Faroz in Redbridge

Delicious! Fresh! Excellent customer service what more do you want. Highly recommend their platters and Baklava is a must at the end with turkish tea. Great place to eat out with group of friends and family. Keep up the great service

Smashing place. Had lunch today which was heavenly. Lovely waiter and very clean premises. Will definitely go again even though I live miles away.

I ordered lahmacun but it was not fresh it was cooked before they just warm it up every turkish person know your salad comes with the lahmacun but there only put lemon next to it and there adana kebab was full of spices they have do better then this otherwise they wont get any turkish customers i wont go there again

The food is good usually, but unfortunately I gave 1 star because the lamb shish was uncooked within, and the salad was only red cabbage, few pcs of cucumber and sliced onions. In the past the salad was awesome, and meat was cooked not raw. Therefore will not be visiting Faroz again,.

The food was not good and salty and they even charged me on the takeaway box 50p for a box unbelievable

Great food and love the atmosphere of the restaurant. But sadly when we ordered it, Takeaway the kofte was raw in the middle. Second time this has happened and were Going to try a new restaurant for takeaway. sorry guys

Mum’s 75th birthday party here and it was AMAZING! The staff let us put up decorations, chilled our cake in their fridge, the food was fantastic as well. But above all else, the service provided, the attention given, proactive, attentive, was stellar! My new favourite local 🥰

I usually get the chicken doner or the chicken wings with mixed rice and salad it comes with a large portion enough for one person and 2 people can eat it aswell the staff is friendly and amazing I would recommend everyone to visit this restaurant the food is delicious and you wouldn’t be disappointed

Great value for money. Hot Meze was great and Faroz special is top notch. My 7 year old son said it is a romantic place. Definitely recommend!

Appalling behaviour, wouldn't allow me to use the restroom. No humanity. Waitress looked at me like I murdered her kids. I would have gladly paid for a cup of tea to use the restroom. Luckily the Asians restaurants around had no issue.

Special service! Our waiter was so polite and extremely helpful, he maked sure that we have all we need and maked us feel so welcome! Food was amazing and atmosphere was the best, they have a special service and I can see the passion they work with! I really recommend and definitely come back!

Best starter bread I have tasted but could of done with more as there was one bowl to share with 6 people. From starter bread to finish, the food was top quality and very tasty.

I don’t usually leave negative reviews but this restaurant shocked me, I feel extremely unwell after having eaten here. It was very quiet in the shop and me and my friend ordered the chicken wings with rice. The rice was uncooked, it felt like it’s been left to boil for 2 minutes and served to us like that. I could hear the crunch as I bit into the rice and couscous. The chicken wings I had were unseasoned, and simply just plain fried chicken. Not what I expect from a Turkish restaurant. Also very small portion sizes.

Portions are very small, and unlike other Turkish restaurant if you need more bread they charged money instead of complimentary. Water bottle small coated 1.50 which is a bit steep too instead 1. But biggest disappointment was portion size.

Nice restaurant with IMHO great food.

Went there before and they were quite good but now they have definitely lost their standards. The was cold and tasted old it was very horrible and I would definitely not recommend 🤢🤮

Its nice hospitality. They are so nice and polite. The environment also good. The kebabs are so juicy and soft full of flavours.

I av been going there since they are open. 1 of the most underrated restaurants in the Ilford area. Never got disappointed with the food. Spicy nan topnotch as usual... very reasonable price... all the staff are very nice and friendly...

I always come to this restaurant and they always give good service and the food is always fresh. The waiters are so friendly and kind and the chefs cook amazing food. One of the best Turkish restaurants in London I would highly recommend you to come to this restaurant in ilford very nice restaurant.

My normal go to go Turkish is sultan round the corner but oh my Faroz blown me away as their meat is so moist and succulent proper tasty. Alhamdulilah

Food was very nice with a reasonable selection. Prices were on par with the local area and well worth a visit if you fancy a 'Turkish'. Staff were helpful, polite and attentive and the food was delivered with speed and accuracy.

Enjoyed my drill fish and chips with a touch of salad. The orange and carrot mixed juice was so delicious. Definitely will dine-in again at Faroz Restaurant in the heart of ilford.

All I can say was lovely food A*

I ordered the chicken soup for £5. It was delicious and came with some extreme tasty Turkish bread. All worthy of 5 stars. I was pleased to find somewhere satisfying to have my lunch. However the next time the soup was different and they didn't fill the bowl. I felt a bit cheated. To Faroz I would say this. Be consistent. And fill the bowl!!!!

Great Food, Reasonable Price, Great Service

3rd time visiting Faroz and again, it didn’t disappoint us. This time we had a meat feast! The Faroz special for 2 people for just £30! You cannot find better value for your money anywhere,l in London, I truly believe… Rodrigo, the guys that always serves us, wasn’t there today. We were served by, who I believe, is the owner. A lovely lady. We enjoyed our meat feast to the very last bit! Please check the pictures. They speak by themselves. We’ll, of course, repeat again whenever we fancy a meat feast again and we highly recommend this place to anyone.

