It’s a true family business with good people who make you feel welcome. I've been coming here for years with the kids and wife and it just keeps getting better! Highly recommend! 🌯

The food along with the service is really nice, especially the worker named Sonia, she is a very bright worker and made the atmosphere even nicer.

I just ordered through Uber. The order was marked as delivered. It was not. I tried to phone Firebean and they did not pick up. So be careful of ordering food this way as it's serviced by thieves.

I visited today and ordered a medium burrito, but I was disappointed with the portion size—it was surprisingly small, with barely a spoonful of each ingredient. Honestly, I’ve seen larger, more satisfying burritos made with simple wraps from Asda. To make matters worse, there was an issue with the sauces. I had requested chipotle sauce, but was given mayo instead. When I pointed out the error, rather than starting again with fresh fillings, the staff member tried to remove the sauce with a tissue, which is extremely unhygienic. The tissues were right next to the bin!! This left me wondering about the overall practices behind the scenes.

Food was cold. Very poor experience - waited 1.5 hours for a fast food takeaway. This is unacceptable.

Never ordering from this place again. Such poor service, ordered my food and came over an hour and half late. Called up the restaurant and the woman on the phone was so unhelpful. Food was absolutely cold.

Terrible tasteless food. Very stingy with the ingredients even though they have barely any customers? Won’t hurt to give normal amounts of guacamole or salsa!

I ordered chicken tinga tacos and beef steak tacos from uber eats. First of all, what is up with paying 30£ for six freaking small tacos?? On top of that, the tacos had no sauce or salsa, barely any cheese, and the meat had hardly any flavour. The most driest tacos ever. This place is the definition of daylight robbery!!!!! The food quality was absymal. Never ordering from this place ever again!!!!

Fire Bean is a fantastic spot for Mexican food! I ordered a burrito bowl, nachos, and spicy buffalo wings, and every bite was amazing. The burrito bowl was fresh and packed with flavor, with perfectly seasoned meat and a great balance of toppings. The nachos were crispy, loaded with cheese, and topped with just the right amount of salsa and guac. The spicy buffalo wings were crispy, juicy, and with a great kick of heat. The portions were generous, and the food tasted authentic and fresh. The service was quick and friendly, making the experience even better. Highly recommend!

Very overpriced! And it was not that nice at all. Beef burrito bowl meal! No All I wanted was Churros I had to buy more just for them to deliver! Not nice…I’d rather pay the delivery fee than to force to buy food I don’t like. £24 wasted!

Ordered chicken tacos which arrived all squashed because all of the other heavy items were on top of it so was extremely disappointed with that but still wanted to eat it as I was hungry and didn't want to waste the food. Taste wise, the food is actually bad! Lacked flavour and taste and was very very basic! Won't be ordering from this place again.

Have driven past a few times and vowed to stop one day. Today I finally did. Only had a beef steak burrito and it was cracking. Plenty of filling options, I went for the whole lot. Burrito was constructed and rolled to perfection by a very friendly young lady. Will definitely be returning

The staff were friendly and well mannered, I ordered churros, they were perfectly crisp and warm with an ooey gooey chocolate centre 10/10!

The burritos taste like reheated food from the microwave. Do yourself a favour and get a burrito from Tortilla if you're craving one, the ingredients are fresher and way, way tastier.

I ordered from here yesterday and whilst Mexican food usually gets a bad reputation, I’d ordered from here a few times over the years but hadn’t for a while now. The food arrived lukewarm but I was hungry and have gotten extreme food poisoning and upset stomach as a result. I don’t normally suggest completely avoiding a restaurant but if their food was not only cold and contaminated… I’d suggest looking elsewhere for your burrito or taco fix.

WASTE OF MONEY peri sauce used to be super good now its super mid. chips either r undercooked or overcooked. chicken is incredibly tough. u guys always mess up my order and it ends up tasting like nothing. NEVER add extra sour cream. when i get peri sauce its literally barely anything?? i feel bad that ur repping mexican food like this, they would not be proud

Ordered for the first time today. I've lived in London for a few months now and missed having access to endless Mexican restaurants. The food was delicious and excellent portion. I will definitely order again!

1 set of tacos were as ordered, the next set of tacos had cheese missing but were tasty. Nachos were lacking sufficient cheese, missing salsa and pico de gallo; we’ve had better nachos at the cinemas. Delivery 👍🏻 was 8 minutes early.

