Absolutely horrible 😞. Bought some food last night it was disgusting. So disappointed. Don't go and west your money.

This place does the best donner in the area I have been going there for a while now never been disappointed the staff are friendly and they make the food to your liking I always get the lamb donner well done so it always taste good will definitely recommend 👍

Fab lamb shish kebabs, done over a proper charcoal fire. 👌🏽 Lamb doner is great too

Such a shame. Don't go there. Price is toooo high. They want to get Rich Quickly i guess. Food was not tasty at all. It was my first time here, ordered Large Chiken Donner which was £9 was placed on pita bread with salad and packed in paper (no take away box) Paid £3 to get small portion chips. Even i complained them that your prices are too high, in return i got a Fake Smile from both of them. This is what you get for £12 with no drink.

Great chicken doner. I live a bit far but when want good kebab, always get there to buy it. Excellent and very friendly people working there.

Just had Lahmacun with lamb done for my lunch. It was lovely.

I actually think their donner and chips are better than most kebab places locally but £8.50 for a medium??? No way they need to lower by £2-3 no one gonna buy them now.

Delicious döner kebab, chips and chilli sauce. I really enjoyed my meal this evening. The reason I gave a 4 star instead of 5 is because it's not a homemade donner.

Good food good quality of service

From the day it opened I was a regular at the Charcoal Grill until returning to Merseyside due to the pandemic. I have had an opportunity to have a kebab collected and delivered to Merseyside, which has been poor where kebabs are concerned. My kebab has been collected and is on it's way north. The staff working here are brilliant...always have been...great banter, great chat and great service. I've never had any reason to complain about anything from here...the service, food and prices are all great. I've tried all of the other kebab houses in Redbridge and the surrounding areas but the best of them all has been from the Charcoal Grill.

The food there is generally OK It can be a bit hit and miss though sometimes. The food used to be better when it first opened. The food is more expensive than the other kebab takeaway places in the area

Hmmmmmmm okay, I came here because I was desperately hungry and about to faint. I ordered a chicken burger and didnt realise until I bit into it that it was a processed patty that was just warmed up for the bun. Dire. I understand that these places have a certain standard and thus there should be expectations that are lowly anyway however, this was awful. The chips and accompanying wings were also horrific. Literally ate the chips to keep me going until I found another shop!

Best chicken kebab in ponders end, probably in north London. Don't live locally any more but popped in a few weeks back and the wife said she had forgotten how good a kebab could be when done so well.

Customer service is appalling. I ordered the food, checked the app when it became 5 mins late and the restaurant had marked the order as delivered. it's now 20 mins past the time they said they'd deliver. When I called to question this the gentleman was very rude and shouted "we are very busy". Said the food would be with us in 3 mins. that was 10 mins ago. They will never get my money again, nor should you give them yours.

The medium lamb shish was literally 4 cubes of lamb

Forgot the chilli sauce and the fish and chips was poor it was fries and not proper chips and the fish was a frozen fish with breadcrumbs and not battered fish. Won't be ordering that again the kebab was nice though but they put the salad in with the kebab so by the time it was delivered the pitta bread was soggy and wet trough would have been useful to have put the salad separate.

My second time ordering and the last one. Late by 50 minutes, ice cold, with the driver blaming the chefs for sending out the cold food. If I want to eat in two hours time, I can cook it myself. The reason number one is that this should be FAST FOOD.

Food was late. When it arrived it wasn't hot just about warm. When we opened it all up the chips were soggy, the kebabs had chilli sauce on and both were ordered with NO sauce. 1strime we ordered it was good. 2nd wasn't so good and now after this waste of money I will not order from Charcoal Grill again.

This is our local takeaway and we often call in advance and have it delivered . The food is always fresh and hot .

ordered the food on sunday eve, waited 1.5 hr until the delivery boy called us and asked where are we, that he cannot find the house and maybe we could come to him to pick it up? Really? WE ordered home delivery if we would like to pick it up we wouldnt ask for home delivery...anyways...he couldnt found the house... so I called to the Charcoal Grill and ask to make another food cause that one must be cold. and send someone else with gps to deliver it to us. Food came after 30 mins but it was the same food that delivery boy was trying to deliver for 1.5hour!!! the burger was damp , doner kebab chiken was all dryed into souce. and fries package was burned! like litterally there was fries shape holls in it.. very dissapointed! wouldnt recommend !

Lamb koftas had bones inside, as well as meat was wrapped in paper without box. Doner meat wasn't nice too

Meat has a garlic taste to it without any sauce on, the lamb shish is a bit chewy. Cannot say was the worst but i didnt eat all of it, first and last time i order unless changes are made.

My meal was not worth the money I paid for. I ordered a chicken kebab wrap for £5 and got soft small chunks of chicken with lots of chicken "fatty" pieces. The wrap was filled with oil and grease. I ordered a mixed donner kebab wrap and got VERY FEW pieces of donner (like 6) and the rest was filled with oil and chicken inside! the £10 was not worth it. the food smelt very bad upon arrival in a very bad smell, which was not appealing. the chicken pieces were not cooked properly and I am VERY DISSPOINTED with the fat pieces of chicken that they threw in. JustEat please take my review into account. I was looking forward to having my donner kebab and this is the worst I have ever tasted in my life. never ordering from here again.

Always turns up fast (it is nearby though) and always hot and tasty. No complaints!

Very disappointed!! Usually a very good place!! Delivery was quick but gave me can of Pepsi instead of a bottle (was rectified in the end) but the burger was dry and the tiniest bit of burger sauce had been put in the burger and the cheesy chips that were ordered just had a mound of dry grated cheese on top, not melted!!! Would have rather had waited a bit longer for a decent meal!!! :( all seemed way too rushed :(

Where is the point to ask what souce i want if u didnt put any souce in my kebab ? It totally ruined the taste i even couldn't finish it. Also where is the point to say that food going to arrive at 8;10 if it did arrive only after 8;30. Anyway... guess its very difficult to put sauce in kebab.

great service, tasty, hot on arrival, exact order and arrived quicker than expected delivery time.

I placed my order around midday, and it seems they sent me food from the night before. Meat was dry and over cooked. Order took over an hour to arrive although I live very close. Not impressed

Very dissatisfied with this place, we ordered a Falafel with salad no pita and Lamb Shish with salad, we received falafel in pita and 3 pieces of lamb in a pitta bread with no salad which honestly looked like it had been thrown around, very disgusted with the service and we will not be returning to this place.
