We went there last month. The food was good, particularly beef ones. Mahmuda provided excellent service. Will visit again.

The food is served fast and is warm and tasty. It is delicious and the workers are very kind. It also has a very nice atmosphere inside as it’s quite peaceful and has a nice view outside.

Ordered chicken tacos which arrived all squashed because all of the other heavy items were on top of it so was extremely disappointed with that but still wanted to eat it as I was hungry and didn't want to waste the food. Taste wise, the food is actually bad! Lacked flavour and taste and was very very basic! Won't be ordering from this place again.

Have driven past a few times and vowed to stop one day. Today I finally did. Only had a beef steak burrito and it was cracking. Plenty of filling options, I went for the whole lot. Burrito was constructed and rolled to perfection by a very friendly young lady. Will definitely be returning

The staff were friendly and well mannered, I ordered churros, they were perfectly crisp and warm with an ooey gooey chocolate centre 10/10!

The burritos taste like reheated food from the microwave. Do yourself a favour and get a burrito from Tortilla if you're craving one, the ingredients are fresher and way, way tastier.

It’s definitely a case of shrinkflation and peri peri fries wasn’t delivered.

Extras not added. No sour cream or lettuce resulting in dry burrito. Disappointed this time. Nachos were OK, but were not even warm.

I ordered from here yesterday and whilst Mexican food usually gets a bad reputation, I’d ordered from here a few times over the years but hadn’t for a while now. The food arrived lukewarm but I was hungry and have gotten extreme food poisoning and upset stomach as a result. I don’t normally suggest completely avoiding a restaurant but if their food was not only cold and contaminated… I’d suggest looking elsewhere for your burrito or taco fix.

If I could give this food 0 stars I would. It tasted vile and if you want authentic Mexican food PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE. Very stingy with the guac and extremely stingy with the rice. FOOD WAS HORRIBLE!!!

Ordered for the first time today. I've lived in London for a few months now and missed having access to endless Mexican restaurants. The food was delicious and excellent portion. I will definitely order again!

WASTE OF MONEY peri sauce used to be super good now its super mid. chips either r undercooked or overcooked. chicken is incredibly tough. u guys always mess up my order and it ends up tasting like nothing. NEVER add extra sour cream. when i get peri sauce its literally barely anything?? i feel bad that ur repping mexican food like this, they would not be proud

1 set of tacos were as ordered, the next set of tacos had cheese missing but were tasty. Nachos were lacking sufficient cheese, missing salsa and pico de gallo; we’ve had better nachos at the cinemas. Delivery 👍🏻 was 8 minutes early.

App didn’t update to tell us driver was on way, food used to be really nice here, gone downhill, ordered nachos, used to be lovely handmade nachos, clearly shop bought and cold.. also calm down on the coriander.. nobody likes that..

Pretty appalling treatment from the staff. My first visit into this branch and whilst the food was satisfactory, the staff were abysmal. The guy who served us could not care less, had an attitude, practically rolling his eyes at any questions asked about the menu items.

This place has become **really really** bad since they changed management/ownership. I don't know what they think they're running but it's not good. I used to go to this place once a week on my way home but now I only go if I'm really desperate for some Mexican and don't want to go far. At first I thought it was learning problems so I decided to give them some time but it's been almost a year and still no improvement.

Food was supposed to arrive 7.05-7.25pm it arrived at 7.45pm and both burritos were unlabeled so we didn’t know which was which. They tasted absolutely banging though, worth the wait.

I ordered burrito from the student special and even showed the person and till from the menu. It says £3 when I tapped my card and started ordering I saw it charged me £6 and they said they don’t do student special. She gave me chips and drink but I only wanted the burrito, wasn’t even told.

Wasn’t hot when delivered, burritos were horrible! Dry chicken that tasted old & the rock hard beef was a joke!!!

Multiple times I’ve ordered of this place and they always put cold drinks in the same bag as hot food. When I call them up they say they won’t do it again and when I order again they do the same thing. They don’t care about serving quality food. They may as well serve it out frozen.

Gone downhill. Ordered Nachos and everything came separate and much smaller portions. The burrito was smaller too.

Very dry rice and chicken. Over cooked. Not enough sauces. Ordered many times regularly and never received it like I did today. Extremely disappointed. Was looking forward to as since moved house not had in almost a year. Was a total complete let down. Put me off ordering again. Isnt how it used to be not what I expected. Stale rice and dry over cooked burnt chicken with lettuce and tomatoes barely any dips not as generous as In past and no cheese !

Love this place, being going for two years and the food recently got even better! Great staff who always are very helpful to us. (FYI, Never pass up the sweet potato fries)

Good quality, lovely and hot and delivered really quickly. The last time the food was Luke warm and needed heating. This time the temperature was great but they got the order wrong. Ordered 2 x chicken burrito meals and 1 x lamb chilli burrito meal but sadly all three meals were chicken so was really disappointed. Will order one more time before voting with my feet and finding an alternative takeaway.

The food arrived a full half hour after we were told it was on its way. It was just warm when we got it. Normally the service is better don’t know if it was a new driver

Wrong food delivered and when phoned about this ,they basically said not our problem.

