I had a large lamb shish, the best kebab ever. The meat was tender and had big chunks, and my daughter had a lamb doner wrap that was large and filling at that price.

1st time I have ordered from here the food was really very fresh and tasty had home delivery came very quickly and very good value for money will be ordering again 🙂

The small quantity is a small package, which is not a good thing. Increasing the price is useless, but unfortunately 🤐🤐🤐🤐

RIP OFF ,, they are sooooo expensive,, go few doors to have chicken and burgers much better and reasonable prices!! P.S They serve other people’s leftovers as found peace’s of doner meat in my rice as well as salad !! AVOID AVOID AVOID

I asked for large chicken diner, the person who made the order was doggie, he added the left over meat into my order, i challenged the person straight away, but they made silly excuse It's a bad experience, do not even think of ordering any food from this pathetic place

We ordered x2 Iskender kebab's but 1 would of done us both as the portion was brilliant for £13. It tasted nice and authentic too. Our son wanted a burger and chips which was okay too Arrived in good time and hit the spot. Will be ordering again.

bad work and service. I took time to bring food for my family at one time, but he did not come and did not call until I called them and told me that he was on his way. He lied to me. I waited a long time. He did not come, and when I called, he told me that he was on his way lied

Not the best welcome here, nor a good place to eat. It was cold, I asked to close the window, & was told the door would have to open! Good selection, service however was poor. We had a chicken pizza, the mixed grill with all the meats. The food was nice, but we ate in, & they don't provide plates, it wasn't the best dining idea. Overall due to the poor service & cold I'd not recommend. Delivery or takeaway would be best.

terrible service I do not recommend this establishment made the delivery, it said that the waiting time was 30 minutes but we waited 1.20 minutes when they called, the girl shouted in a not pleasant voice that this was not a restaurant!!! during this time, the pizza was delivered already cold and the nerves were spent! I do not recommend!

Great local kebab spot. Chicken beyti was amazing!

Overall, I'm very disappointed they have let themselves down extremely over pricing for cheese on a kebab. The kebab wasn't cooked correctly it was a dull grey colour with pink streaks going through it.

Love their kebabs ,delicious & flavourful .always order home delivery on weekends .food is always Fresh. Best donner kebabs in east london.

Got charged for a sauce, and I am supposed to be a regular customer, it's very sad, may have to go Chigwell king whom are much better. They give you big portion. Taste good

Very bad experience … they take only cash and as i came from edinburgh i have 20£ in Scottish currency they refused to take saying they don’t recognise this currency and will not accept any currency of Scottish sterling pounds… wierd.

The food is very nice & tasty, decent portions, friendly customers service! I’ve been going there regularly! Far better than German donner kebab and Maida Grill! Whenever I buy donner or any Turkish food I will go there next time every time!

Ordered two mix shish and lamb kebabs which really was awesome. Delivery package was neat and clean, salads and sides were delicious as well. Recommend this Kebab shop to all.

Solid food, generous portions and good value. Excellent service too, had Lahmucun with Doner and some chips.

Haven’t been to a takeout where they cook the chips with fish. But it’s funny how they complain when I only asked do you cook it in the same oil as I have a serious fish allergy

Have been a long time customer but today the restaurant stole money from my disabled brother aNd when I called up to complain the owner blamed the app for being wrong and refused to give my brother his money back. The delivery guy flat out lied to me at the door which is the only reason I accepted the order from him. BEWARE, IF THESE PEOPLE SUSPECT YOU ARE DISABLED OR IN A POOR POSITION TO RETALIATE, THEN THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS IF YOU DONT THINK DISABLED PEOPLE SHOULD BE TREATED THIS WAY.

Very nice kebab with reasonable price. I have tried the lamb kebab and the portion is very big.

Massive, best chicken doner i ever eat. Staff very quick. Edit: not that quick anymore. Ordered food online, should be ready within 30 mins. Been to collect in about 35min and still waiting over 1hr to collect order. That was my last visit there and will not order again from that place.

We have used Hainault bbq many times and have had the odd problem usually forgetting our chips, always they rectify by sending chips out straight away. Today we had a mixed kebab tray and chips and it was by far the tastiest meal for a long time, they really excelled themselves. Thank you very much. experience today.

Food is very good and you get very good size portions and all the food they serve is reasonably priced. Located less than 100 metres from hainault underground station with bus routes virtually outside the restaurant. Well placed and staff attitudes have improved in my experience

Food was delivered cold.Chips was flooded in chicken fat. Called to complain no alternative was offered. Totally don’t care about the customer satisfaction!!! Avoid!