Pretty appalling treatment from the staff. My first visit into this branch and whilst the food was satisfactory, the staff were abysmal. The guy who served us could not care less, had an attitude, practically rolling his eyes at any questions asked about the menu items.

App didn’t update to tell us driver was on way, food used to be really nice here, gone downhill, ordered nachos, used to be lovely handmade nachos, clearly shop bought and cold.. also calm down on the coriander.. nobody likes that..

This place has become **really really** bad since they changed management/ownership. I don't know what they think they're running but it's not good. I used to go to this place once a week on my way home but now I only go if I'm really desperate for some Mexican and don't want to go far. At first I thought it was learning problems so I decided to give them some time but it's been almost a year and still no improvement.

Food was supposed to arrive 7.05-7.25pm it arrived at 7.45pm and both burritos were unlabeled so we didn’t know which was which. They tasted absolutely banging though, worth the wait.

I ordered burrito from the student special and even showed the person and till from the menu. It says £3 when I tapped my card and started ordering I saw it charged me £6 and they said they don’t do student special. She gave me chips and drink but I only wanted the burrito, wasn’t even told.

Wasn’t hot when delivered, burritos were horrible! Dry chicken that tasted old & the rock hard beef was a joke!!!

Multiple times I’ve ordered of this place and they always put cold drinks in the same bag as hot food. When I call them up they say they won’t do it again and when I order again they do the same thing. They don’t care about serving quality food. They may as well serve it out frozen.

Gone downhill. Ordered Nachos and everything came separate and much smaller portions. The burrito was smaller too.

Very dry rice and chicken. Over cooked. Not enough sauces. Ordered many times regularly and never received it like I did today. Extremely disappointed. Was looking forward to as since moved house not had in almost a year. Was a total complete let down. Put me off ordering again. Isnt how it used to be not what I expected. Stale rice and dry over cooked burnt chicken with lettuce and tomatoes barely any dips not as generous as In past and no cheese !

Love this place, being going for two years and the food recently got even better! Great staff who always are very helpful to us. (FYI, Never pass up the sweet potato fries)

Good quality, lovely and hot and delivered really quickly. The last time the food was Luke warm and needed heating. This time the temperature was great but they got the order wrong. Ordered 2 x chicken burrito meals and 1 x lamb chilli burrito meal but sadly all three meals were chicken so was really disappointed. Will order one more time before voting with my feet and finding an alternative takeaway.

Wrong food delivered and when phoned about this ,they basically said not our problem.

Both burritos were not warm enough and needed heating along with the chips/sweet potato fries. Usually good and hot but not yesterday sadly. The beef wasn’t good quality either so that ended up being thrown away. A pricey meal considering the above 😩

for some reason it won’t let me change how late it was, but my food was 45 MINUTES late! i rang and was constantly told that my food was on the way and ended up waiting 45 minutes for the driver from the restaurant, which is only a 15 minute drive from my house. absolute shambles

Yeh this is basically a subway concept of ordering your burrito and it's a very good standard with very friendly and helpful staff.

DON’T WAIT FOR IT TO HAPPEN TO YOU! I was a loyal customer for years of this establishment and recently started seeing some negative reviews but ignored it. Then it happened to me. I ordered something online through their own website and the food never arrived. I called on the day and they said it was on the way, it had already left but never arrived. The next day I called looking for a refund and they said the driver tried to call me more than 40 times and so because it was my fault they couldn’t refund me. So I asked for proof of that, a screenshot of the drivers phone with all the missed calls. Of course they didn’t have it so then I called again and they said they would refund me but had to wait for their “boss”. I kept calling for TWO WEEKS! I had to chase them for everything until I finally contacted the company that does their financial management and they were polite and responsive enough and refunded me. Before I recommended this place to everyone but now I say STAY AWAY! Staff are not trained in customer service and their “boss” clearly doesn’t care about service. So hopefully this place won’t last much longer because paying customers don’t deserve this disrespect.

I usually love this place but today the nachos were awful. They came as plain tortilla chips with a small pot of cold cheese, sour cream and chimichurri. There was no where near enough to even cover half the nachos and I ended up with lots of plain chips. Disappointed.
