Get takeaway here regularly foods good service is good but the packing needs to be worked on something is always leaking who ever packs puts smaller containers on top of big ones making the big containers lid sink in making the food come out

As a regular customer, I’m very disappointed with the online ordering experience. The food quality and quantity were not up to the mark and were entirely different from what we usually receive when dining in. This inconsistency is noticeable and disappointing.

GOOD point - Nice food. BAD point - It should be up to customers if they want to give waiters tips NOT you. Beware they will charge you 10% fee of the order value to give Waiter tips service without telling you if you pay buy card. Keep your eye out when they try to avoid giving you a receipts. Waiter said we have no choice but to pay for the service charge 10% Lier! Sorry won't be visiting you again.

The food was really tasty. I went in with a friend and we took the Persian Combo Platter with a Meat Feast Pizza of 12 inches. From looking at the menu, it felt like it would not be enough for portion but we were so wrong! It was so filling that we felt so full and we had to take the rest at home with a lot of left over. The only downside is that, they charge for a water or The service was good

Absolutely discussed with the service and food quality. We normally go to sultans and thought we try wazir. Please avoid this place. High prices and on top of that they want a service charge. We told them to take it off and they would not I guess that is illegal. Anyways avoid this place.

Wazir is my favourite place for breakfast. I 110% recommend the Wazir tradition breakfast. It’s the best breakfast in the whole of the planet. The staff is super nice and the food is just top quality! Portion size is amazing for the value.

Dined here during lunch time with family. The food was delicious but the waitresses were incredibly miserable. Despite several attempts to engage with them as they were standing there idly, I was met with an attitude and a burdened sense of presence. Nobody greeted us as the door or showed us to our table nor any acknowledgement when we left. Terrible service.

This is the worst Turkish restaurant my wife and I have ever been to. - our falafel and hummus starter took a long time to arrive. This is fair enough - sometimes you have to wait longer for your food than you'd like. However, the restaurant wasn't at all busy. - the Sama Chicken Beyti Wrap tasted so disgusting we couldn't eat it. It tasted very dry, greasy and very salty. In terms of presentation - looking at the plate - the meal looked like a Tesco meal deal wrap chopped up. It was gross. - no tap water. I noticed other reviews on her highlighting the lack of tap water. I asked to speak to the manager about this and they said "as a non- licensed premises (i.e. don't sell alcohol) we are not obliged to provide free water (tap water)". I accepted this (a quick Google proved they were correct), however I told the manager that although you don't "have" to provide free water legally, you could provide if you chose, but instead you're choosing to maximise profit. I told them I've never been to a restaurant that doesn't provide tap water when asked - and the fact they don't provide tap water shows how money-grabbing the manager is. They told me "it's not about the money, it's about the quality of water. We don't have a water filter and the water is very hard here". I asked where they mean by "here" and they said "Ilford". I told the manager that this is a complete nonsense reason. I told.lntuek I grew up in Ilford and drank the "hard" rainwater everyday and it's absolutely fine. Most people in the restaurant are probably local and used to drinking the hard tap water. The manager continued to push the point and even offered me a glass of tap water so I could taste how poor quality it was. I accepted and drank the water. It tasted absolutely normal, just like regular water. The manager is a liar and a money grabber. The food is awful. DO NOT EAT HERE

Think they only started doing breakfast recently. Also opens at 7am! Which is perfect as there isn't a lot of breakfast places that open that early. Food was good, service was great and there's always free tables as the place is massive

I had the pleasure of celebrating my 50th surprise birthday at this wonderful restaurant, lovingly arranged by my wife and daughters. From the moment we arrived, the food and service were absolutely brilliant. Every dish was perfectly prepared and bursting with flavor, and the staff went above and beyond to make the experience truly memorable. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, which made the celebration even more special. I couldn’t have asked for a better way to mark this milestone. Thank you for making my day so unforgettable!

Very nice and flavoursome food. But the service let it down. Grumpy and moody staff. No smile. They just leave drinks at the end of the table. At least put it in front of the person who ordered it. I asked for tap water also, they said they dont give tap water. They instead want you to purchase a 500ml bottle worth 20p for £2! I had to pay £7 service charge for bad service!

Food was good & place was clean & cosy. The service was also at a high standard considering how busy it was on Saturday. Nema was courteous & very accommodating. Will certainly come again.

