Had a wonderful evening with my friends staff is great the lady manager is sweet, polite also food was fresh, great quality, value for money and great ambiance.

Terrible rude staff who was rude to me about takeaway packaging and didn’t want to do it because she “didn’t feel like it” who turned out to be the owner as I asked for the owner she yelled “I am the owner” just like a brat would. Avoid this place, food looks terrible I’m sure it tastes it too. Rude owner who was a lady, will never be coming back here ever again and the shop was completely empty i could only imagine why. As you enter you will sense some bad energy anyways I had an odd feeling about what I was about to experience and I was not surprised. Avoid this place with rude disrespectful staff

Under any criticism... from the two soups and the location itself... I'm already on the toilet for the second time in an hour since I ate at their place...

I ordered the Radautean soup and received a belly-flavored soup with 3 cubes of chicken in it 🤦🏼‍♀️ a frozen schnitzel and yesterday's mamaliga, Romanian restaurant with an Indian waiter 😂

The food leaves much to be desired. This was my first and last time ordering from them! Sorry but their food is not worth the money.

The poorest restaurant. I order a soup and I asked for the cream and the peppers were poor for a piece of hot pepper and some sour cream😂 And I asked for the schnitzel with puree, I put notes and they sent me with fried potatoes, you say they were potatoes from chicken&chips, exactly the same. Only order next time

Overpriced, overhyped restaurant! I pay 21 pound for a little salad a beef stew what is over salted (inedible)with 3 pieces of dry “homemade “bread! I’m super upset. I want a refund!

Horrible, I do not recommend it to anyone, the meat is more stewed, the pizza has a strange taste, the pancakes have a cheap chocolate.

You guys are kidding the customers. I ordered the pork platter and 3 portions of pancakes. Almost £80 and I received dry potatoes, 2 pieces of meat, a rib, 2 small and two sausages (the small ones were bigger) + pickles, chocolate pancakes (actually chocolate is a juice colored with rum). Shame on you, I don't recommend even a glass of water from them. Shame on you (insensitive).

The food was no where near fresh unfortunately and the music was very loud even if the place was empty … the girl working there was very nice 👍🏽

The food is tasteless and the portions leave a lot to be desired, not having what they should contain. I do not recommend this restaurant under any circumstances, at least for delivery. Maybe the situation is different if you physically go there.

Belly soup ....change the name to Potroace soup.....Radauteana soup....something yellow with 2 pieces of maricele meat....Do you think you are inventing the wheel today? DAD, I want to eat what is written on the menu, not what you, the patron, think. Shame!!!

Don't order takeout, they have such horrible sardines that even pigs wouldn't eat them, they throw the cream all over the place, about 3.4 soaked in vinegar and even fishermen can't handle it! The rice from the sarmale cooked meat does not exist except in name, horrible horrible horrible! I hope I won't encounter something like this again in my life! Only for Romanians, traditional food is a tradition to steal.

Problema e ca am mancat un snitel de la Lidl, cartofi prajiti din UK, putina varza si ketchup doar cu 13 lire. Sincer ma gandeam la acesti banuti sa mananc bine. In alta parte de 13 lire mananci de te saturi si duci si la pachet. In rest restul a fost ok. Preturi piperate.

Booked a table for two for 12 pm which is when the restaurant opens. And signed up for the Gold Club membership which was FREE. For every online booking and take away you earn points and there are offers. When i got to the restaurant the staff was surprised i had a booking and didnt know anything about it although i had email confirmations which i showed. Also said the restaurant did not have a membership or club. If your like me and like to have a membership card and get benefits do not bother you will be disappointed. Plus no card payments

Literally worst service ever food was 2hrs late to then not be delivered the restaurant said the6 would be here in 20 minutes 3 times and still no show then he couldn’t find the hospital main entrance and became rude,aggressive, started shouting verbally abusing me, I would recommend this place to my dog in all honestly!!!!

Disappointed! I ordered stuffed cabbage, and it was really cold, like they just took them out of the fridge or something, and it was too salty. The food needs to be packed in different containers, as my stew was barely fitting the plastic container and everything was just too squished together. I was actually expecting some nice traditional food. Not sure if I'll be ordering from here again.

I go to this restaurant quite often! This is the best place to eat. I visit this spot routinely. The food is very tasty, the crew is courteous and the cost is fair. I like meeting in this restaurant to have a nice supper.

