Did not give right order. After calling and asking for compensation the staff were no help even after showing proof of purchase. Food was nothing special and the hassle is not worth it.

This place used to be good but now the staff at the counter is a disgrace for this business. They give you incomplete orders this has happened to me on several occasions extremely annoying. My last visit I was also short changed so have now decided never to go back again. I fairly certain the guy at the counter is illiterate or just doesn’t care. Be careful if you order from this place again

Pizza was delivered in bad condition & squashed with napkins inside the box on top of the pizza itself. Pizza was also cold.

Portions sizes are decent and the chips are better than most other places. The pizza is very cheesy and I would recommend it.

My driver cud not put food in my house Im disabled. I needed food. I told him 2 use my keysafe and he cudnt use it. I sent the food back and want a refund. Im disgusted how u treat disabled people !!!

Received the wrong order - a chicken wrap instead of a 6 wings and chips also missing was a drink. Contacted support no refund or compensation.

I ordered four boxes of 4 wings and chips with 2 drinks and he told me that would be £15.60 and I paid, just for him to give me 1pc chicken and chips then have the AUDACITY to tell me I did not. Furthermore service is incredibly poor, workers accept phone calls while arranging your order, so they are BOUND TO MESS UP YOUR ORDER. Ultimately, if you do not wish to be scammed Please please PLEASEE do not spend a penny here, don’t make the same mistake I unfortunately made

The restaurant's customer service is poor. They take service charge but do not provide good service. The taste of the food was good.

Ordered a chicken burger took one bite and turned around and went straight back in the shop and went on a mad one walking back home I was sick I been up all night with runs I’m going back in there when there open I’m going to get my full compensation from the one who gave me food poisoning of not I will be contacting The food, hygiene officer, and my solicitors will be involved

Called for collection, said I would be 10-15 minutes but I went 20 minutes later (giving them some extra time because it was Friday night) and had to wait for my order to be prepared when I got there. Do better! The woman that works there has some kind of passive aggressive attitude. If I hand you the money I expect it to be handed back to me. Not put on the counter like I’m some tramp! She also lied and said they don’t do delivery when I phoned?? Chicken and wings are decent. Burgers and pizza are pretty good. Stay away from the bbq wings not great at all. The chips are great, I always get them fresh.

This is best shop i ever eat love their food , shop is not really costly and customer service is best.

MISSING BURGER normally WAS GOOD NOW POOR ITS A SHAME

Waited a very long time for delivery. No driver. Latest arrival was 11pm. Arrived 11.10pm. Restaurant said food is ready when i rang at 10.50pm, driver arrived at 11 at restaurant and restaurant said food is NOT ready!l Restaurant is close to my home but i could not leave the house! It then arrived EXTREMELY COLD! How can the food be ready at first contact 10.50pm and then its not ready at 11.00pm when the delivery driver arrived to pick up the order! They said at 11.05 the food is not ready and we are preparing the food!!?? Then at 11.10pm the food arrives! Food was COLD not even slightly warm!! Very disappointing from the restaurant!

Food didn't even arrive. It was wrote as delivered.We called the restaurant and was told it was delivered. Basically the guy was extremely unhelpful and told us it isn't his fault as the driver said its delivered so nothing he can do. We have been with them twice before and it has always been nice. Due to this experience we won't bother again!!!!!!!!!!

So disappointed to write this review. This is the third time we have ordered and the previous two times it was great. Unfortunately tonight our food was not delivered, we phoned the restaurant to be told it is down as delivered and there is nothing he can do. So we are £20 down and I will not bother ordering from here again.

I highly recommend this shop the food is just amazing, staff is friendly, atmosphere is neat and clean and specially their chilly sos my god you find nowhere elsejustlove that go and enjoy❤.

I usually spend £30 a week on pizza from here but won’t be returning as disappointed with poor customer service. Numerous times I’ve ordered via phone and gone to collect but staff said they forgot. On my last order I was disappointed with the pizza as I get the same pizza everytime but on this occasion I was given the wrong toppings and a thin base pizza. I didn’t like the pizza at all. If any other business give you the wrong order they rectify as the customer shouldn’t have to pay for something they didn’t order. I offered to pay half the price on my next trip to buy a pizza but the staff refused and I told them I was an unhappy customer but he didn’t seem to care they were going to lose a customer when I said I wouldn’t return if they didn’t compensate me with half price pizza. They’ve now lost a loyal customer that spent £150 a month with them. No loss of mine as I will go to tops pizza from now on. Poor attitude and customer service. Very unprofessional.

BETTER STAFF NEEDED IF THE OWNER WANTS TO RUN THIS SHOP FOR A LONG TIME !! I wish I could recommend this shop to anyone but the reality is the customer dealing is totally horrible the staff working in the kitchen doesn’t listen to what customers needs and end up preparing the food in their own way regardless of what customer needs. Apart from this there is this guy with long weird black bread. He is way to aggressive and rude and doesn’t listen to polite himself enough that customer can easily order, pay and collect their food.
