Very rude staff. There was one girl who acts like the manager I believe her name is zara. Very very rude can tell she doesn’t respect her elders especially. Staff really do need some customer service training. Disgusting and disrespectful!

Ordered Uber eats- dont believe the pictures you see on Uber. Spent £14 on a 4 patty smash burger- the patties smelt of raw like out of date beef. Tasted disgusting. The salad in it looked out of date and barley even fried onions. Burger went in the bin. Chicken strips- Your better off buying from tescos because it’s from there. You’ll be better off making it yourself. When u spend £20 on a munch you expect sauces to come with the food especially when u request it. Well at the least them packet sauces the local pfc normally give. Wish I had read the Google reviews before ordering. Some dead burger joint.

I can't believe they have sorted our delivery after so long but I'm happy to adjust my rating back to 5 stars after the lastest order. I only go back cause I've not had a burger like their smash burger in ilford, nothing compares to this place. Plus they do really good breading on their fried chicken wings. Absolutely fantastic. I will leave my historical updates here as a reminder as I really don't want them to fail again. The lady on the phone offered an apology on the first call at 30 minutes saying it was still 20 minutes late. After callling 20 minutes later, she said the driver had just left 5 minutes ago and Confirmed he was 5 minutes away. After calling 10 minutes later, she put the phone on auto voicecall and i think blocked my number. Pathetic service level from them and though my food review stands, the customer service and delivery via their website is disgraceful. My advice to you, order for collection only that way you'll not have to deal with the above. Did these guys just open? Man, I really liked the food here. On my first visit, I went to try a burger and a hotdog! The BURGER: I had the 6oz double smash burger and it was lovely! really channelling a fiveguys style smash burger with the layers of cheese and the added turkey bacon topping was crunchy and rich. Really LOVED THIS and would order again. THE HOT DOG: The hotdog contained a real chicken mincemeat frank sausage, long, well flavoured and really just meaty! ❤️ . Really flavourful, and thicc af and with some toppings and sauces it's just a great hotdog! 💯 Percent I would order both items again! HALAL: What else, it's all halal, however I'm not sure which certs they use but at least they display a halal sign and they would be more than happy to tell you which supplier they use! INTERIOR: IT'S A TINY TINY TAKEAWAY so don't let that affect you on the quality of their own food. Its absolutely amazing. SERVICE: The staff aren't really high energy right now cause its lockdown and they are STARTING UP but that will change as more people discover this secret 💎 gem.

YUCK YUCK YUCK! not worth the money spent, tasted horrible, I ordered the chill garlic fries and the portion size was small and tasted disgusting they were also soggy and too much sauce that tasted like cheese. I should have read the reviews as the pictures on uber eats was deceiving. I did not finish eating the food as i felt sick from the first bite and smell. Disgusting. 0 stars

Ordered food came an hour late. Quality is so bad. Do not believe the images showing on Uber eats or Deliveroo it’s completely different then the actual food Food was sent late when called for complaint they never bothered. I believe health inspectors should be involved. If any Redbridge council Health and safety inspector is reading this you should investigate them. I am Sure their hygiene rate is not up to safety standard. If any of you ordered food and you have a same experience you will like my comments about them.

I should have read the reviews before ordering from this place . The food it’s not nice at all ! The pictures look good but when you get the food it’s very disappointing! Too salty and not crispy at all ! Not worth the money ! Very expensive for the quality you get . Even burgers made at home turn out better ! Sorry you guys need to step up and improve your recipe !

Did buy a groupon took me 2hrs to get there for them to say we don’t do groupon ie it’s still on there page, but luckily I didn’t get the food the kitchen looked dirty and outdated looked like it was just lady’s working without hats very long hair table tops not looking very clean,, I would of given It 0 stars but it doesn’t have the option, I didn’t get any apology that was rude..

