Always order from here and never had a bad meal can't rate it enough

Failure of a shop! What are these guys playing at!? Everything’s drenched in salad juice and sauce so the chicken is essentially washed out. 50% salad. 40% meat. 10% Turkish flatbread (not even pitta bread). 30% meat. 30% chips. 40% salad. £10 for a large but it comes in the same box as a medium? WHAT!!?? Such a head scratcher! I don’t want to exaggerate, I sympathise with their failure but COME ON! It’s very hard to say a good thing about this place. One star because I have to and the other because it killed my hunger.

Order kebab from here all the time so just order and pay, after paying I looked at the bill and it seemed more than usual, was charged £3 for delivery, even though it’s says £1 on website, will find somewhere else that doesn’t charge so much for delivery

unfortunately the onion rings were very cold. And the kebab was cold. such a shame. didn't end up eating it as to cold .

This place does the best donner in the area I have been going there for a while now never been disappointed the staff are friendly and they make the food to your liking I always get the lamb donner well done so it always taste good will definitely recommend 👍

Rice in clumps, chicken donor burnt and over priced. Guy refused to change it

Always ask for a little bit of chilli depending on who is on depends on the amount of chilli that gets dumped on the kebab. Far too much chilli which ruined the meal

Very bad taste. We ended up throwing the food in the bin. The meat was either old or under-cooked. Food had a foul odor and tasted very bad.

Ordered lamb donner with garlic sauce, but chilli sauce was put instead. Too hot for me, disappointed. Food was really nice but ruined by chilli sauce.

The burgers where over done and dry and so we’re the chips everything was cold and presentation of the burgers where Appalling I have already sent a defund request through and I am still waiting for a response

The bread was totally burn it was totally west of money 😡😡

Food very nice . Just a suggestion, maybe the sauce could be delivered in a little pot rather than on the kebab as it made the pitta bread very soggy and had to be peeled off the paper it was wrapped in , leaving bits still on the bread

Such a shame. Don't go there. Price is toooo high. They want to get Rich Quickly i guess. Food was not tasty at all. It was my first time here, ordered Large Chiken Donner which was £9 was placed on pita bread with salad and packed in paper (no take away box) Paid £3 to get small portion chips. Even i complained them that your prices are too high, in return i got a Fake Smile from both of them. This is what you get for £12 with no drink.

Depending on who is behind the counter depends on whether your food is nice. Donor meat burnt, crunchy and hard. Only good thing was the chips

Lamb shish off!! Could smell rotten meat when paper opened when tasted a bit of the meat it was sickening. Tasted off. Called restaurant to be told that the meat is changed every day!!! Usually never have a problem with the restaurant but after this we won’t be using them again

Lovely burger. Only downside is that I had no childrens drink with the kids meal but apart from that all good.

Asked for medium rare shish. I know the name of the restaurant is charcoal grill but surely their meat doesn’t have to look like charcoal. Burnt and over done. Very usual for this restaurant as never had a bad meal. Being a kebab shop surely they should know that a lamb shish should be juicy not hard and tough. Very disappointed tonight.

terrible got a chicken shish wrap with salad and had 2 bits of chicken that was it and the chicken was hard and horrible don't order from here

Sorry to say I had a bad experience. The food was cold and it was nothing like I expected. I order two kebabs and specifically said no salad. They arrived absolutely covered in salad. I did scrape it off but the whole thing basically tasted of onion. Sorry to say I had to throw it away. The whole thing was just a complete waste of time.

Really excellent Kebab House. Food was delivered piping hot and was really tasty. Portions were generous and the delivery driver was polite and friendly. Would strongly recommend.

Just had Lahmacun with lamb done for my lunch. It was lovely.

Food came on time quicker than I thought it would. I would have preferred my chili sauce separate, I should have asked in the note. There wasn't an option for garlic sauce as well chiled because you can only choose one. The peppers tasted a bit salty like they were in brine beforehand. The lamb was tender and the donner was tasty. I would have given full stars if I had the sauces separate. Very nice would definitely order again.

This restaurant never fails to deliver perfect hot tasty food. This is my favourite go to place for delicious fairly priced food

Delicious döner kebab, chips and chilli sauce. I really enjoyed my meal this evening. The reason I gave a 4 star instead of 5 is because it's not a homemade donner.

Unfortunately I did not enjoy my meal. The salad nor the pitta bread were fresh and the shish was burnt. I could not eat it and threw it away. ☹️

I worked an large kebab but I received a small kebab. And I pay for a large kebab. I'm not so happy about that

I had chicken donner kebab with burger sauce, salad and chips. when I opened the very soggy bag, the donner was swimming in sauce, it looked disgusting. The bag disintegrated. Thankfully carefully spooning onto a plate made things look better. Also thankfully it did taste better than it looked. Not much you can say about salad but the chips were over cooked. Would I use again? Probably not there are so many other kebab places to try.

I’ve been ordering from charcoal grill for a couple of years now and still to this day, I’ve yet to be disappointed. The food always arrives early, hot and most of all tastes great, the staff are friendly, very polite and very attentive, every time I leave instructions for my order they are spot on. Best kebab shop in Redbridge.

Good food good quality of service

From the day it opened I was a regular at the Charcoal Grill until returning to Merseyside due to the pandemic. I have had an opportunity to have a kebab collected and delivered to Merseyside, which has been poor where kebabs are concerned. My kebab has been collected and is on it's way north. The staff working here are brilliant...always have been...great banter, great chat and great service. I've never had any reason to complain about anything from here...the service, food and prices are all great. I've tried all of the other kebab houses in Redbridge and the surrounding areas but the best of them all has been from the Charcoal Grill.