I can write my whole experience but it's to much so I am writing the basic point about this place WAZIR Customer is the worst you can get Food is tasteless and cold Bread is burnt and hard Salad is a joke Waitress are moody and unwelcoming I was made to pay the 10% service charge even though I refused to pay as I believe its optional but she showed me on the manu that I have to pay which I did. Little water bottles £2 each is a joke. It's the fastest £100 i sepnt and didnt even finish quarter of the biggest platter they have on the menu. Seriously, my people avoid this place.

No smiles, no attention. If you’re looking for a place where you’re treated with respect and professionalism, this is not it. Such terrible service completely ruins the experience, even if the food is decent. I won’t be coming back.

This management especially the ones taking order are the worst people. One of the male was pretending that he doesn’t know english as soon as we complain about the undercooked chicken wings. We work for NHS and the way they speak to us is extremely rude and arrogant. It just that they want you to spend your money but don’t bother to take complaint. The most horrible people to talk to. They should not be in this business if they are not ready to take action on a food complaint.

Also we are eating the food & the waiter continuesly asked for the payment & bring the card machine. She was not very welcoming. need to take care about the service. otherwise everything good!

The manager, the waiter and the joker First time going, went with a friend of mine Food was great and the restaurant wasn't too busy either The manager ensured we were seen to by the waiters throughout, one particular waiter had very good service, friendly and smiling Then there was the joker, some waiter with white/grey hair - kept making inappropriate and bad jokes, he even said to us that he's been told off by the manager for joking too much but he can't help himself Note to management - either fire him for bringing down your restaurant's reputation or give him a final warning, he is doing no good for your amazing restaurant

Took two hours for food to arrive for a pre booked event, only four servers for 250 people, unattended table and list goes on. Avoid this place if you are thinking of a large group booking.

I took lunch in there they charged me 21.30 instead of 13 lunch menu.

Shout out to the amazing manager at wazirs, we had miscalculated out individual totals , and ended up paying £24 less, but because we had to wait for some time before the bill arrived the manager waived the remaining £24 , this was a very good will gesture and we all appreciated it very much : )

Truly desatisfied with the quality of the meat. Deception at play with food. Far too much rice on the plate, which is an absolute waste. Food isn't piping hot either! Just about warm enough to eat. Spent £70 for 3 people. Absolutely waste 🗑 of money.

Can’t decide which one as the worst- food, service or atmosphere! The manager was such a bully, he was picking on each staff constantly! A young girl was crying from the manager! Food was really poor - we ordered a platter for 4 people, but it was very poorly served and contained not so much meat. I was visiting my family in the area and they are regulars and say how amazing it is so we went Saturday evening. Didn't start off very well with a not very nice parking attendant, I was in quite a big car with my mother, baby and niece and according to him, I wasnt parking correctly but I did not understand all the hand swinging and waving about. When I did park very close to the next car, my mother couldn't not get out and we definitely could not get the baby out. When our male family member arrived in his car, this attendant couldn't have been more friendly or accommodating. My experience of the actual restaurant, did not disappoint. All staff were friendly, the restaurant was big and bright and food was AMAZING. Despite parking hassle, we had a lovely time and definitely will return if I'm back in the area.

Went for dinner with some friends, we had two different sharing platters with some salad and bread with dips. The salad was quite small but the bread was refilled once for free, which was appreciated. Food was good, the waiting staff were friendly and funny! Nice atmosphere. There is a mandatory service charge of 10% and no tap water is serviced, both very strange.

The quantity was not commensurate with the cost. Bit pricey.

Great big restaurant and happy to pay the prices for the dishes...until we tasted them- tasteless and menu not properly thought out. Mainly dry dishes. Nothing cooked like a casserole or curry to eat with bread. Doing burgers and english breakfast as well- not a real Turkish restaurant. Mocktails are a joke..simplest mohito for £7 - half (yes half) of a small can of red bull, lots of ice and two mint leaves. should be half the price. Will not visit again. Sorry.

This place is a shambles. Tables were dirty and sticky, atmosphere whilst seems like theyre trying comes across tacky. Food is average at best and definitely not worth the price in comparison to other similar cuisine locally. They don't serve tap water which is quite odd. Having visited this place and given it a chance 4 times now, I won't be going again. Baffling how this place is so busy (might be the free car park which is the only thing going for it!)

