It was my husband's birthday. I just chated with tahir on google mqp chat box about the situation that i wanted to celebrate my hubby's birthday as we don't hv place n dont hv frnds here in ilford. So he told me to meet sudheer and talk about everything. I did. And both are very good nd such gentlemen. N yes we enjoyed bday there. Staff is also nice and humble just too good. They were my first choice bcz one staff member helps me outside the bb as my baby's wheel came out. I was very happy that i chose this place and people. Am just in love with place and the meal was also delicious. Thankyou so much bb ❤❤

TASTELESS BURGERS AND OVER PRICED WILL NEVER COME BACK

I have been coming to this branch when it first opened. My usual is the flamour burger which used to taste lovely.Recently it does not taste nice at all.The meat seems like a cheaper quality than they used to use before and also the burger baps they recently use are the basic seeded cold buns. Also the buns were not toasted like they used to when they newly opened the resturant and my burger is always given cold. I informed the young girl at the till and she took my burger and sent it to the back. I expected them to make a new burger all they did was put it in the Microwave and made it boiling hot. Went straight in the bin will not visit here again as the burger quality is going downhill. Apart from this the fries and mozzarella sticks were very nice and fresh. They take very long to make order even when it isn't busy. The cup drinks which come with the meals are terribly bad quality

So ordered online and got a Mouly Tiramisu. I hope the rest of the kitchen is checked this tiramisu had been sitting there for over a week atleast . I enjoyed the wrap and burger but I hole the kitchen is looked after.. mould on the tiramisu put me off of ordering again

Extraordinary Service and great taste. I always wanted a Halal McDonald's in UK but surprisingly I got BurgerBase as a way better Diner. Their Triple Smash Beef, Egg and Rashers Burgers are mouth watering. Love their spicy sauce and fries. 10/10

Decent burger, you can't go wrong. An extensive menu. Tip: Try the guava drink it's very nice.

I visited burger base during my lunch break and I was served by the lovely Zoya who recommended the Big Base Burger and chicken blazer fries. The food was okay but the service is what will make me give this place another shot. Overall fast service and very friendly. food could be better

Loved thr food and service. But a bit quite in there not sure why. If you want a good burger, chips and drink without all the fuss get over there. They are not shy about the portions and fill your drink up properly.

Went on a Wednesday around 2pm for a late lunch. Wasn't busy at all but got busier as we left. Place is clean and tidy. Girl at counter was nice and friendly. Ordered 2 kids meals and 2 large burger meals. Portion sizes were great and had plenty of sauces to pick from. Honestly this was a great Halal version of McDonald's. Happy with food and service so will recommend.

100% smash burgers look nothing like the one shown on the picture. £6.00 for a flat thin patty advertised as chunky Patty's is quite misleading. Fries were nice and tasty burgers were flat and bland. Service was great, really disappointed with the food.

The burgers were amazing and very toothsome. I definitely recommend loaded fries, it has chips, chicken and cheese. The cheese isn't too overpowering as well. A hidden gem!

My wife and I liked the food here. However, the hygiene and cleanliness of the place was not up to par. We visited twice in two days consecutively and my wife used the toilet on both occasions and noticed it had not been cleaned since the day before. The toilet itself had stains on there that seemed like it had not been cleaned in weeks. The wash basin was dirty and brown. The hand soap dispenser was empty on the first day but my wife managed to squeeze a tiny amount out. The following day when we visited it was still empty, indicating the toilet does not get checked or cleaned frequently as you would expect. The atmosphere generally is pleasant and there is also a play area for little children which is actually a quite nice addition. However, the cleanliness of the tables in general again is a point of concern. We tried to pull a table closer towards us, and whilst holding it from underneath it felt extremely sticky. Overall, the food is good but the restaurant on the customer side is not cleanest of places.

Zoya served us and she was the most amazing employee. She was so energetic and so lovely. The food was also good.

Dunno why there are many bad reviews... I ordered the dipper burger and was amazed. A chicken burger that was actually crunchy!! The wings were so good too - got mine with Frank hot sauce and tasted so yum!! Defo will go here again and try the other stuff on their menu

Ordered first time, Ordered loaded fries and 2 burgers.... the loaded fries were fine but both burgers were cold like they had been laying around for a while... the chicken burger was to dry and hard from one side the fillet so we couldn't even heat the burger. The flamor burger was flavourless, it literally had no seasoning at all. Their sauce was probably the only thing we enjoyed, wastes about £25 on tastless cold and dry food. Sorry but won't be ordering again For the owner... Ordered from husbands uber eats account so name on order will be different.

£5.29 chicken burger was just a flattened chicken nugget in a sad looking bun with lots of ketchup. In a party of 4 nobody particularly enjoyed their meal, it was just some food. 3 stars because we didn't get food poisoning. Please fry fresh chips instead of refrying old ones.

