Chicks Chicken & Pizza in Redbridge

Customer care is appalling, server showed complete disregard and disrespect for my order. Gave me and my friends a completely different order than what we asked for and couldn’t be asked to change it after multiple clarification attempts from us but still made us pay the full price. Wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

Bought some chicken wings and felt soo disgusted about the food

We bought some 12 pieces of chicken wings for takeout. We noticed that the chicken is not clean and the chicken hair was mixed with it. It was not only in one but in every chicken 6 Felt so disgusted even the staff was 5 food is pretty disgusting. I've taken some pictures for proof as well

I went there today brother misaq(sorry forget name might b) was really friendly, professional and cooperative, pizzas were hot fresh, love the wings, burger meals were good too, I took food for picnic party with family at park. Really enjoyed fresh hot food, highly recommended, thanks

A bit too pricey for chicken and pizza shop. They don’t include drinks in the meals and charge 90p for canned drinks. They don’t toast burger buns, so feels a bit weird biting into a cold burger bun and a warm chicken fillet at the same time. They never fry the chips long enough - on some occasions I have watched them fry it for 50 seconds and have had to tell them to fry it for longer. Wings are very good here. You can get a lot for your money elsewhere.

Horrible chicken burgers rotton and half eaten by rats..... ..... never going to visit again..... pls smell food before take away.... don't deserve single star but i need to post for awareness of other people...plz check food before buying... .

Best chicken and chips in the whole of ilford only get your food from here they are clean and very nice people there prices are good too shout out to you boss!
