Everything was good but their shisha is best in the town. Will visit them soon. I whole heartedly recommend (Noor Al Hasnain) bro has positive attitude and approaches really well. 10/10

I am a regular customer for almost 2 years but today came with a group of 7 and was forced to get 3 shisha instead of 2 and get drinks for all of us no exemption even for a regular customer who comes twice a week i think this will be my last visit to Aladdin shisha.

Came in today to have a chill night, a group of 8 of us. We were forced to buy 5 drinks on top of the shisha & food we ordered . We were told we have to pay for tap water .. which is absolutely ridiculous. Not to mention the drinks are very bad . Does not taste like what it’s supposed to. TV music video does not sync up with speaker . Poor hygiene !! Sticky seats and greasy menus ! Shisha has very faint flavour even after change of coals. Poor quality. Had to ask to change , did not change as often as they should’ve. Food order was wrong after multiple confirmations of order. Took a ridiculous amount of time to bring out shisha and food .

Top notch shisha and great service from the staff. Lively weekend vibe. The food on their new menu is amazing! Great shatkora donner with skin on fries, highly recommend the rich and creamy prawn casablanca paired with good mocktails.

One of the amazing and excellent lounges in ilford. Their staff is very welcoming and food is so delicious. I would personally recommend everybody to go there.

What a rip off this restaurant is, they advertise false information and then when you call them to aak why you guys doing this they simply hung up the phone, they never disclosed their name despite asking. Beware of this restaurant, food quality is not up to par not value for money plus very bad customer service.

Burgers are a standard PFC burger so not smash burgers. Order 4 smash burger meals and chips only enough for one meal. Prices should reflect as pfc

Very poor from their usual standards of many years ago. The Shisha was poor, tasteless and hard to smoke. Didn’t last as long as Shisha should do. Unlike other Shisha lounges, you are forced to purchase a drink each with a Shisha too, which is a diabolical practice in itself.

Lovely experience at this lounge, atmosphere, renovation is beautiful ambient vibes. Food was good and staff provided excellent service from the bouncers to the waiters. Definently coming again.

Terrible service, horrible drinks especially the coffee amongst the worse I have ever had. Mint tea is terrible, shisha is mediocre at best. Service levels are appalling. They are cash only and take payment immediately and fail to give you your full change despite asking repeatedly. The only reason to come here is that it’s open late otherwise it’s a dive. The seating is dirty, uncomfortable and smells

So dead. No music, the music sounds like a yoga song/ nada sounds. Shisha decent. No choice in drinks. The atmosphere was dead. Wouldn’t recommend definitely my first and last time here.

Went on a Monday evening, location was'nt busy. Ordered Biryani, wings, burgers and fries for the table. Food was decent. Ordered 2 shishas which were mediocre. Service was very slow throughout. The prices are high for the quality and service you recieve

Visiting last night for a cosy casual date night. Staff were very quick. Music wasn’t too loud. Shisha was lovely. The chilli garlic fries are to die for & the masala fries were also great! Definitely a good spot for chilled vibes. They also have a pool table.

Good and My first time going here and they were so lovely and were good with recommendations. The chicken biryani is amazing, it had a lot of flavours. Will definitely go again and recommend.

We are very disappointed they are service . We went staff were rude & no manners and no experience, constantly pressured us to order more shisha , constantly gave pressure to order drinks. Quality of shisha are very poor. Please be aware before go there.

Friday evening at Aladdins lounge. I've been going there for a long time, a couple of years, and I've always had good service. Sarger had served me and my friends this evening and he gave us great service, I had ordered the chicken wrap, I had asked for ammendments in my wrap (to add spicy peri sauce), change my fries to masala chips and Sarger and the team were more than happy to help and add the extras for me. We had also ordered biryani, and can I just say the biryani is 10/10. Always order the biryani. It's a must. Delicious! The shisha is smooth, and Sarger suggested flavours as we asked for a sweet flavour. Thank you for the service 😀 The price is reasonable, not overly priced. The only issue I have is that the sofas and tables are too low for me. We felt sunken into the sofas, finding it a little difficult to eat. Sit back, relax, smoke shisha, pool table, and EAT😋 The ambience is ideal, and the staff is friendly. It's a great spot for unwinding with a mojito and food after a long day at work.

