Don’t believe the timings stated it closed at 12:30am. Went there at 12 staff members had already closed door and when questioned they said the 12:30 closing time is when they should be shutting the doors and going home.

Came here in the evening for a sweet treat. Tried the Matilda cake which was a very rich and indulgent chocolate cake, a little sickly and that’s coming from a chocolate enthusiast. But nevertheless, did not disappoint, personally think it needs to be shared between a few people due to how rich it is. The sans Sebastian cheesecake surprised me; I didn’t think much of it when ordering, but upon trying it, the Belgian chocolate paired with the cheesecake was delectable! This was definitely a good choice, the Belgian chocolate was a perfect match with it and tasted so rich and creamy. Also tried the lemonade ice cooler, was a bit too sweet but still very nice and refreshing. Overall, a pleasant experience & a place I’d definitely recommend.

Brilliant service and good food

Ordered on just eat, waited 20 minutes and they cancelled the order. If you can't fulfill orders, don't be a restaurant. Could've cancelled in the first 5 minutes.

I was disappointed at the service here. It took quite a while for the food to arrive and when the food did come the burger bun was quite hard. Additionally, the desert I ordered did not look like the picture so that was quite misleading. The only positive was that the restaurant looks nice. I won't be coming here again.

No tap water served, when asked they said its not clean enough to serve. Bit worrying if you ask me! Brunch was nice. But the vanilla chai was way too sweet.

I went to dolci today for the first time everything was so excellent, all thanks to the staff especially sumesha who helped us perfectly with a good recommendation.

RECENT VISIT: Appalling service this time, no staff by door, shocked with the behaviour of the waitresses Sumesha and another seemed very unattentive. Asked for the kids menu, abruptly told no kids menu as kids ruin the menus, after questioning further and stating that they had kids menu during prior visits Sumesha's tone changed and she said kids options are available but have to be selected on ipad. No mention of prices. Asked for glasses of tap water again told no tap water available. Told to pay bill by front till but no staff by tills, waited for 5mins then eventually someone turned up. OLD REVIEW: Good service, attentive staff even from the front door. Not that expensive either! Defo recommend.

Pasta Stank Of Muss/Damp! & The Poor Waitress Has To Hear All The Negativity When Its Not Even Her Making The Food! Never Again! Goodbye Dolchi!

Lovely food and desserts with lovely interior and lighting, will come again.

They will not give tap water and only told me that i have to purchase bottled water (eventhough it is a legal requirement for a food place), told me my food AND drink wasn’t available when they brought my friends dishes. By the time I had my food, both my friends had finished theirs. The service was incredibly poor, slow and unhelpful, the girls bathroom had hand soap that was filled with water. It took almost 30 minutes after being seated to actually have our order taken despite asking twice. The food is also too overpriced for the quality of it. Absolutely horrible.

We came for dessert and Mustafa who was behind the counter was very friendly and attentive. He was really efficient in making sure that we were seated as soon as possible. We’ll definitely be back for brunch next time!

Mustafa and Rozmina did a great job of serving our party of 16! We had no reservation but they were able to accommodate us. The food itself wasn’t anything special given the price but the service made up for it!

I visited this cafe recently and, while the food itself was quite good (I ordered pasta,sandwiches, juice, and dessert), my overall experience was disappointing and disheartening. From the moment I walked in, I felt judged and unwelcome. I was dressed casually in a t-shirt and lower pants, and it seemed that my appearance led the staff to treat me with a level of disregard and subtle humiliation that no customer should have to endure—especially after spending nearly £50 on my meal. To make matters worse, I found a small eyelash on my pasta. I chose not to make a scene or complain, but it's important for me to share this so that others are aware of the kind of service they might encounter here. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect, regardless of what they wear or where they’re from. I hope the management reflects on how their staff interact with guests and ensures that dignity and basic courtesy are extended to all.

Were sat for a while before order taken and it wasnt busy. Signature Hot Chocolate, Kunafa Bun, Waffle with Madagascar Vanilla Ice Cream and Cookies. Nice decor and price reflects the upmarket presentation.

It's alright. More glamorous than anything. They don't do key holder prices anymore on their menu either.

I really liked chicken cesar salad surprisingly for the theme of the place. Overall good quality food and desserts, just wish mocktails were not so sweet

The most poor service, literally brought ice cream without a spoon, served wrong food, food came after 40+ minutes

Dissapointing. Came here a few days ago with my work colleagues. Pasta was not nice. Very dry with lots of oil at the bottom. Inedible. Crispy onion Beef burger was tasty. Chips normal. Food took 45 minutes to arrive from ordering. We asked for one of our meals to come first due to breaking fast - did not happen. No condiments provided till asked for. No sauces provided till asked for, and then didnt bring enough. All in all me and the group will not be visiting again.

Took over an hour to get served. Kept asking for someone to take our order and was told someone else will take it… Also don’t serve tap water, apparently because their tap water is “dirty” so unsafe to serve to customers?

The service from Apekshya was great, very attentive and friendly and always happy to help when needed anything. Can't fault the service from her. However please bring back the old menu, there are not many choices of beef and chicken burgers very disappointed with that. They no longer do my favourite burger and the one I ordered wasn't great, bit dry. Also the peri loaded fries wasn't the same as before, and there was hardly any cheese sauce on it. Disappointed no more grilled chicken burger. Sorry to say I won't be going again as the menu has changed

Your company has a booking system in place yet when you arrive at booking time you are waiting outside for 20-30min this isn't how you run a business.

The food was good, the service was great not to mention the decor, I love this place.

I recently visited and ordered the Matilda cake and Guavadela Passin, both highly recommended by Rozmina. I have to say, both desserts were absolutely delicious! The Matilda cake was rich and indulgent, with a perfect balance of sweetness and texture. The Guavadela Passin had a delightful tropical flair with the right amount of tang and sweetness. Even though Rozmina was clearly very busy, she provided outstanding service. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and ensured that everything went smoothly. Her recommendations were spot on, and her warm attitude made the experience even better. Highly recommend trying both desserts and definitely looking forward to coming back for more!

Interior was surprisingly nice which you would not be able to tell from the outside. Very clean and with a very room upstairs which is ideal for those visiting in Ramadan. The dessert although a bit more on the higher end for prices was nice with a fresh taste. Only reason why it gets 4 star was due to service being slow to take order until we went to the till and it also felt like we were being ignored when paying due to the being on a phone call.

Food tastes yummy , fabulous and I thank Apekshya for warm service.
