K.O Kebabish - Unhygienic Practices and Disappointing Service My recent experience at K.O Kebabish left me utterly appalled and concerned about their hygiene practices and overall service quality. The incident unfolded when someone else's burger box accidentally slipped into the container of chili sauce. Instead of discarding the contaminated sauce, the staff proceeded to scoop it out and continue serving it to other customers. This blatant disregard for food hygiene standards was deeply unsettling. The risk of cross-contamination was evident, and the potential health implications were alarming. Moreover, the lack of basic beverages like Coke or Pepsi further compounded the negative experience. As a result of witnessing these unhygienic practices, we decided to abandon our order and leave the establishment. The prospect of consuming food potentially contaminated with chili sauce that had been in contact with another customer's burger was simply unacceptable. I urge K.O Kebabish to take immediate action to address these serious hygiene concerns. Proper food handling practices are essential to ensure the safety of their customers. Additionally, maintaining a well-stocked inventory of beverages is crucial for providing a complete dining experience. Given the disappointing service and disregard for hygiene standards, I cannot recommend K.O Kebabish to anyone seeking a safe and enjoyable dining experience.

I have been ordering delivery food from this place for approximately 3 years. Their food is prepared fresh and tasty and have really good customer service. They go out of their way to cater for your tastes. Their chop masala is delicious

Good variety of Indian/pakistani cuisine as well as the usual Burgers/kebab. I recommend the biriyani and chicken curry / lamb shank(nihari). Meat was nicely cooked and not overdone. Good pricing too, managed to get 2 curries, portion of rice enough for 2/3 people and 3 naans for around £20. They have indoor seating too so can eat there or take out. Good service and wait times were not long. Accept cash and card/contactless. A lot better than the usual east london chicken shop experience. Will return.

They took double payment from me I verified from the counter the cashier also seemed to be confused but I ignored it and paid what he asked. I believe by doing such tactics you can earn some Pounds but definitely you are gonna lose your customers.

Biryani cost £9. Provided in a small container. Tasted 3 days old with no flavour. I watched them put the biryani in the microwave before putting it in the bag for me. Disgusting in my opinion. Kebab rolls were nice though.

I’m a regular customer but just ordered 2 naan breads for collection at 11pm. Came home and noticed the cheeky guy gave me the ones he couldn’t sell. One was burnt, the other looked like something had eaten a hole through the middle. Had to throw them away. Cheers guys! Won’t be coming back

Everything was perfect 🤩 very yummy and delicious. Always food is cooked perfectly and fresh . Highly recommend it. All time favourite 🤩

This is for ilford lane : unit 2 , 210 ilford lane ig1 2lw We had ordered lamb kebab which was really good and the price was also very decent for 2 large kebabs. The service was very good and the environment was also very nice. Overall, everything was fine. I highly recommend it.

It's not original K.0. the lamb chops were too dry. Biryani rice was too simple for biryani. It's definatly a fake k.o branch.

My daughter ordered from here and to be honest I wish she hadn't. Not only did they forget about her order, they delivered it an hour late!!! They also made this and every other dishes so very hot that when it came, my daughter burnt her mouth. Please do not order from this place

Zero stars. First time i ever ordered from there. Chicken donor with naan, and lamb donor with naan. Got home found small donor with chips for both, and overcharged. Called the shop to report incorrect item given and charge... they hung up on me twice, not an apology, no offer to replace. Instead the staff member started shouting back at me. Never received such awful service before. Please avoid going there.

Lovely food, but slow delivery

Authentic lamb kebab yummy. Cannot go wrong with Kebab Puree and the Shami Kebab was spot on. Always a delight to visit Kebabish.

This food was made ages ago and tasted so off my sin vomited. It was so greasey the grease was all over the bag.

Offer good naan and food but capacity is limited.

About 6 years ago it used to be brilliant now they just throw in loads of chilli (stalks included) so it's inedible. Better off going seven kings

Please review the recipe of your chanas for breakfast, they were bland. I don’t eat spicy however it was too bland! Also please review the Spices in Nahari as well, the spices are not balanced in it! Good luck!

