slightly late delivery. food was fresh and hot. kindly gave free desserts. but we asked for diet coke and got full sugar pepsi which we did not want.

Food was not boxed like other kebabish outlets, hence was soggy, salad and sauces should have been provided separately

I would like to share my thoughts as I bought Naan breads from them and i called as i could not find the parking on the road, I ordered 17 Naans and guy asked to me butter naans and i said go ahead, when i went there to pick them up they charged me £1 per naan mean I paid £17 for 17 naan which is ok but you wont believe when they were rubbing the butter on the naans the guys who was doing it he did not remove the paper he was rubbing the butter for no reason. And now i am imagining i could buy 3 carygold butter my self and could do the better job. Well respect for Naans.

I was tracking the driving he clearly stopped at another restaurant on the way and did another job before dropping my order off so the food was late and cold. Very disappointed as I am paying for delivery.

Absolutely disgusting service. Placed order and was left waiting for TWENTY MINUTES while people who came AFTER US were served BEFORE. When I got fed up and asked about the update this was the conversation, you make out how you would’ve reacted. Me - “where is the food?” Them - “coming 5 minutes” Me - “is it on the grill?” Them - “no not yet” Me - “give me my money back” How can you tell me GRILLED CHICKEN will take 5 minutes?!?! No apology from them nothing. Disgusting behaviour.

I received someone else’s order,so i rang them straight away.! He could hardly speak English and took me over 5 mind numbing minutes to explain‘I’ve received the wrong order’ for him to eventually say ‘oh you wrong order’ I said “YES,what happens now ?? I still want my order I’ve paid for..! To which there was a long silence,he then mumbled something and just hung up on me..!! I understand there’s a language battier sometimes BUT there is no way that is exeptable from any food establishment..!!!

Service is atrocious. Every oder there has been issue. Items missing for nearly every order to say the least. Tried to charge more a few times. When pointed out - just laughed. Gave just thighs and legs when full chicken ordered. Ali - promised a chicken to replace the mixed up order then refused and lied. It’s a bad place to go to.

For the prices, the portions need to be a lot bigger. The taste of the food was bland. The restaurant was cold as it was too big. The salad was served at the end of dinner. I wouldn't recommend this indian restaurant to anyone, much better indian restaurants, a drive away, and a better quality of food and prices. Put it this way, even if you were desperate to eat, please take my advice and go somewhere else. You will totally regret eating from here. I spent £50 for 3 people eating in, totally not worth the price

Ordered butter chicken sent another dish food was not the best to be honest

Butter chicken was watery again. Food was so oily. The containers was covered in oil. Not impressed today. Didn't have the other items so can't comment.

A lovely local restaurant great for dining in and takeaway. The food is always fresh and tastes great. The grilled kebabs and chicken are really good. Their keema naans are also a family favourite. They have a really spacious dining area. Recently tried their traditional halwa poori breakfast available at weekends 9am- 1pm and was pleasantly surprised. Did not expect it to be so good.

Very bad experience today we left the nappy in the high chair one of the old guy worker run behind us out side of the shop he said take the nappy with us very rubbish old man looks like he don't have any grand kids. Tastless food Over charged

Please provide more chutney, wrap the kebabs in a kitchen foil stays warm. Also missing sweet rice. But got halwa instead? Thank.

Awful. Cannot be described as Indian food. Boiled chicken, sauce was just a bit of chilli and swimming in oil. Veg not closed to cook. Rice was OK. Naan was just a frozen bread that had been microwaved. Just terrible

Food tasted ok but it was incredibly oily, so much so that the containers stained my worktops. Very pricey for what it is. Portion sizes were small, despite ordering 'large'. Noodles were uncooked too.

Good food here usually but recently the orders keep getting mixed up and forgotten and the food isn’t always fresh. We always give them extra time and allowance to get our order together whenever we go to sit in and eat and mostly they’re okay. Service is fairly good but again they keep forgetting orders and need to be told at least twice to be reminded not to get it wrong. Fresh naan is probably the best thing about this place. Whilst most restaurant chains, other far popular take aways and fast food places haven’t increased their prices by much, these lot have doubled and tripled some of their prices and then there’s a few normal dishes where they’ve upped their price by a few pounds. Not worth it for a place like this… You also get cooked when you’re eating in because they don’t use their AC.

Chips were disgusting. Think the oil needs changing or they were recooked. Mint sauce was bit off. This was my second order from here,kebab rolls are nice and chips were fresh and hot when I placed my last order so am disappointed and won’t be ordering chips from here again.

One of the best and tastiest Indian (Asian) food outlets. Dine in experience is just ok but the fresh kebabs on the plate is worth it, otherwise takeaway is always a hit. Be it biriyani or chicken/lamb dishes or haleem or naan/roti options, I love it. My go to place whenever I crave for Asian food.

Brilliant Afghani / Pakistani food. Biryani was delicious and meat was very soft. Falvours were perfect. Enjoyed the food and price good too. I'd prefer to have biryani in barkingside, leas traffic more parking as oppossed to Ilford. Also loved the haleem.

We have ordered Nihari and choley during Ramadan and it was the most horrible experience. The Nehari was stale and had an awful odour. The lamb shank used had black marks which seemed like it was burned. The choley seemed like the serving of last serving from the pot. The chikkar choley had less coley and more gravy and was not nice. I can't believe that I paid £14.99 for the Nehari and £9.99 for the choley which was so bad. I don't mind the price if the food is good but what I have received was horrendous. I will never buy from them again.

Food just lack flavours on this occasion

The chicken karai here is really bad, made from some sort of jiblet meat, not usual chicken pieces, poor quality for the price. Stay away. Total rip off. Peshawri naan cold and had sweet coconut in it.

You are always begging for reviews from everyone, I’ve told you many times to give Haleem in non plastic container but you never listen , I think you should improve your customer service by providing the stuff the way people want , not happy with your order.
