Eden Peri Peri in Redbridge

I was very regular with this shop from very first they opened up slowly slowly their services went down hill quality of chicken changed service and attitude changed and they don't know the deference between wings & niblets every time I order wings they'll send niblets when I call and complain they will apologies and say it want happen again next time it will be same thing so therefore I now decided not to use them again money don't grow on trees if you don't get value for your money don't keep giving it to the same people give it someone else who will appreciate it which did started to use different chicken shop and they're services are excellent whether you order on the phone or visit it yourself

Food is ok. However £9 for a kebab roll meal is grossly overpriced. Their 'gourmet' lamb wrap is a kebab roll in tortilla wrap. Same thing costs £4 at kebabish so they are adding £2.50 for the supposed 'gourmet' experience. Rip off merchants who I won't be visiting again

Ordered through Uber. The peri burger was quite nice and so too was the peri wrap. Wings delicious and also the acai kick berry smoothie. Corn cob ok. The Prawn skewer however could have done with a lot more flavour and grilling. Unfortunately, the caesar salad was quite disappointing, chicken strips too dry and not really a caesar salad at all. Also, the mash was far too dry and solid, instead of nice and creamy and nobody finished it. Overall, i would say it was a reasonably enjoyable evening meal. Some room for improvement, certainly. I hope the owner will take on board the feedback and review what is leaving his kitchen.

I strongly advise against ordering online from this company. Despite receiving an email confirmation for my order, they claimed they never received it. When I contacted them, they refused to acknowledge the confirmation email and made no effort to rectify the situation—no offer of a discount, expedited delivery, or any form of resolution. I have proof of the order being entered into their system, yet their unwillingness to take responsibility or prioritise customer service is deeply disappointing. Overall, the service was extremely poor and unprofessional.

Terrible customer service Placed an order on their website, left waiting for ages, and when I finally called to see where it was they said they had no record of the order (even though I have email confirmation) They then took the order over the phone and said it would be a 40 minute wait. They said they couldn’t offer any discount for the inconvenience either Terrible customer service, poor system, do not order online as they have no way of getting the orders

Used to order here all the time because it was once the best in Ilford. I always ordered half chicken and peri fries. My last 5 orders have gotten worse and worse with each order. The taste has gone. They’re doing the fries differently for some reason. The chicken is always drier and less juicy these days. This is exactly how good food places decline. They stop doing what made them the best at first. They become oversmart and think they can do better but actually end up worse. I don’t know if they are trying to save money somewhere too. Such a great shame. I’m not giving these guys another penny ever again. Not worth it anymore. Really sad these guys have declined so fast and so badly.

I have always been a huge fan of Eden peri. I’ve ordered 100s of times from this place in the last 2 years. I even gave a strong 5 star review here under another account. Recently, however, I have ordered twice in the last week. For some reason they have added something to sweeten the fries and change the flavour, and there is also some bad smell coming from the food. After eating I feel sick because of the taste of the fries. I don’t know what they have done or why they have done this but they have ruined what was once the best fries in east London, completely. I don’t think I will order from here again sadly. Shame. Shame. Shame.

food isn’t all that for the price. however don’t bother ordering from these guys. the delivery times are longer than one hour. they don’t give you sauces. terrible. they were good when they first open but now they take liberties. they don’t care about quality or service anymore. enough is enough

Very disappointed with this place. Eden by far was one of my favourite Peri Peri takeaways. I waited 25 minutes for my dinner because uber orders took priority. The chicken breast in the burger was half the size of what is used to be. The sides were delicious as ever. The gourmet lamb burger was a massive flop.

Good food, shame about this store selling coca cola and not honouring the boycott. They don't even have any non coca cola alternatives...

Double stack grilled chicken burger with American cheese and Mayo is the one. Been many places but this is the best grilled chicken burger I ever had. When they mean fillet they mean fillet not butterfly chicken like the rest do.

Fantastic customer service, Excellent and tasty food, however it is slow service and very busy at times also it is a bit pricey especially online. But i love this place and the people in it are fantastic, some have been quite rude but thats probably due to the stress, but the food is spot on and delievers very well good and pleasent experience, customer service and appreciation. Probably the top local chicken food place. I've enjoyed their food each time I've had it which speaks for their consistency.

Just ordered a couple Eden Peri Platters and went down a treat with the family. Chicken was succulent not dry like some other places. Generous helping of spice and sides. Will defo be bookmarking this take out for my next grilled chicken fix!

