Went to a Ladies night with Bunty and Bubbly .

I've been coming here for years, but my recent experience was disappointing. I ordered food when the place wasn't busy, but after a long wait, I noticed that others who ordered after me had already received their meals. When my food arrived, the onion rings and hash browns looked burnt, possibly cooked in old oil, and the beans were cold. I informed the staff, and they kindly took the plate back to the kitchen. Unfortunately, they just warmed everything up in a microwave and returned it, which left the chips and fried items soggy and unappetizing. It was clear that the usual management wasn't on duty. As I was leaving without eating or paying., the waitress apologised and said she would call the manager, but he wasn't available

Birthday party ruined!!!! My friend hosted a birthday party and so many things ruined her day. 1) Beginning with the food - when it came to the desserts, out of all the desserts listed, only two options were available, which should've been warned on their website or something, so we could've booked somewhere else 2) When we got extra drinks, we were given paper cups to have the drinks in, which is so unprofessional, especially in a restaurant establishment - there were definitely more cups available, as we were the only one's at the restaurant for majority of our reservation 3)When we were creating a video of her friend opening her gifts, whilst eating our desserts, we were told to quiet down, which makes no sense, given how were were talking at a normal level (and there were 9 of us, so naturally it would add up), and also it's a birthday celebration, so of course there would be noise (much more noise than any of the amount that we made) 4) The male waiters were constantly staring at us and kind of hovering around, which was very uncomfortable, for a young group of girls, and we just wanted to be left alone 5) We were told to start preparing to leave 30 minutes before our reservation ends which makes no sense - stating that they have another party coming in an hour after 6) The bathrooms were extremely smelly so definitely do not recommend using the toilets. Very embarrassing 7) The lighting in by the mirrors are absolutely horrendous, which is really upsetting as we wanted to take good pictures by that area.

Amazing door and the authenticity of real Indian / Bangladeshi food is second to none.

Very poor customer service, we have order Chiken curry with chicken fried rice but they gave us just egg fired rice always give wrong order make sure check ur order when you receive although they made mistake do not apologise and staff very rude . I will recommend don’t order from here artist they need to understand customer satisfaction importance . Fraud wrong item put in the order

food arrived 1hr30 mins after placing the order. It was cold and stale. Did not follow delivery notes either.

decent food, however they probably should list ingredients on their menu as i got the papdi chaat and there were peanuts in it, which is a very common allergy people have.

Been here a couple of times. Pizza for the price you pay can't complain, decent quality.

Certain times can take awhile to get served not always enough staff.

Great spacious spot in Ilford to take a break from shopping or catch up with friends. The karak hot chocolate is my favourite drink to get as it’s different from anything I’ve tried before so definitely recommend. The food is average but there’s a decent amount to choose from. Out of all the cafes on ilford lane (I have tried them all) the drinks here are best and most consistent. It can get a bit loud with the music so if you’re looking for a more quiet and chill spot this might not be it and aren’t fussed about drinks this might not be it.

Amazing customer service, A guy named ‘SAIF’ served me and he was excellent.Great food , great customer service.I went there on 1st nov about lunch time .The store was neat ,clean and hygienic.Overall deserves 5 star at everything.Getting my lunch there was worth it !!!!

Shisha flavor was excellent, really enjoyed the shisha. Service was great by noor and sagar. Ambience 10/10 Shisha 10/10 Must visit this place and try their drakes flavor.
