The pizzas here are absolutely delicious—perfectly crispy crust, generous toppings, and full of flavor! The service was equally amazing. The muslim lady who served us was so kind and welcoming, making sure everything was just right. It’s always a great experience when the food and hospitality are both top-notch. Highly recommend this pizza hut branch.

I really like their thick crust pizza. High quality ingredients cooked to perfection. The service was good; the manager lady wearing hijab was very prompt with our orders and made sure that we received everything we ordered. Will go there again.

They did not even deliver the food made me wait over one hour for the food for sehri not to even turn up, they use own couriers so you can’t track them, I will go tommorow to get my money back as I live local but they are theives

Didn’t even receive the food and it says delivered restaurant didn’t even message back after being told I would receive a message within 5 minutes

Food was cold and came 2 hours after ordered

The restaurant handed my order promptly to the delivery man. However, he went AWOL on his journey to me and delivered the food half hour after he had collected it from the restaurant. I phoned the restaurant to track the driver and he was stopped in various locations for a long time. My food arrived late and freezing cold. It wasnt even slightly warm, itnwqs frozen cold.

I just visit this place to have pizza bf ew and there was one Muslim girl with hijaab she was so rude and untrained she was very disrespectful… I was with family and felt so embarrassed with her bad behaviour I have ever seen … owner should have to tell her some manners and training she was awful

A very warm and pleasant place… i stepped in for the first time and had a veg sizzler… as a new customer i was thinking what to order, then the lady Kulwant recommended the pizza meal deal, and also swapped my toppings. She was very polite and served with much passion. Thank you pizza hut team and Kulwant… will visit soon!!

The pizza is amazing, they got nice atmosphere to sit and eat, enough seating as well. Service by the staff were really good especially the girl called kulwant.

I went in 20 minutes before closing was asked a few times whether I was sure I wanted to order then Priya Her supposed name became extremely rude, told me she’ll make it even though she’s gonna be late. I’m sorry, but what’s the point of having a 1am closing time if you’re gonna close at 12:30

I ordered a pizza at 12:30 of night and we got wrong order as I asked for no mushroom and tomatoes because of allergy. Then I called in shop to inform them, a person whose name is Tayyab he served . I ask for help and he said contact uber don’t call us. He said we are not dealing with uber it’s not our responsibility . U order from uber so contact uber Don’t ask us. I can’t do anything and screaming on call and he spoil our dinner. He was shouting on phone while answer. Poor service Poor order detailing

I recently had the Chicken Sizzler pizza from here, and I’m really disappointed. For a pizza that’s supposed to highlight chicken, there were just 1 or 2 tiny chunks—barely enough to notice! It felt like I was eating a plain pizza with a misleading name. It was not satisfying and not flavorful. The bread was hard and didnt like it. I won't be ordering this again, and I hope the team steps up their quality control.

This is the worst experience in my entire life with customer service and unprofessional manager and rude team member . I ordered pizza where they just took my order with a discrmination manner and rude behaviour. Then i waited for more than 25 min to collect my pizza where I was the only customer in store. After the pizza came out of the oven staff didnt even care to cut pizza and handover me as they just having fun in back of room. Worst customer service experience ever as they didnt even offer me free dip with large pizza until i pay extra 0.99p for both.

It's a real SHAME young staff member doesn't smile and rude! They do not provide cutlery. We had to put the pizza on the flat cardboard. Most customers like us would like to use fork and knife to eat pizzas etc. But they also don't provide fork and knives.

There wasn't anything to pepper on as we usually get oregano sachets to add some extra flavour.

the pizza base was rubbery, which made my jaw hurt to chew it and the toppings were dry.

Children Supreme was great. I was on a date with my wife. When food was served, a random guy from the street came to us and asked if he could have some pizza. My wife got a shock &;we refused him. When I informed one of the staffs of the incident, they didn't acknowledge anything and didn't even apologise. Very poor example of customer service. Not coming here again

The staff behaviour is very rude, try to avoid them. Order through deliveroo or uber eats as their customer service can at least provide a refund. Calling this hut directly is a nightmare!!! I would also recommend to start reporting them to pizza hut, as the owner and pizza hut management should know what damage they are causing to the brand! First time here, pizza was good but awful service and behaviour..

Be careful with collection. They are not honest and change the sides When i called them, they are asking me to come again and no apologies. They were also giving an attitude. Dishonesty is not accepted, shame on you!!

The person on the counter @ 14.03.2024 7:15pm , he was very rude and very bad behaviour towards customer service.

Worst customer service EVER! Asked a question about deals and pizza sizes, but got a poor attitude back. Disgustingly rude staff. Ended up walking out, didn't trust eating from them if they can't even get the basics right!

This has to be the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I ordered via the website and when I did not receive my order I rang the restaurant and spoke with the manager. He was entirely unhelpful and unprofessional. I have emailed Pizza Hut customer services requesting a refund for food that never arrived because the restaurant manager did not seem able to do it. Absolute disgrace.

Did not receive my drink and one of my garlic dips. Delivery driver also rang the doorbell at 1am waking everyone in the house up.
