Lovely Dim Sum, esp prawn dumplings, Cheung fun, lotus wrapped sticky rice, Feels authentic as about half the staff spoke little English, despite this service was excellent

Shakeel and team prepared the most amazing bbq platters to take away for my son’s 18th birthday. The food was delicious and cooked to perfection. They packed the food incredibly well, to eliminate spillages during transport. They even carried the food out to the car park, which was most helpful. Really very pleased with this service, I highly recommend them. Best wishes Nosheen and sons ❤️

Been a regular dinner place for past 2 years , overall food , service and atmosphere is good

Sadly the food was not edible - ordered a jacket potatoe and wasn't cooked in the middle, cheese tasted weird and beans not great. My daughter got a taosted ham and cheese - the ham wasn't ham - some other meat/thing, the cheese didn't taste like cheese - like plastic, then they added mayo for no reason and was horrid. Also ordered a breakfast - mushrooms tasted off, sausage was a weird spicy vile thing, bacon wasn't bacon - my pet dogs wouldn't even eat it! The service was Very slow. They forgot to bring our drinks over. Just whole experience was awful. Wouldn't go again. Ever.

The food was amazing specially the hot sizzling brownies.

The shop missed our drinks in the order. When I spoke to them they said they sent the drinks and that the delivery rider stole them. This is complete nonsense, the bags were tied up from the restaurant. The person i spoke too was very rude and refused to send me my drinks. Very poor customer service. Be careful when you order from these rubbish people.

Been using this take away for 38 years when the old fella was running it. It has deteriorated now. I was told the delivery would be 50 minutes to an hour. I phoned after an hour and was told it would be another 10 to 15 minutes. The order was half cold and the chicken portion on one of the dishes was small. Shame, because the food is actually very nice but it isn't worth the bother any more. Plenty more Indian take always in the area. You need to step up your service or you'll lose more customers.

Early Sunday breakfast for seven, no other customers. Waitress possibly new to job and had a bit of difficulty when we made flight changes to order. Food arrived in good time but was of basic to poor standard, bubble still cold/frozen and everything else of mediocre standard. I know this may be new management but they need to try harder.

Accept and cancel orders last minute…happened to often to be excused…decent food, just don’t order…go and pick up…

Have always used this branch to order delivery tried to place an order and apparently they are unable to do half and half which apparently is their company policy - since when has this changed??!! The manager was so rude also and unhelpful like they don’t want business!! Called Barkingside instead who were much more helpful and able to fulfil my order although have to collect from them as they can’t deliver to me because it is on Gants Hills patch so annoying!!!

We’ve ordered here a couple of times and the sushi has been decent and fresh. Also it’s halal so we no know no alcohol is used in their food