Both burritos were not warm enough and needed heating along with the chips/sweet potato fries. Usually good and hot but not yesterday sadly. The beef wasn’t good quality either so that ended up being thrown away. A pricey meal considering the above 😩

for some reason it won’t let me change how late it was, but my food was 45 MINUTES late! i rang and was constantly told that my food was on the way and ended up waiting 45 minutes for the driver from the restaurant, which is only a 15 minute drive from my house. absolute shambles

Yeh this is basically a subway concept of ordering your burrito and it's a very good standard with very friendly and helpful staff.

DON’T WAIT FOR IT TO HAPPEN TO YOU! I was a loyal customer for years of this establishment and recently started seeing some negative reviews but ignored it. Then it happened to me. I ordered something online through their own website and the food never arrived. I called on the day and they said it was on the way, it had already left but never arrived. The next day I called looking for a refund and they said the driver tried to call me more than 40 times and so because it was my fault they couldn’t refund me. So I asked for proof of that, a screenshot of the drivers phone with all the missed calls. Of course they didn’t have it so then I called again and they said they would refund me but had to wait for their “boss”. I kept calling for TWO WEEKS! I had to chase them for everything until I finally contacted the company that does their financial management and they were polite and responsive enough and refunded me. Before I recommended this place to everyone but now I say STAY AWAY! Staff are not trained in customer service and their “boss” clearly doesn’t care about service. So hopefully this place won’t last much longer because paying customers don’t deserve this disrespect.

I usually love this place but today the nachos were awful. They came as plain tortilla chips with a small pot of cold cheese, sour cream and chimichurri. There was no where near enough to even cover half the nachos and I ended up with lots of plain chips. Disappointed.

Chicken was too dry and portion was too small for the price

This is the first time this has happened but the Burritos were not physically nice & hot like they usually are & both the chicken & beef were chewy so neither were finished or enjoyed as much as normal. I also think that £6.00 for 4 tiny pieces of churros is way too much considering the quality & quantity given. Fingers crossed it’s better next time.

Food arrived on time but was very disappointing. Chips very thin and cold, buffalo wings where tiny ones you’d expect from a chicken shop (but the sauce was nice) with hardly any meat on it and my burrito unfortunately lacked flavour. Was excited to try somewhere new but sadly wouldn’t order from here again.

The food was very bad, the salsa roja was just a sweetish bbq sauce, and I hate bbq sauce, the beef was old and powdery, , the rice had no real taste, overall a terrible experience, and wayyyy tooo overpriced, for me a waste of money and time, as I didn't eat it. I tried, but I couldn't.. oh the wedges were fine, but cold, but fine.

Ordered this food and having some kind of skin reaction from it. I have no allergies whatsoever so I'm shocked and annoyed. Food was not good either.

The Chicken Tinga bowl really hits the spot. The only place I’ll order Mexican from. LOVE IT! The only down side is you have to order a lot for minimum delivery then delivery charge on top. But the food ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Lamb Chilli Taco - 9/10, very filling, fresh and full of flavour Chicken Tikka Taco - 7/10, was quiet watery which is how it shouldn't be, but still very delicious Normal fries - 7/10 - standard, crispy fries Sweet potato fries - 10/10 - a must have side, seasoned and crisp to perfection Decor - 8/10 - very clean, Mexican-esque Atmosphere - 5/10 - was very quiet, not many people although it was lunchtime on a Friday, perhaps have Mexican music on in the back :) Price - 8/10 - with the tastecard it's an absolute must, but without it does look quiet expensive. Food was delicious and filling though so worth a try Overall - 8/10 - very clean and delicious restaurant, but atmosphere needs to be more lively, definitely needs music or something as it can be awkward at times. New staff was also very nervous, but that's understandable. Enjoyed my first visit, will be coming again :)

Ordered twice from here now. First time was nice, but second time was a bit of a let down. Soggy Nachos unfortunately. Will try again though as it was overall good.

I was very impressed with the food it was put together very well, tasted amazing and was very filling. I would definitely recommend everyone to give it a try you won't be disappointed. The desserts were definitely one of the best I've had in awhile.

Ordered 5 taco meals. Not impressed at all I'm afraid. Food was bland, expected Mexican food to have some spice. Not alot of fillings inside. There was also a strange smell probably from the taco shell which was a bit too soggy as well. Not worth £10. Reply But I would have to pay extra for those sauces. For £10 expect a bit more

I ordered via their website as I was craving churros and thought why not order burritos too! My opinion is based on my food received via delivery, I did not eat in store. Burritos were OK. I was expecting to be wowed but I was not. I didn't like the lamb chill burrito at all. Avoid the mango chicken wings at all costs. The portion size was good and the sweet potato fries were nice. The churros didn't taste like authentic ones. I ordered chocolate and caramel filled churros. They were tiny and tasted more like mini apple pies, it was odd lool. The nachos to share arrived soggy, and were unedible. It was really realy bad. Don't order nachos for home delivery. Update: My brothers liked the burritos the day after (chicken and beef). They enjoyed the original churros with caramel dip. I may repurchase in the future.

Review edited, After a rather not so good experience the owner made sure the problem was solved prompt and on time, Sure! sometimes things can go wrong as times are busy and staff aren't the most willing. Hopefully my complaint will be taken into consideration to improve customers service. Thanks for your prompt reaction on the matter.
