There wasn't anything to pepper on as we usually get oregano sachets to add some extra flavour.

the pizza base was rubbery, which made my jaw hurt to chew it and the toppings were dry.

Children Supreme was great. I was on a date with my wife. When food was served, a random guy from the street came to us and asked if he could have some pizza. My wife got a shock &;we refused him. When I informed one of the staffs of the incident, they didn't acknowledge anything and didn't even apologise. Very poor example of customer service. Not coming here again

The staff behaviour is very rude, try to avoid them. Order through deliveroo or uber eats as their customer service can at least provide a refund. Calling this hut directly is a nightmare!!! I would also recommend to start reporting them to pizza hut, as the owner and pizza hut management should know what damage they are causing to the brand! First time here, pizza was good but awful service and behaviour..

Be careful with collection. They are not honest and change the sides When i called them, they are asking me to come again and no apologies. They were also giving an attitude. Dishonesty is not accepted, shame on you!!

Worst customer service EVER! Asked a question about deals and pizza sizes, but got a poor attitude back. Disgustingly rude staff. Ended up walking out, didn't trust eating from them if they can't even get the basics right!

This has to be the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I ordered via the website and when I did not receive my order I rang the restaurant and spoke with the manager. He was entirely unhelpful and unprofessional. I have emailed Pizza Hut customer services requesting a refund for food that never arrived because the restaurant manager did not seem able to do it. Absolute disgrace.

Did not receive my drink and one of my garlic dips. Delivery driver also rang the doorbell at 1am waking everyone in the house up.

Ordered pizza this evening and it was substandard from the cranbrook road Ilford branch. Garlic bread wi the cheese was undercooked with blotches of cheese and pizza has toppings missing. This is the third time this has happened that the food has come not to Pizza Hut standard. I used to order from Barkingside which tends to deliver a better service. This is people’s lunch/dinner you’re preparing, you should have a little respect and deliver decent food. Management/staff needs to be reviewed.

DO NOT order from ilford Pizza Hut unless you want food poisoning. I’m currently in contact with customer service, my partner had the pepperoni feast yesterday and today has had to cancel all of his plans as he now has food poisoning. Today 05/11/2023 Visited to collect an order the attitude of lady (Wearing Glasses) on counter is very bad…very aggressive, she seem like feed-up from her Job.. I collected order but will never order from here.. Pizza hut is big company at-least they need to invest in staff training and behaviour’s.. Really Disappointed..

I ordered a deal and the pizza was absolutely disgusting. It had some strange liquid cheese on top. My son almost vomited. The entire pizza went in the bin. This is the second time this has happened. You need hood staff and good ingredients. I’m happy to come and show you how to run a restaurant if you like. I can train you guys in one week for free. I hope the owner reads this because you are the one who will lose out, your current staff don’t give a toss. Get new manager or run it yourself or your business is dead. Everyone I know has had a bad experience at your restaurant.

Absolutely DISGUSTING! Delivery was late which isn’t a killer but the way the delivery driver packed my order is completely inhumane. He gave me the order and it was nearly half folded and crushed together. Ruined my night along with the family so we then decided to make home food and enjoy that instead. Spent over £60 on this order and that’s how they serve us, oh yeh complained to the customer care team and they give me a £10 e-voucher after all the food went in the bin. I want my money back you scammers! I chucked the pizzas and sides away but just managed to get a pic of the sides. PIZZA HUT SHOW US CUSTOMERS SOME RESPECT! Update 17/9/2023 Now 5Stars after the store manager called me and apologised which is what we customers need. Ordered same again and this time I picked it up and it was perfect and family enjoyed it. I went into the store a couple of weeks and Munish (guy with Glasses) served us he was so nice and so helpful but more importantly he was very welcoming. So I then went again but this time took my wife and kids for a meal and again Munish was so helpful he actually remembered me which was nice and was just as hospitable as before, and came up to us many times asking if we were fine wanted anything else etc. I would simply come back here because of him he is a credit to the store and also the is another worker there (he is taller and a little more weight on him with a moustache) he is also very nice and just like Munish, but I did not get his name. best Pizza Hut in East London easily. they are both a credit to the company and store

Went to this Pizza Hut for lunch and had a great time. Employee named Munish served us with a lot of respect as he took our order explaining the menu in great detail. The food was also good as well as customer service. Highly recommended & shall return soon.

Placed telephone order at 11.32am as a thank you treat for school teachers, told to come and collect in 10/15 minutes. Arrived at 11.43am to see that the pizzas had not been made. Only 1 member of staff working. Got my pizzas at 11.58am. The delay had a knock on effect for me. Not acceptable to only have 1 member of staff.

I had a problem with this order and was told I’d be receiving a refund but I have yet to receive it. I’ve had so many problems with this app that it’s now just touch and go. I only order through this app out of convenience.

Pizza Hut at ilford Cranbrook road and it's a delivery and pickup only but they do have a sitting area to sit and eat there.

The last time I ordered online for collection. I was told the site was down and they never received the order. I had to order in-store which cost more as they couldn't match the deals on their tills. I went into the store today and ordered some melts for takeaway, payment was taken. After a few minutes they informed me they didn't have stock to make them all. I was refunded, but there was no need to go through the payment process if they didn't have the food. I don't think I will be going back, and I will be surprised if they are still in business in a year's time.

Not a very pleasant experience. Did few times collection from store and when I opened them home key toppings were missing. No rush at that time. The baking time was delayed. The staff don't value customer time. How can someone forget onions when the pizza choice is any 4 toppings. My hear melted away 🫠 Stuffed Garlic bread now have a thick cheese which might take ages to melt. Only ☀️ can bake it properly.

Can't believe they haven't got a salad bar in such a big restaurant. We came to eat in the restaurant but ended up doing a takeaway. Everyone was so disappointed. Pizza Hut sort this out and add a lunchtime Buffet. 😋

Food is pretty good. Had the lamb doner pizza which does not sound amazing but it was pretty tasty. Would highly recommend. The only issue about eating in is that no-one pays attention to you in house. There is hardly any staff around. Had to shout to ask for a glass of water.

The pizza we had was absolutely dreadful! It was impossible to eat. I took my child to dine in, and I deeply regret that decision. The pizza we received was in terrible condition. I had ordered a half-half pizza with margherita and vegetable supreme, but both sides turned out to be the same, with only a few veggies randomly scattered on top.

Pizza was no bigger than 2cans of Coca-Cola, for a large pizza. 40% only ingredients, rest tomato and bread, ( so half pizza to eat only)lack of taste Hopping for a really nice pizzas but by far did Not meet expectations for a pizza hut pizza.

17/04/2023 time 9:00p.m to 10:00p.m We ordered pizza and drink for 4 people. No Greeting No smile by manager. He behave strangely. while we are cutting cake on table,He said no candle lights allowed. Dat means fire safety issues in that store. So celebration of cake with candle is not possible in dat shop. Eventhough staff smoking cigarette outside store near entrance door.while eating pizza dat smoke is allowed to inhale for customer is free. EvenThough no complain regarding pizza ingredient ,pizza is 10 /10 .

i ordered over 2 hours ago. it still says they are delivering my food, however when i call the restaurant they have already closed. do you know how inconsiderate it is to make someone wait for food that you don’t plan on delivering.