The best grilled chicken in the area! The food is so fresh and juicy and everything is usually cooked well not overcooked or undercooked. The chips are lovely crispy outside but soft inside very addictive. There is nothing I would change about this place so far the chicken is lovely, the peri burger is nice and the chips are perfect . I urge People to give this a try you won't forget it . Due to the location it sometimes flies under the radar but it's definitely somewhere you would want to eat for fresh tasting warm food.

Food is always on point and delivery is always on time. Ordered the chicken platter which not only tastes amazing but is good value for money. The chicken wraps have a good amount of filling. Enjoyed by all the family. Would highly recommend.

Bought 4 chips asked for dips and they were willing to give 3. Surely as a minimum 4 chips would equate to 4 dips.

Chicken was undercooked and I paid 8.68 and waited over 36 minutes I thought I was gonna get fresh chicken thats why they taking long but they bothered with online orders and fully forgot about mine , they then asked me if I ordered which I got mad then 1 minute my food arrives with chicken undercooked (probably rushed it ) I don't mind waiting but please do it properly I have to get the chicken examined in the lab tomorrow (12 October 2021) as I do not want to false accuse a restaurant if I die of food poisoning you know who did it ! Chips was on point 👌

Delicious! I had the lemon and herb chicken burger and chips and the burger was perfect and so was the chips. I wish the minimum order amount was lower on just eat so I could get it more often. Because of this I end up ordering from others.

Such disgusting food! I received my order, firstly the burger Pattie was broken in half, the meat was dry and and had no flavour. Secondly they completely missed out the extra large chips that I ordered. When I called them they said they will send my chips. I waited over 40 minutes I had to call them again to find out where my chips was and again they asked me if I still wanted my chips????How unprofessional! Now I realised why they are 4.1 review I’n google. The man was talking to me as like I did mistake to order my food from them. I’m not going to order again from this restaurant (EDEN PRI PRI)👎👎👎

Ordered falafel burger and wrap, never have I had falafel which is soo dry n hard.called to explain and person who answered call was trying his upmost best telling me that they are meant to be dry...lol come on I'm a vegetarian and know exactly how there meant to be. He was not helpful and tbh was rude...gave it 1 star but honestly they don't even deserve that!!

Last Wednesday 30th June I ordered 3 chicken burger meals. Delivery took 50min when it arrived food was not warm I live 30 seconds away from Ilford EDEN branch. I clearly specified 1 burger not to have any lettuce but still got the order wrong. I truly belive this was not my order it arrived as I called 2 times how long it will take and it was sent. If it was made fresh my food would still be hot. Customer service is very poor as I was not dealt with propley. I really have to think if I will be reordering again.

Chicken is DRY and hard ... unedible. charged £2.50 for a tiny salad. They should of paid ME to eat their food. shakes were nice though. Rice is made proper bengali style with fried/burnt onions on top.

Edens peri peri is easily among the best takeaways in the UK. I drove all the way from Southampton to come back to this place yet again, if that doesn't convince you to try it then I don't know what will. The food is consistently top class and the service is excellent and I was served by Syedul who is always smiling! All the negative reviews are clearly mad vegans or people who are stingey and don't want to pay for good quality food. I will be doing the drive from Southampton again and will definitely stop by at Edens without a doubt!

The chicken burger and chips are amazing. The chilli sauce is lovely to. BUT please fix these issues 1. The chicken that is cooked is not always cooked well. It’s not grilled for long enough to get that grill taste especially when busy. Definitely used to taste better before. 2. Please please provide sauces with take away orders. You are not even following the one sauce one meal policy. I love this place and hope they sort the chicken out. Not sure what has happened over last few months but just not cooked well enough. Feels like steamed chicken put on grill and then dumped in sauce. Also a tip, order well before you want to eat. They can get busy.

eden is one of my favourite grilled chicken shops. Food is great quality and chicken is very succulent and full of flavour. The chips are amazing only thing I would say is there sauces are very small and very watered down. Besides this 5 stars!!!

Their crispy peri chips are worth the eat alone. Chicken is good, not fantastic, and the sauces they use are good too. Reasonably priced as well.

Wow! I don't know what to say. The food there is amazing. But i am giving this a 4star review is because i bought 4 GHOST CHILLI burgers and 1 normal from UBEReats and when i bit into that so called "GHOST CHILLI BURGER" it tasted like mild. Not ganna lie tho the burger was on flames BUT the "GHOST CHILLI BURGER" was not even that spicy. Thanks. Amazing food tho!

Overpriced atrocious rubbish. They served us burnt food. Burnt lamb chops, burnt burger, and seemingly forgot to put any form of spice in my chicken. They charge you £4 for a skewer, one tiny skewer with meat the size of peas. How they think their food is worth the price it is, beyond me. Avoid this place.