I had Wazir signature breakfast. Like Turkish Khvalti. I asked them to substitute halloumi with hash browns, which they did. Very nice, plentiful, and nicely presented. However, a large flat plate would have been better as it wasn't easy to pick food from various small and large bowls. Mushrooms, hashbroens,olives sausages and cheese very very very good quality However honey wasn't honey, rather some honey looking syrup They gave a side of salad and sauces I didn't need to eat the while day after that, and I have a big appetite

Food was about to delivery at 19:55 -20:05. At 20:05 I can see my food is delivered, but actually my food is delivered at 20:30 after calling the restaurant three times. I am very unhappy with my order. My food. became cold..

Got the jumbo platter for £49.99 for 4 people tasted the same as all Turkish restaurants so nothing special just average. Waiter was in a rush it seemed like to take our order and kept coming every 5 minutes - not necessarily a bad thing but should observe that we were still in discussions of what to get. There was only a few pieces of bread given as usually most Turkish places give a lot more. Mango lassi tasted average. Waiter seemed a bit funny when it came to removing the service charge and almost tried to give the impression that it is some sort of mandatory option and directed us to get up go and go towards the till for this removal.

The platter tasted good, meat was a little chewy. It was expensive for the amount given- more rice than meat but overall decent food.

Always check with their server to repeat what u ordered. Such a snicky cunning place. I was simply talking about the tea with my other guest, it's enough for the server to include it in the bill for all three of us. I am thinking it's free like some Turkish do. Carrot juice £9 konofa dessert £9, service charge for terrible service. The girl just avoids looking at me even when she knows i am calling her.

It was the worst experience we ever had. The menu said lamb platter is for 3 persons, but the portion size was so small that a single person could barely eat to their fill. The quantity of rice was already less, but they put bread in it underneath rice to fill that small plate. Also, they charged 4 £ additional service fee other than food charges. 🙄 I'm never gonna visit again. Sultan is way better than them food taste, quality and cheaper. 😬

A good place for Indian Pakistani Cousine

We went for a family meal on a Sunday night. Service was not good, they had a big group booking and waiters were attending to them. No notice was taken of us. It seemed like they did not have enough staffing to cover the big group and other customers. We had to go up and ask for the bill and pay the bill. No complimentary Turkish tea offered (which is a usual for Turkish restaurants and Wazir). Also they don’t give tap water! Would not recommend due to service.

Honestly, this seems more like a desi/pakistani restaurant more than a Turkish restaurant. The food wasn’t nice I left and I also told the waiter the food isn’t nice. She said okay. She cleaned the table while I’m drinking tea and was slamming the sauces on the other plates. Price wasn’t bad. The place need a good clean.

Lamb Shawarma: Absolutely delicious! The lamb was juicy and flavorful, and the shawarma was crispy and well-assembled. The tahini sauce added a nice creaminess. -Dessert Heaven in a Jar: Wow, just wow! This dessert was incredible. The layers of creamy custard, sweet caramel, and crunchy biscuits were absolute perfection. A must-try! Overall, I was blown away by the quality and taste of the food at Wazir Restaurant. The service was also top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff. Pros:Delicious and authentic Middle Eastern flavors, generous portions, excellent service Recommended for: Anyone craving authentic and flavorful Middle Eastern cuisine. I honestly don’t know how this place hasn’t got 5 stars from everyone. The food is always delicious. We brought all our family this time and they fell in love with the food too. Everything is always perfect and that’s hard to find in a restaurant these days. The meat is always so tender and delicious. Please don’t change anything Wazir.

Not really good experience, the service is really bad , when I called the waiter to order my food he saw me but completely ignored me, when he finally came and ordered he took like an hour to give me my food even though there was not that much customers, I found hair in my food and nobodyb cared about it

Quite disappointed from this place. Service was nothing special. They brought us wrong order, didn’t check back if everything was fine and no tap water (which is a must by the legislation). Asked for a big bottle of water and the waitress said they have only small ones when we saw on the other tables. Also, they add service charges which is not optional?! Never heard that before tbh. Won’t suggest this place.

I received Old bread and in less quantity. They stolen 13 £ saying charging charge. Received old salad with bad smell.

I was finding difficulties since i wasn’t used to their cuisines but Nima was very helpful by providing me with samples to try and was very kind, friendly and humble too. Definitely coming back due to his great customer expertise.

Great food, very tasty. Service was very good, nice atmosphere, free parking at the back. Only problem is they charge 10% service charge on receipt, they said it's optional when I challenged it. They should be more clear about it, as most people pay it without realising.