Sagar and Mit were amazing, very nice people and respectful! Shisha and drinks 10/10. The place is very chill which I love and many many thanks for having me and treating me with so well. Wil definitely come back!

Loved this place so much! Had such a cosy atmosphere & gave me and my friends blankets while we enjoyed our shisha and dessert! Has a wide range of shisha flavours to choose from, everyone was welcoming and made sure we were ok the whole time. Definitely recommend for a chilled night with friends.

Wen't last night for the first time, staff were rude & of no experience, constantly pressured us to spend spend spend, minimum spend etc. This behaviour really put me on edge & spoilt the whole experience. Would I visit again " A BIG NO"

Shisha is expensive here however it did last a long time which isn't too bad. They show the big matches and have multiple TV's too.

Ordered food on UberEats (called Aladdin’s peri peri). Firstly, if I knew it was an sheesha shop then I wouldn’t have ordered from here. Secondly, it was absolutely disgusting…. Seems like it was a made by a teenage university student! (Probably is tbh) If this is what you produce from your kitchen then close that kitchen down… what a disgrace to restaurants and takeaways, Aladins peri peri? More like Aladdin’s butters microwave food. If I could give 0 then I would have.

All time favourite place for Late night to meet with friends, staff is Great always look after you and shisha is great value for money! Defo recommend this place to anyone.

Best shisha in east London. Unfortunately lots of new staffs there who are not aa efficient as expected. Also waiting time to order food, change charcoal etc are extremely slow. Food are awesome. Love tge environment. These are tge feedback for management not complaints!

The manager very unprofessional. Shouting to the staff and not noticing customers sitting on the table no respect for the customers. Waste of money and time the sisha is really bad. Don’t believe me? Go try it and lose the money

This is my go to shisha lounge in London. Great service every time I've been. Sharina was amazing! Loved her bubbly character. She was patient with us and recommended the right stuff to meet our requirements. If you want shisha, great food and a nice atmosphere then Aladdin's is the place!

Aladdins Shisha Lounge is an absolutely amazing place! The Irn Bru shisha and Oreo milkshake were phenomenal. Really good atmosphere, with a nice and chill vibe to it. The customer service was perfect. I'll definitely be coming here again and highly recommend everyone else to do the same. Easy 5 star rating! 👍

I Went there with my pals, it was extremely cold inside. When a place was empty inside they should put their heating on, which they didn’t have on. My best friend was very disappointed by this. His a regular customer, and certainly we won’t be returning back. Their customer is poor for sure.

Awful customer service, awkward rules such as £10 service charge for not smoking Shisha although we ordered a lot of food and drinks. Shisha was alright however some stuff from the menu wasn't available to order. I wouldn't recommend it.

It was lovely experience. 1/4 chicken was probably the best one I’ve had in the UK and the Sheesha was amazinggg !! And icing on the cake was Sherina (the customer assistant). She was very polite and definitely suggested me the best items 👌🏻 A must visit place if you’re around

This restaurant is located in illford area. From outside the place looks unwelcoming , but inside ambience is good. It’s on the first floor / rooftop! The Shisha was good but not excellent. Food was awesome. The taste was outstanding. As such the restaurant was empty. Service could have been more prompt. Overall, a nice place to go & chill out.

(Reply to reply) it isn't it charged me 4 £ They don't accept cards. Instead they bought an entire ATM that charges you 4 £ for withdrawal while there is big title "FREE WITHDRAWALS" on it. LOL. And its often broken so you'll not only waste money but also time when coming there cashless. Other than that their shisha is good and the place is really spacy and airy. Ideal for lounge. But really... :-D

The new staff are extremely unprofessional since the change of staff Aladdins is going downhill. Rude staff forcing customers to order more quantities according to their new policy. Also, the excess of £10 for non-smokers even though non-smokers are ordering drinks and food but still need to pay just because of not ordering a Shisha. I was a regular customer of Aladdins but these awkward tactics put me off.