The takeaway looks nice and clean and very well decorated with a mixture of different seating and very well presented. There is also a small children's area. There is a self service kiosk to order and pay for your food before collecting. They also take card payments. The menu has the usual choices of various burgers, meat and chicken. My experience wasn't so great unfortunately. Although the place looked good the service was slow and some of the drinks options with my meal weren't available. The table we sat on hadn't been cleaned from the previous customer. The beef burgers, although advertised as 100% prime beef were of low quality and very fatty. They definately were not the quality I was expecting reading the posters and menu inside the shop. The burgers were smaller than expected and the buns were too small for my Double base burger. A really nice place and different from other burger places nearby, such a shame the food let it down!

Used to be able to dispense the sauces, but they've reduced it down to asking for it, and it comes in a tiny container, which is insufficient. Expensive food!

The food is amazing, however, the hygiene is poor. No usage of gloves, making my burger bare handed and upon requesting for extra fork, the fork was touch with bare hands without tissues or gloves really put me off.

The lady serving at the counter did not seem bothered, got a spicy smash which was not spicy or a smash more of a standard burger and the peri peri chips barely had any peri peri salt which is point less and when you ask for more it’s like your asking for the world. This place wouldn’t be top of my list to visit but okay for a stop by if there was no other option.

Food is outstanding and hospitality as well but the lacking is Their washroom is not cleaned proper and We found tissue roll into the Soap dispenser. I Think management will look after this issues to Welcome us Again.

It’s hard to find a takeaway place that has good customer service and good food. However, It was my first time visiting the store and I experienced both today. Thank you to Zoya for helping me out with giving me good recommendations and being really kind to me. My food was prepared fresh and tasted amazing. I will be coming to Burger base a lot from now on. It’s a shame that there isn’t one near where I live. I highly recommend this takeaway to everyone.

Used to be very good before, I ordered today after almost 1 year and I could say I was very dissapointed, couldn’t eat the burger as it had a very strong beefy taste( I know it’s beef but it tasted like I was eating raw beef), which it never happened before. I think they changed the meat from before, probably using cheaper products now.Shame, used to be a very good halal version of McDonald’s before

Visited the Ilford Branch on Saturday 4/3/23 in the evening. Got served by Vasu. Loved the burger but more importantly loved the service. Vasu was kind and attentive in helping me choose and looked after my children with their kids meal. Will come back again because of Vasu. Thank you!!!!

First time I’ve tried this place, excellent! We had the smash burgers and loaded meat fries which were very tasty and tasted fresh. Was served by Sravani who was so polite and informative, patiently explained the variety of burger and fries on offer. First class service and food!

I went with my family today for the first time and the staff were friendly, polite and they paid attention to detail. The food was served fresh, it looked very appealing and was absolutely delicious. It was a very inviting and relaxed atmosphere that i would like to visit again.

I enjoyed the food very much, every time we go they always get the food perfect exactly how I want it. There was a mini play centre inside which really helped the little kids enjoy their time even more and was also a positive for the parents as they could eat peacefully knowing that their child was safe and enjoying themself. The food looked amazing and was fresh and tasted like there was a lot of effort put in especially which invites me to come again.

As always I visited burger base but this time I was not happy to see for the staff is making burgers n all the fries without wearing hand gloves it's hygienic prohibited in food industry as we are going through with the covid time was really disappointed. I visited Burger Base for the first time to try it out. I ordered Chicken Flamor Burger Meals and Chicken Blazzer Salad. The salad was amazingly delicious with chicken and sliced veggies. The fries were crispy and tasty, However, the burger had an ok-ish taste. This is a halaal restaurant with a very good ambience. It has kids playing area and good seating capacity. The environment is very pleasant. You can visit with friends and family here. The prices are reasonable. You can eat-in or take away.

Horrible food the quality of the burger meat is disgusting, the meat falls apart in strange lumps. The buns are stale, the salad is been left out for too long and the chips are colder than the drink, which leaks out into the bag and your left with a tied up up carrier bag full of fizzy drink which leaks from the front door to the kitchen. A Horrible experience and a complete waste of money

Useless. Ordered food for delivery. Not sure what happened to my order but my delivery driver never got it and called me from the store to tell me this. Spoke to the lady right away on the phone and she was useless. Said she'd investigate and wouldn't honour the order.

Took an hour just to get out order ready. And gave us the wrong order. We’re refusing to give us a refund.

Stuff member are brilliant and reasonable price, I take way 2 barger and Thai Sweet Chilli wings and a Apple Pie. food are absolutely fab and definitely visit again , only reason i give 4 star they didn't put that apple pie on my bag.

The flavour of the wings are just to die for! If you’ve never tried it you’re honestly missing out.
