Accept and cancel orders last minute…happened to often to be excused…decent food, just don’t order…go and pick up…

Waited hours, no food arrived and than I get a call from someone who can’t speak English and doesn’t know anything. Worse order ever.

The worst donner I’ve ever had in my life. So tasteless and bland, I can’t believe the shop is called “Dr Donner” I wouldn’t eat it again even if they paid me. I ordered chicken wings too and it literally tasted like the frozen chicken wings you get from a supermarket. The chilli sauce is the exact same chilli sauce they sell in Asian stores. Worst takeaway ever I couldn’t even finish it. Only ordered it because it’s highly rated on Uber Eats for some reason but the Google ratings are way more accurate!

We placed the ordered three hours ago. where is our food?

Food came more than an hour late. Donner and bread was cold and chewy. They said they were busy, no apology. Terrible place to get food from.

Awful food. That can’t be donner. It was full of weird tasted sauce and full of cumin. It was like a curry. The actual meat was so tough that my mouth did a great exercise chewing them. My jaws are hurting now. And the delivery was over an hour late than the estimated time. I am never ordering from this shop again. Don’t order here if you want to eat donner.

Huge portion of delicious and tasty donner in very cheap amount. Well recommended. Worth to spend money.

Never have I been so disappointed in take away food than like I had with Dr Donner!!! The donner quality is so bad, it’s horrendous. They are long streaks, so salty and HARD!! £5.50 for a box that had 4 long streaks of hard donner the rest was filled with lettuce leaves. Please do not buy from here unless they change their food quality!!

The food is an absolute joke and is an absolute waste of money. Firstly the flagship product the donner is of a poor quality, it's in theswe huge long slices with a rubbery and unappealing texture.The donner was very salty and that was the only flavour I could taste, no spice no other seasoning. The chips were off a poor quality , they were soggy and I could taste the freezer burn. Please do not purchace foood here, it is terrible and honselty the owners need to fix up or honestly just close the place down.