Man this is just terrible, the customer service here is appalling. Its like they do not want to be there, and the food was just not at all great, avoid this at all costs. Dixy down the road from there is also bad, but way better than this. Or if you want propa munch that is trending, go and try donerplug which is about a 5 minutes walk from there

I have given one star because this does not give the option to give no stars. We ordered food via Uber at 4.50pm. We called the shop at 6pm for an update to which we were told the meal is leaving now... we live 10mins drive away!... We called again at 6.20pm and was told food should be there in another 10mins... We called again at 6.30pm and this time before we could even express our frustration the stupid female member of staff asked me not to be rude!!! And hung up on me... The food arrived at 6.50pm. 2 long painful hours later... We were greeted with cold chips, mediocre small burger and the wrong drink. The service here is the worst i've experienced from a food outlet and looking at the reviews below, there appears to be a trend of lies, fake 5 star reviews and what we have sussed is they only have one uber driver cos he replied with the same reply as others - i only left 5mins ago... I strongly advise management to undertake customer service training and all need to read these reviews and take some swift actions, because i certainly will not be ordering from here again.

Order 2 hours in advance if you’re ordering through uber, not worth the wait, ordered afew times from here since they were new thinking delivery would get better but hasn’t so won’t be ordering again.

1,5 hours already food still not delivered Avoid

Good food but avoid doing a delivery order. On the last 2 occasions I have ordered, it has taken 2 hours for the food to arrive. Calling them up does not help as they just say food on is on its way which tends to be another hour wait. They will disconnect the phone line after you call the first time to prevent you from calling again. Real shame as the burgerboyz smash burger and ranch bites are pretty good.

The worst burger I ve ever had ,the beef patty is so thin what a cheat the tomato slice was bigger, the chicken burger was a real joke tiny little piece not even covering the bun We ended up buying dixy s next door much much better i highly recommend Dixy don't even bother stepping in that place or ordering online

Worst restaurant to order from. Nearly two hours kept us waiting and then said that they have cancelled the order and order again And wait more Kids been waiting for nearly 2 hours and then asked to wait again Rude staff rude attitude and probably same will be the taste !!! Have complained to Uber and all other platforms possibly can to avoid people from ordering

Ordered food from here. Pics looked good but actual portion size for burgers were small, definitely not worth the price. Condiments were also missing from the burgers. Don't waste your money here.

Please don’t go to eat this food. It’s very expensive we have paid £45 for 5 people and that’s for burger, chips and drinks. Burgers is very small portions, chips is very simple and small quantity. Most expensive place related to amount of food

It's a shame really, the waiting time for delivery took over 2 hours after I ordered 1 meal. No call to apologise or tell me sorry its taking longer than usual because they ran out of buns! No communication what so ever.

Worse food place I've ordered food from. Food wasn't even suitable for my dog :'(. I ordered a double 5oz american burger - putting it simply they can't even make a burger (they should change their name or just close down). Disgusting beef patties smothered with mustard (your better off with mcds cheeseburger). Buffalo wings were disgusting too (probably packaged and stored for ages) Loaded burger fries look like tinned cat food. Does not have burger cheese as advertised - wouldn't give this to my worse enemy. Loaded bbq fries was just bbq sauce on chips with a piece of processed chicken strip chopped - again disgusting. Simply put do not waste your money or appetite by ordering from here.

Food was awful. Burger covered with mustard. Patty was thin look like left over meat from the grill. Buffalo wings were freid chicken dipped in the sauce. I strongly would advise please don't buy anything from shop. I wouldn't even feed to my dog. Ruined my evening.

The burgers are very tasty. Good value for money and quite filling given that they do not look the biggest but that is normal for a smash burger. They have a few different burgers, having tried all of them I can say each has its own individual taste but all are fantastic. The meat has good seasoning and is not dry. I can see some of the bad reviews are regarding the delivery. I have only picked up orders so can't speak for that part. But I know on uber eats they state that they use their own driver not the uber eats one so that's something to bear in mind unless it changes in the near future. Friendly customer service when you go in, highly reccomend if you're able to pop in to pick up.

I waited over two hours for my food to come after being lied to by management at the restaurant being told that my order has just left and it was on its way, this was not the case. This was repeated for over two hours when I had to call the driver myself who told me he was 5 minutes away, my order arrived 25 minutes later. Their delivery system is a joke and when the food arrived the order was all wrong. I am disgusted and I would not recommend food from here if you’re looking for something actually edible.

