes they have on offer, what they do have actually tastes good. The inclusion of ice cream within the buffet is a nice bonus as is the fact that its actually nice! Well recommended if youre in Ilford and cant make your mind up about what you want.

Wonderful experience first time eating Chinese...absolutely spot on the food the price and the customer service 10/10...really nice deco and good variety of food. Definitely a must place to eat. 10/10 could not fault anything..👍👍🙌

Came here for dinner buffet today for £13 and it was the worst buffet I've ever tried. Cold and tasteless food. Unfriendly staff and just a bad experience over all. Not even one single item on the menu tasted good, even the deserts and Ice cream were bland and really bad. Literally wanted to throw up while eating, coudn't even finish my meal. Won't recommend this place and never visiting again. Save your money.

I have been here quite a few times over the years, the food is amazing, a lot of choices to choose from, you can try new foods without worrying about losing money and usually it doesn't disappoint. Never had an issue with this amazing restaurant.

I have been there yesterday, but I was quite unhappy with the lady who worked there. She was fair and wearing glasses and she pretended as if we were eating for free. while eating, I felt very uncomfortable. I did not like her attitude towrads us and other customers. I will not go again to that place.

The food is mediocre, good price but nothing to go out of your way for. The Eastern European lady who works here is extremely unprofessional and shouts at customers in front of everybody in a rude tone when addressing you. I will not be returning and the staff need to be trained to talk to customers in a better manner.

This was our first time visiting this restaurant and my mum and I totally regretted it. The food is mediocre taste wise and what was even worse is that the food isn’t fresh. After we left we both developed food posing and we’re in pain for a whole day!! Better save your hard earned coin and spend it somewhere else. We will never visit this place again

My favourite place to go since 2015

I went with my family and was pleasently surprised with the range of the buffet and quality of certain dishes. I loved the fried prawn, seasme seed bread and the duck. Serive was replacing dishes and cleaning was quick. My kids loved the ice cream and the fact that they can have as much as they want. Value for money and will be going there again.

Normally I don’t give such a dissatisfying feedback. However Rude and disappointing customer service. Have been going to this place for over 12 years now. Very disappointed by the food especially is cold when in the hot plate. Eastern European lady behind the bar with red cap was rude and negative. How can you tell to the customer I am not suppose to speak to anyone. Very unprofessional and disappointing food and service. I took a very close friend of mine on dinner, he was highly disappointed.

This place used to be great before they swapped management . It has gone down hill MASSIVELY & not worth the money. I’ll start with the staff. The BLONDE waitress/ manager is the MOST RUDEST person I have ever come across . She doesn’t greet you with a warm hello..she’s cold as ice and has the most VILE attitude. I seriously don’t know how she expects people to go back with the attitude she has . You only have an hour in there . You can’t sit where you want to sit .. when you get your food all the staff look over your plate to see how much you put on there , they used to offer a vast selection but now the quality of food and choice has decreased. The satay sauce is water . The restaurant is noisy. They were actually doing maintenance works whilst I was eating . The constant sound of drilling gave me a huge headache. There was no apology - nothing for the inconvenience. The waitresses are moody and make you feel awkward.

Rude and disappointing customer service. Food is extremely cold and salty. Upon request for warm food, the tall Eastern European lady with the polo hat responds in extremely rude and negative way. Very unprofessional and disappointing food and service. Traveled over 40 miles to try their food but food n service isn't even worth a step walk. Not recommended