This place use to be good; it has somewhat dropped in quality. Today I ordered lamb shish £12:00. This is what I got (see pict). Tiny onion piece, small meat pieces & 1 Chillie. It tasted less of Turkish lamb shish and more than Tikka masala. Not value for money or quality. Told owner of my surprise as I often come here. She seemed a bit offended and response was ''it is the way it is'' Chicken nuggets were terrible. Poor, frozen, cheap quality. If it doesn't sell or you don't have descent quality; why have it on the menu? Anyway... Wouldn't recommend. Very unlikely we'll be going again.

The staff are lovely, very friendly and attentive. We haven't visited Faroz for a while and it was very quiet inside tonight. The food was nice and it was fresh, the portion sizes seem to be less than they were before covid especially the bread portion and the dips are only 2 now where they used to be 4 dips. I would highly recommend this restaurant, it's one of the best Turkish restaurants in Ilford.

Delicious food and good, polite service but they sold me cheese rolls that were totally spoilt🤢 I’d already taken a couple of bites before realising they were off. Quite disappointing as I could have been poisoned. Please smell and taste your food before selling it to the customer!

I visited Faroz three years ago. Food was amazing. I couldnt forget the taste of them. I couldnt have tasted even in istanbul i did it in ilford Faroz. I must go there as soon as possible. The owner and the personnel was great and very kind to customers. I have tasted nearly all of the menu. But especially i recommend you to taste kebaps with yoghurt. In short it was perfect. BIG FAN

The favourite place for my wife and I when we eat out. The food is amazing (amazing is an understatement). The atmosphere is intimate and the service is outstanding. The owner takes pride in this restaurant and it shows in every facet that makes the experience what it is.

I've been here before, and it used to be OK. I visited on Thursday 9th June about 6:30 pm There seemed to only one waitress working, restaurant wasn't very crowded, and we asked to sit near the back. We ordered 2 drinks, and a mixed platter for 2. Some of the meat didn't taste right, and also some of the salad. The bread was very nice, but everything else including the service was poor. I probably won't be coming back !

We were the only customers. The restaurant was empty so we had the best service we could expect. Rodrigo (manager) was super helpful and made us feel very comfortable. My lamb Shish was superb. Excellent quality and cooked to perfection. My wife’s lamb Sarma Beyti wasn’t amazing but just acceptable aah, and her fries(chips) were frozen… We enjoyed the experience and we’ll come back to try other menu options. The restaurant is beautiful and looked great. Added extra pics from times I went again after this review.

Close to Ilford high Street, Feroz is one of the oldest and finest Turkish restaurant. We always order big platter and my personal favourite is chicken leg and kebab. Definitely recommend.

Absolutely loved it , excellent service, went on eid day with 32 of us , everyone loved the food , thinking of going back again 😍

Came in last minute plans for a iftari meal for 8 people, staff was very kind and seated us straight away. We ordered 2 faroz specials and they came out with bread and mezes straight away, 20 mins later the mains arrived straight off the grill and full of flavour and succulent. Everyone was well pleased have to say probably the best turkish in ilford. Keep it up guys 👍🏼

The food is delicious and well presented. Unfortunately, compared to other Turkish restaurants in the area, it is quite a poor version of Turkish hospitality.

Worst Turkish I have had , very old and fat Doner with dry dead bread, salad was not good had to re order it. Very disappointed and left feeling unwell.

We've been going to Feroz for years. After pandemic went there and felt disappointed. Food standard is definitely down. Prices are okish. Now they charge £1 for box to take away ur leftover 😒 There staple bread was not available, sauces were tasteless and runny and minimal salad. Overall in future we'll think to go there.

Best Turkish restaurant in the area , Excellent customer service and delicious food

I've got takeaway from here a few times and the food was delicious. My favourite was the grilled king prawns with cous cous and rice. It was so tasty and the prawns were so juicy. The chicken shish was also nice. The portion sizes were really generous. Good prices aswell. The staff were friendly. The first time I went in I was offered free Turkish tea whilst I was waiting for my food which was a nice touch. I would recommend.

Cold Food, Bad Service, Poor Management. Spent over £30 to be given ICELAND chips due to the restaurant low on supplies, to make matters worse the chips are BURNT. No apologies, No Justification, EMBARRASSING! Never will I be eating from here again, I suggest you order elsewhere this is just robbery. Buying foods from elsewhere when suppliers have not delivered is no problem of mine, close your restaurant but dont go get alternatives and serve them without letting your customers know. Manager was appalling. Zero is my rating

Poor service. Food was okay. The English Lady was Grumpy and miserable and charged £1 for Bread which is usually FREE. It was appalling service. Felt like I was being a burden on them by being there. Disgusted by the attitude of the White lady, who I believe is the owners Wife. She's been okay in the past. When I asked for more sauce's, she stated she would charge an extra£2. Absolutely disgusting service. Shocking Behaviour!

Staff welcomes you with a big smile. Food is delicious. Mixed platter for 2 May be sufficient for 3 people. Fish is amazing too. Aryan is always fresh. I highly recommend this place.

Average food. The wings reminded me of ready to eat supermarket fare with some added pepper. And they ran out of the most sought after item Doner Kabab by 9PM. Service was great though.
