Place looks nice, thats the only good thing. Awful service, waitress was cold towards us and seemed like she didn't want to be there. Asked for tap water for the table, responded with sorry we don't do tap water??? Wouldn't recommend it, neither would go again. Ilford has many dessert places with better service and would serve tap water if I asked.

Hidden Gem in Ilford! I recently visited this restaurant in Ilford, and it truly exceeded my expectations. The atmosphere is fantastic—high ceilings, fresh and stylish décor, and a welcoming ambiance. There are private seating areas that add to the comfort and exclusivity. The staff were kind and helpful. The food was delicious, well-presented, and reasonably priced, including the desserts. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into both the menu and the service. Upstairs, there’s a private meeting room, a prayer room, and clean, well-maintained toilets—great thoughtful additions! Overall, a great experience. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to others!

Food was wonderful, Desserts are the best in London in my opinion.

No cookie dough and no cream for milkshake - in a dessert place, my daughter has been bugging me from the beginning of the year she wants to come get dessert for her bday and she was so disappointed, dessert came and no cutlery was available, dessert got cold. Not coming back. Flies flying around the food

Dolci's definitely a fun spot for a group. Their French toast is amazing – warm, crispy, and perfect chocolate. I could tell that the chocolate they use in the fondue is really good quality, but the fruit they served with it wasn't very ripe. The ice cream was fine, but nothing too exciting. The ambiance is really nice, although the restaurant was so busy we sometimes had a hard time getting the attention of our server. And the upstairs area seemed off-limits unless you were some sort of social media influencer. It's a shame, because I would've liked to check out the view from up there. Overall, Dolci's a great place to check out if you're in the mood for something decadent, but be prepared for a bit of a wait. P.s. Sumesha was very helpful!

Initially visited this spot in Lahore, Pakistan…10/10 for the Lahore branch. Came to Ilford to try the cheesecake. Absolutely disappointed with the cheesecake, from taste to presentation all Zero! Specially the size of the cheesecake is simply TINY. It didn’t taste good as it had a bit too much of the lemony taste, fake chocolate sauce as it definitely was Not Nutella and I felt this cake had been sitting there for at least 2 days. Secondly, we had 2 burgers both beef, these were kind of bland, just alright I’d say 5/10 for the taste but the presentation was pretty good. Great staff though, prices somewhat reasonable, an alright atmosphere. Come on folks, ya’ll gotta make a trip to Lahore and try everything then come back fix your mess up

It was decent food for what you pay, however the service and hygeine was AWFUL!!! The table wasn’t cleaned before we was seated or during. We came and the host was just starting at us, I then asked if we could have a table and he just stood there no greeting or anything. Finally we got seated and he was just on his phone, we had to call somebody over to take our order because nobody was coming to us. When we received our food it was just left on our table no talking or cutlery, we then had to ask for the bill and they told us we have to get up and pay? What are we paying service for? Honestly awful experience compared to the wembley and o2 branch, will not be revisiting!

Maltilda cake was delicious. Even molten chocolate cake was outstanding. Treat for dessert lover.Our server @Sumesha was very hospitable. Over all good experiences!

Out standing atmosphere, food was flavourful, authentic and delicious. Staff were friendly ,prompt specially the staff member Mujtaba ali who was so kind, professional and the presentation was fantastic and appealing to mind and whole environment was cosy and impressive . Lastly ,i really recommended to visit once , and i will asure all of you that you will really enjoy your meal and time in cosy enivornment .

Came here last year for my cousins bridal shower. We had a set menu to choose from: starter, main and dessert. I had the mini chicken fillets for starter, chicken burger for main and waffle for dessert. The starter was dry and a bit cold, the main was nice and the dessert was delicious. There were a lot of us so I understand that service wasn’t going to be the fastest but it could have been more efficient. I tried the cookie dough as well as the waffle and that was great. I’ll come back to HD again but not with a large group and will order from the regular menu.

The restaurant is nice and lush in the Ilford branch but that is about it with nothing ever available. Very humiliating. We made a booking a week in advance for an important meeting. My guests asked for cheesecake, sorry it’s still defrosting, cookie dough? sorry we’ve run out, pineapple juice? sorry there’s non available, yogurt granola? sorry we’re out of granola, Matilda cake? There’s non today. It was very embarrassing. The booking was for midday and we were not told there would be limited options. When it comes down to ordering there’s very limited options available. If you ever have an important event or meeting I’d reconsider and save yourself the embarrassment.

Ordered 3 item through uber eats but received only 2 in the sealed bag that was delivered. One of the items worth over £14 was completely missed. Tried calling them several times but they didn’t pick up the phone. What a waste of money!

Extremely slow service. Staff don't seem to be trained in customer service and are completely expressionless. Was served a slab of butter with my breakfast that had dirt and fluff stuck to it, when I pointed it out, the waitress didn't even apologise and never came back with a replacement. Clearly tap water served in bottles. Charging customers claiming it is mineral water. On receiving the bill and giving my feedback the waitress rolled her eyes and walked off to get her manager. Someone please send her off for some training. Could hear surrounding tables also complaining. Won't be coming back. :)

It’s a very vibrant place and menu was very easy to navigate

2nd timing visiting. Staff are attentive, and they have a small prayer room. Unfortunately, I really felt like we got conned with what we ordered. We tried the Matilda cake, and at £17 per slice our expectations were high. It really and truly was not worth the price. Shouldn't have been more that £10-12 max!