Avoid this restaurant unless you like the following. - cold burgers - cold chips - soggy buns - no contact or update with the restaurant - and you are prepared to wait almost 1and a half hours for your food. Not one to write reviews however I am beyond words to describe how terrible the service is. I ordered through UberEats at 20:56 and received my food at 22:37. Called the restaurant numerous times without a answer or voicemail. I ended up visiting the restaurant to be greeted by a unapologetic and obnoxious girl who didn’t apologies for the experience. I was advised by the girl the driver would be 5-7 mins. He arrived a whole 20 mins later! Food was below average and certainly not worth the wait! AVOID

We live 10minutes drive from this establishment, we ordered our meal via Uber eats at 2130 it's is currently 2254 and still no food. When I called burgerboyz they told me that they have sent the food but they don't know where the driver is. They said I would need to go through Uber eats to get a refund and I will get the food when it arrives. I ve asked them to Call the driver to find out where it is they said they have tried but there no answer so I will have to wait. I've checked an the money has gone out of my account. I ve put in a complaint with Uber and they have advised that this company use their own staff to deliver food. The staff were laughing in the background when I called up to complain so Ive taken matters further and reporting them to trading standards

Worst burger I've had in my life...do not recommend. The burger was literally a home made kebab.nothing gourmet about it. Covered in sauce . The cheeseburger chips was terrible too.. seriously worst ever meal. Way over priced for quality and product..sorry guys...u have potential in the marketing but the food needs to improve massively.

Honestly one of the best burgers I've had, if you go I recommend The Burgerboy Double. A banging smash burger with the perfect sauce combinations. Tried it for the first time a few days ago and now had it 3 times in 3 days and now all my friends are addicted too. Pictures and words can't do justice to this place, yet to try other things but if you haven't you're missing out.

Not worth a penny, beef wasnt nice and literally not cheese sauce on the chips, I spent nearly £10 on uber eats for this because of delivery and small fee charge. DO NOT BUY! Make it yourself!

I don't recommend this burger shop at any cost. Too pricy unbelievable! I bought 3 typical American single burger for each £5.99 . It was too small and it should be maximum £3 each.

I'm writing this having just waited 2.5 hours for cold burgers that look as though they were transported in a bucket of water. This is the 4th time I've ordered from here. the first time was nice, the 3 that followed have all been late, cold and inedible. Sort it out!

5 star service and 5 star food never a let down

The staff were nice and friendly....but that's about it. The food doesn't taste all that great and the portion sizes are appalling considering the price. I expected the burgers to be a lot bigger. I won't be going back.

I ordered the food, firstly it came late and it was cold. And it wasn't cooked properly and test was terrible.

Ordered at 7.30 arrived at 8.45 (25 mins late). I called 4 times and had no updates whatsoever. The food was stone cold, I could use chips to build a house with the brick like chips. I received the wrong burger to begin with. The burgers were cold and there was hardly any filling and there was a lack of salad, only 1 strand of lettuce. They missed out the sauces that I requested, and the hot dog looked like it was alive with a solid piece of left over cheese placed on top. Only thing warm about the order was the milkshake I ordered, which also tasted rancid and off. Absolutely appalled with the food. When I called the restaurant the “manager” who was extremely unprofessional and unsympathetic, I was only to be told that it’s “busy” hence the issue. You need to sort out your attitude ZARA! I spent £27 on a meal I could have got for less than £5 at McDonald’s and that would have been better! Avoid this place!!!

The boys in thr shop are nice guys, food is half decent at best, not worth the price, ling story short food is dead, all these tiktokers over hyping this place..only went here cos of tiktok.. But it was honestly dead, felt sick after eating it..

I went to the elm park store yesterday, they kept me waiting for 10 minutes; we had to remind them twice that we were waiting, Then a member of staff came to attend to us, the guy said "I was in the toilet". I asked him for the big fish burger, I was advised it had been discontinued and was advised to get a veggie burger instead, I asked if the veggie burger was the same as the typical chicken and chips shop, he advised me that it wasnt it was the "double-one" and I can get a double burger if i want. We waited in our car and later they brought the order to our car. The burger was indeed the same as a typical chicken and chips store, was oily and not nice at all, I had to bin it and buy pizza next door. I wouldn't recommend anyone to visit the store, staff are unfriendly and while cooking in back all you hear is them laughing. Go there at your own risk if you so choose, I certainly will not.
