Such Disgusting food and stale chicken

Disgusting experience never had such a bad fried burn burgers... Literally all burger were refried to make it fresh.. the usual fried burger was honestly pathetic it was smelly, old and stale.. Other burger flamingo cheeto was horrible. Same fried stale chicken and cheetos were so hard that it was impossible to eat.. please don't waste your money on this rubbish restaurant 😒 😑.. wasted my money.. I'm regretting it so much

Worst Chicken ever in Ilford. The chicken was burn and Stale! They pushed us to do takeaway’s and this is what they’d given to us. 🚫🚫🚫We would STRONGLY recommend NOT to go there

I had a truly disappointing experience at Kentucky King and would rate it 1 star. Firstly, the food took an unreasonably long time to arrive, testing my patience. When it finally did, I was met with disappointment on multiple fronts. The chicken was dry, which is never acceptable when you're at a place known for its chicken dishes. The peri peri wings, meanwhile, seemed to be drowning in an excessive amount of spices, almost as if they were desperately trying to mask the taste of day-old wings. To make matters worse, I even asked the server about the wings, and they confirmed my suspicion – they were indeed old. But the disappointments didn't end there. The peri peri strips, which should have been a highlight, were instead burnt to a char, rendering them completely inedible. It was disheartening to receive such poorly prepared food. To add insult to injury, we decided to request a replacement as a takeaway, hoping for a better outcome. However, our hopes were dashed when we received chicken strip wraps that were equally as disgusting as our initial order. It was clear that quality control was severely lacking. As if the food wasn't bad enough, the price for this subpar meal was £12, which felt like a complete rip-off given the terrible food quality and the excruciatingly long wait times. If it were possible, I would rate Kentucky King 0 stars due to the overall dismal experience. I cannot in good conscience recommend this establishment to anyone, and I certainly won't be returning anytime soon.

Waiting 28 min for a pizza and chips ,longer then expected and weren’t busy ,order mexicano fury ment to come with meat but there no meat and come home very disappointed,son want meat pizza ,chips has no taste at all ,please see photo loads of fresh Peppers,jalopenos and sheese??we’re is the meat???

Good place to go for a quick munch... quite a refreshing taste, different from regular burger shops. Underrated compared to other shops in Ilford Lane. Clean and tidy... staff are friendly and informative. And pretty competitive price... Good place to eat out without spending much!

Today I visit Kentucky chicken with my friends we really love their food …their burgers were much nicer then other shops on Ilford lane..chicken was really soft…must visit again Highly recommended

I have to say the chips is really great they are skinny with great choice of sauces. However, customer service is bad they put chips in tiny paper bag and it got me really messy. Also I just got beaten up that night for no reason by a youth who asked me cigarettes outside this shop. Really rough place especially for drug addicted youths at night. Not coming again forever.

Sad and slow service, very annoying the two people came after us and got their food, we had to wait for ages. Boneless chicken was good, fries were ok but Unfortunately the waiting time and disrespect in serving other customers before us was too annoying. Would not come back here.

Chicken burgers decent, they got pasha drink which is a bonus and they’ve got their own sauce which ain’t too bad. wings were really salty and proper small. They need to sort that out.

I had food from them last night, everything was amazing specially the combo smash burger... Initially went to Chester's but the line was long so decided to try them out and it came out 5 stars. I eat junk once in 3 months but this one I must say is the best I have came across.

service here is very fast. All the people in here is very kind and helpful.the food in here is outstanding, with cheap prices. All the burgers in here like the peri fury burger and loaded box is amazing. The wings in here is lovely as well. Definitely recommend.

My new favourite place on illford lane Highly recommend their smash burger is must not just the food the environment was also very good not like typical chicken shops I ordered their smash burger and pizza both of the things are soo good i am gonna come back again for sure

Last week pizza was 5 Stars buy today 1 star.

Wings were not crispy at all, really salty and just weren’t that great tbh. Chicken burger was standard and chips were decent. As others have said, they just blew everything into packaging and looks. I’d say it’s not really priced cheap either, on par with the rest of Ilford Lane but quality isn’t there nor taste. Also it is so annoying when you’re trying to eat and someone is just punching the machine to the side of you. Wouldn’t really recommend.

The chicken wings are so tiny and they’re so salty. Worst chicken shop I’ve ever been to.

Chicken quality is very poor. Alot of batter covering the chicken which is extremely salty with very little chicken content. The wings are horrendous probably the worst I have had. I found the batter to be very oily and salty.

The food is delicious for a reasonable price. The staff are pleasant and were extremely patient during the opening week when it was really busy. There's also a punch machine you can try whilst you are waiting for your food.

If I could give this 0 stars I would . Don’t be fooled by my 1 star review , it was the lowest I could go plus the only reason why they get 1 star is because the mirinda was half decent. The shop spent the entire budget on the design. So much unnecessary packaging, 90% packaging and 10% food. The burger is so small it can’t even be called a mini fillet burger and the wings taste like they were ready made from sainsburys. And they were so small I had a hard time distinguishing whether they were chicken fingers or not. Stay far away from this establishment if you want to eat well, most likely going to close in the coming weeks.