I would not rate your karahi the best as it is more of a curry not karahi. Will try again maybe next time you guys make it better. But overall its a good service. Improve few things guys. 😀

Didn't like the taste, was stale to be honest. Chicken was dry and undercooked.

Food came 2 hours late. Soon as I ordered the food it said there was a delay..when I called, they didn't ask for details just said food is coming then the food showed up 10 mins later. Driver said something was wrong with his car. Meat in the samosa had a burnt taste, no one finished them. Donner wasn't very nice either. I've ordered kebabish many times but this was not even worth one star.

Been here many times . Usually vert good. This time my order, 2 large lamb karahi was not up to par. The meat was hard and grizzly and tasted more like beef. Lamb should be very soft.

Ordered a half pound burger. I understand that it was busy but I waited for about 20 mins and asked about it only to find out that it was ready ages ago and just sitting there. There's a clear preference to serve those making larger orders. The guy claimed there were "too many people ordering" yet hes still taking new orders from people coming in? Anyway, I expected to pay £3 as that's how much it was on Just Eat but got charged £4. At this point, I'm expecting a pretty good burger since I've paid almost the same price as a Bacon Double at BK. So I go home and find that there's no burger patties between the bun. What was actually there was what I would call a meat flavoured rusk patty. I couldn't even tell what meat this was. It was like a Richmond sausage but without the flavour. So I was overcharged and waited forever for THE WORST burger I've ever had in my life. This is Gants Hill people, DO NOT GO HERE. There's plenty of other restaurants to choose from in the area, don't give these people your money! If you want a good kebab, go to Salamis nearby. EDIT: I don't even know how this place is still operating, there should be a warning outside to let people know the food will be terrible and the service will be even worse

Food took over an hour to be delivered. Food arrived cold and tasted disgusting. Phoned the restaurant to ask numerous time where the food was and the guy kept lying saying its coming in 10 mins, even though by drive it should take 3 minutes. Phoned again, the guy said they’re packing the food, 20 minutes later food still hasn’t arrived. Phoned the restaurant for the 3rd time and they continuously lied saying driver left. Awful awful restaurant, and the quality of the kebab and their food is trash. Chips arrived soggy, and the kebabs were really cold. Zero effort went into the food. Poor poor restaurant! Not worth your money!!

The best catering for our garden party” We have eaten here often and are so impressed with the food we asked them if they could cater for our Garden Party. The food was amazing and so was the delivery. Everyone commented on how super the food was and kept going up for seconds and thirds. Probably the worst Lamb Donor kebab ever. The meat was slice in thick slabs and was extremely salty. Definitely avoid the lamb donor. Not tried any of the other products at this establishment so cannot comment on them.

Low score for food quality ONLY for the fish pakora. It was NOT a pakora and the fish had a bad smell. Was not edible! Naan kebab etc was all NICE!

Keema Naan's burnt. Meat Seekh Kebab's spicy. No salad and sauces provided, which are basic requirements.

Ordered some lamb chops and chicken sheesh kebabs last night. Although the kebabs were fine, the lamb chos were terrible.....had the consistency of shoe leather. Will not be ordering again from them.

Bought a lamb biryani yesterday and it was tiny. I was still hungry after. It's Not worth the money. This is my first and last time visiting the shop.

Great food, fresh & always on time!

The biryani I ordered was not biryani. It Was dry meat with yellow rice. On top of that It came cold. In addition, I requested salad and mint sauce but nothing came. Completely disappointing.

Ordered via just eat. Naan, Biryani, curries and kebabs were good. Biryani was all broken rice - sad for an afgani place. Lamb chops were no good. Fried fish was dey and old. I was expecting better but food needs to be improved.

Excellent variety of food. Naan offers and family offers are good prices. Otherwise a bit expensive eg. Tikka roll is £7.50. They do nihari and paya every day and also halwa puri in the mornings 11am-2pm. I’ve added pictures of the latest menu from inside the store so have a look. They do not take cash which is a let down because who carries cash especially in covid pandemic!!

Was so looking forward to eating their food and in the comments section of order I wrote “No coriander sprinkles” but all the food had loads of it sprinkled on it! What’s the point of the comment section and you don’t pick up the phone for me to complain!!