We had a fabulous kebab a few weeks ago. The portions were generous and the Iskender was especially good. Halep kebab was lovley as was the mix shish. They even threw in some flatbread. Chips were average. All in all an excellent takeaway

Since starting work in the local area I’ve used this takeaway quite a few times, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful and answer any questions I’ve had about the food quickly, the food I’ve bought is very nice and I highly recommend them to anyone, even helped when I was having issues with the just eat app trying to order from them for pickup. 5*

Finally at the point to leave a review and a shame I don't know how to attach pictures. I've beed using this place for the past 5 years.... Stopped when delivery became £4 😂... Now its free... Great but come on, swappinf out my food because you didn't have something instead of calling the customer is silly. I run 17 stores that also use just eat as a platform and its just daft.... This time the orders correct but can't even cook cheesy garlic bread properly... How do you allow that to leave your store when it's as cremated as...Will be using sea star or the others in barkingside from now on.... .

very bad experience had delicious looking doner meat and quater pounder with chip felt soo nice eating it but next 2days only i know how i felt,had really bad vomiting and diarrhoea, thanks to bbq kebeb i have lost weight soo if anyone wants to loose weight plz com here and eat and forget the gym

Good service when I call for home delivery the young lady on the phone is so polite and the food is so good say 45mins for delivery but it turns up before that service is good recommend to anyone

Prices are high customer service is poor... I notice they are also racist... at first I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but each time I go there thinking I will receive a better experience it just gets worst... when white customers come in the shop they are very welcoming to those individuals it's a shame I wont be spending another penny with them.

When I first moved into the area in 2012 this kebab shop was outstanding. The Beyti was the pick of the choice and no one else made a Beyti like HBBQ. Over the years the quality has gradually declined whilst the prices have crept up. From being outstanding it has become average. There was a reason to search out for HBBQ as their food really drew people in. It has become very average now and no better than the vast amount of kebab shops in the area.

Whilst waiting for a burger to be cooked, one of the guys accidentally dropped it on to the customer side of the counter. This was swiftly put straight back on the grill. I left it several seconds and then said I hope you are not going to give me that. His response was rather defensive with him saying I was being "fussy" and there was nothing wrong with it as the customer service counter side was clean . To this I showed him him how easy it was to put my hand on it! A short exchange of words then escalated. He begrudgingly put another burger on but wasn't happy and started speaking to his work mates. If the manager is reading this, your staff need to brush up on food hygiene or better still perhaps pay for courses for them. Whilst you are at it perhaps splash out on customer service courses too. As a paying customer this is not the type of service I would expect and for staff to be antagonistic when challenged. . For anyone going in there, make sure you keep an eye on your food being cooked.

Staff were pleasant had a quarter pounder with cheese and salad prepared over a charcoal barbecue very tasty and excellent value will definitely go there again

Best Kebabs on the earth I have tried many kebab shops but this one is the best one I even drive 30 miles to get kebab from this shop Good portions awesome taste.

2 pounds extra for a bread with a kebaab! Really? Small donner and chips with bread almost 10 pounds takeaway. Too expensive and rude when i enquired about the price!

Have to give this place a good review, not just because it's the only take-away I can think of in Hainault, but for their food and good service. Once they gave me a different pizza size, but mistakes do happen and my issue was resolved promptly within minutes.

ordered for the first time and must say everything from food to service to delivery, all was impressive. The kebabs were very tenders and nice and salad and bread portions were all good hence everyone at home enjoyed. Good work guys. keep it up!

Usually love this place but last 2 times iv ordered i ordered turkish bread got something entirely different this time paid for 2 drinks and never recieved! Getting ridiculous! The food however is still nice

they are liars..they cheated me..they show you big portion of shish kabab and pack you less and filled your pack with rice nan and salad.i never reccomend. its not worth for our money.

Awful people - we ordered a pizza which arrived undercooked we complained the lady was nice. An hour and fifteen minutes later nothing. I called and they laughed at me saying the second one burned and I can’t have a refund.

Great place food is always excellent and prepared how you want it if you have requirements. Salad is the freshest and crisp I've ever had in any take away. Staff friendly. Have their own app as well as on just eat. Has space for you to dine in if you chose but not a lot. Only down side is it a CASH only place. But great food and huge selection

Not even worth 1 star. I will leave a review as per my experience. The man cheated on my change. I bought 2 portion of chips, paid £10 and the man gave me a £1.60 changed. I was shocked because I can't believe how expensive the chips are. I don't really buy chips on this kebab shop and also it's for my manager. I thought that's there price. A little later my other colleague bought the same chips and she paid £1.70. I came back and asked the man who served me and gave my change, but he totally denied it. It wasn't the money it was the principle. Also I confronted the man because it's not my money it's my manager money. I will never ever recommend it.

Ordered family meal, supposed to come with baklava 3 pcs, instead got 1 chocolate fudge, Rang the shop, asked them why that hapened? Been told and I quote...run out of bakla va, so we gave you one dessert in it???? Who says in it? To a customer? Bad attitude and rude to customers. IN IT!!!! What a weirdos...dont have clue how to speak to customer. At the end didnt get an apology, nor refund. Nothing at all.