I call this excellent restaurant many times because I love the ambiance that is unique to this place. The personel is highly attentive and skilfull. The service is awfully fast. Not to mention, the food they prepare is exceptionaly good. I ate there often and I was always joyful. The payment is reasobable. I suggest this place to my friends and family.

Really poor service, I’ve ordered from Uber eats the doughnuts and kindly asked to make it fresh as last time they weren’t. I am romanian and i know how the doughnut it’s supposed to taste, where last time I’ve bought from them, the dough was hard as rock. However, instead of doing the order they’ve decided to cancel it lol. I guess the fuss was too much for the so called “chef” over there. This is literally the worst romanian restaurant I’ve ever eaten from with such an incompetent staff and rude personnel. If i could give 0 stars, i would.

Had a fantastic experience in here with my friend. The food was served quickly and the customer service is just fantastic. Prices are affordable.

I eat in this spot a lot since I work right next to it. I have to say their service is always great and they keep the place well organized all the time. Rates are convenient and they serve large portions.

We rolled in here fairly late having been to a great local pub “Jono’s” along the road. Food was great and we didn’t have to wait too long, the atmosphere is very friendly and we got talking to a few locals who made us feel very welcome. The only bad point is that they had a live musician on that night (Saturday) and the music was so loud it hurt our ears.

I have been to the restaurant several times and have ordered online several times too but now I am dissappointed.. I have placed my order over 2 hours ago and still havent received it. When 1 hour had passed I called them, they said their driver went to my area but they didnt send my order with him as I ordered an ice cream which would melt by the time driver gets here and that they tried to call me ( I did not receive even one call ) anyway, as I called we sorted this and they said they are sending the order now. Another hour has passed ( now 2 in total ) and I still havent received my order, I wonder how the food will be when it arrives ( if it ever arrives ) considering I ordered 2h ago. I did like the food here but this has ruined any good impression I had, 2hours wait when the restaurant is 15min drive away...

Ar trebui sa invatati sa gatiti! Cunosc restaurantul de cativa ani si mereu stricati cate ceva. Sunt anumite mancaruri care sunt ok insa altele sunt un dezastru total(gen saramura de peste fara pic de sare, papanasi nu sunt o coca din faina fara nici o aroma/gust, etc.). Data viitoare o sa prefer sa merg mai mult si sa ma duc la un restaurant unde se serveste mancare care sa aibe gust.

Ospătari te servesc in scârbă, ei merg pe premiza sa treaca mai repede ziua,sa mi iau banii si sa plec in rest nu mai contează nimic la ei, mâncarea horror ...Si cand spun horror inseamna ca e buna pt porci nu poti mânca nimic sub nici o forma. A fost cea mai proastă alegere cand am ales acest "restaurant " clar nu voi mai reveni niciodată.

Plentiful food from the interesting Romanian menu, accompanied by Romanian beers made this a good choice for dinner. Decent prices too.

Superbă locația și mîncarea foarte bună pe săturate

Mancarea este sub orice critica . Am comandat o ciorba " radauteana " ( cu gust de fasole ) 😂si cand am vazut ca era doar zeama cu 4 bucati de piept de pui foarte mici (nu exagerez) aruncate asa si gustul de ciorba radauteana inexistent m-au luat toti nervii si am descis sa postez aici ca sa vada si alte pers. Bucatar ZERO . habar nu are sa gateasca o ciorba , dar pai .. si daca nu ma credeti puteti incerca si dvs minunatia asta de ciorba sau orice altceva . 😂😂 pluteste grasimea in ciorba .

Disappointingly mediocre food :-/ for the prices they charge I was expecting more in terms of flavor and the quantity of food you get...I mean, charging nearly 8 pounds for a main that doesn't include any sides...and then charging over 3 pounds for "roasted potatoes" and getting ONE small jacket potato!!! The worst part was having to wait TWO HOURS after placing the order...we ended up having dinner nearly at 10pm :-(

Uncooked whole chicken, delivered in the same box with the potatoes, which were soaking in blood from the chicken. Polenta uncooked, you should close down this restaurant!!!!!!

When this restaurant first opened, I didn't think it would last. However, it has been there a few years now and is still in business. I have only eaten there once but the food I had was very nice and the service was friendly and good

Had my baby girl christening there 10 days ago and I must say that the food was amazing and fresh,friendly and professional staff along with Irina Vladu who made the night be an amazing memory. Will come again for sure :)
