Don't recommend their pizza at all. It was disgusting

Their chicken wings are consistently great but Pizza can be hit or miss! Two times I really enjoyed their pizza but last time it was very dry and lacked sauce and cheese both. Value for money I would say.

I've been going to this place for years. Burgers are great. value for money. I normally get the ringer burger! Update July 2024: This place has gone downhill. Service isn't there anymore. And the burgers don't even taste that great anymore. Tried a classic burger a few times. All turned out the same. Dry and and hard

I ordered last night via just eat and my order was late due to delivery issues. I called this business and the company representative provided very good support by arranging a delivery fixed to me by calling the just eat help line for me. This level of customer service is very remarkable as it's not expected.. especially past midnight. Thank you so much for the support provided. All the best with your business. Happy customer

Standards have fallen so low, the fried chicken is foul and stale tasting. Worst chicken I have tasted in sometime, couldn't be saved by the decent fries. Never going back.

Absolutely fantastic food , great deals

The staff are a bunch of absolute RE*ARDS that simply can’t follow any instructions no matter how many times you remind them. This is the case every single time I either order or go in store. I don’t recommend going here purely because it’s ran by idiots that don’t even like to rectify your issues. They also speak bad about customers in their language whilst serving them.

Very tasty food and we both enjoyed it. Tempted to order from here next time but I’ll see. Food was perfectly cooked and the wings were very tasty and proper East London, normally wings are bland or small from other shops but Chester’s seem to have the old school classic no holding back wings. Pizza was decent too and the chips were good. Only critique is that it took nearly an hour to prepare and then get it to us from the moment of ordering, which for London is pretty slow and we don’t live too far from the place.

Poor quality food and Poor service

I ordered 5 wraps for Takeaway and when I checked them they had uncooked strips and the wrap itself was soggy. Unprofessional staff dont know what they doing. If there was an option for 0 I would've gave them 0. Highly disappointed.

Awesome must recommend their Chester special pizza and fillet o fire burger. Delicious taste of their chester special pizza. I don't know why people gave the 1 rating. I would like to give 10 out of 5 rating to them.

Terrible service. Ordered 3 wings and chips. The man serving me was barking orders at others and refused to do anything himself. Waited over 20 minutes , many people came after me with large orders and left before me. Ended up getting a refund and leaving.

Ordered a veggie wrap which was delicious. But the wedges were too oily.

On the menu up on the wall For a Smash burger, fries & a drink £10 looked impressive, until when I saw what I got! Shockingly baaaad! The burger looked like a cheap plastic toy, the hot wings are nothing but horrible n tasteles! Fries & sauces taste vile! What was most absurd is that inside of the restaurant, it was dirty with uncleaned tables & extremely smoky with fumes! I mentioned it to the guys at the serving counter but did nothing. In the end I left there stinking of grill food and itchy eyes! Never ever going there, it’s run by infants! Most disgraceful food we’ve ever had! Do not recommend and avoid!💯💯💯

Hi I’m regular customer for this shop lately the food quality and service are really bad yesterday bought burger and wings from them the burger bun have smell and fillet and wing are really awful totally waist of money will never go there. Just add bank payment receipt as well totally waist of money

Chicken Wings were horrendous. Too salty.

Delicious chicken especially the strings, also the variety of salts they offer for the chips are very tasty 😋.

Lots of staff behind the counter but no one visit dining area side and all tables were dirty which were empty. Floor full of fries and ketchup mayo (see attached photo). Staff wearing behind the counter when talking to each other. I have to request the staff that you are so many behind the counter so can you send someone to clean the tables. One came cleaned our table but left the corner floor as it is.

Management it’s not the same any more plus food Quality has been dropped

Absolutely disgusting service food quality is not there anymore and stuff doesn’t even speak English properly they’re rude. I rather go to Nando’s and pay less money for better quality.

Half order received burger half eaten grill chicken burnt BUT when called the seven Kings branch I was told it is NOT THIER problem and contact the driver the staff are very RUDE STAY AWAY FROM THESE FRAUDSTERS NEVER ORDER FROM THEM

I am a local and have seen this place change from Dixy to Chesters. Over the years the quality of the food has gone down. We used to order twice a week. Now we barely eat Chesters once a year. The last 3 times we've eaten here, every one of us suffered stomach upset. Last time the chicken was still pink inside. It's a shame the quality of the food has gone downhill.

Good price, good portion, the chips were fresh and burger was fresh. Just wish they heated the buns up. But overall good.

I purchased five chicken burger meals from Chester today. While the burgers themselves were satisfactory, unfortunately, all of our chips were excessively salted, rendering them inedible. It felt like a waste of money. The lack of response from the staff when we raised the issue was disappointing. Despite bringing it to their attention, there was no effort made to rectify the situation or even acknowledge our complaint. This experience highlights the importance of effective customer service. When issues arise, customers expect a prompt and satisfactory resolution. Unfortunately, in this instance, the lack of response left a sour taste in our mouths. Moving forward, I hope the establishment takes customer feedback more seriously and implements measures to address such issues promptly.

I really love Chester's pizza meal. I've never been to the store but I always order online. Everytime I order I get really hot and fresh food. Appreciations to the staff, chefs and everyone. The best pizza meal ever. And the deliveries are never late.

This place gave me food poisoning the very next day, I experienced stomach cramps and diarrhoea, I would avoid this place!! I’ve noticed many others on here have had food poisoning from this place too from the reviews, they are not hygienic!!! AVOID at all times

Fillet-o-fire burger one of the best fried chicken burgers I have tried in recent times. Good level of spice to it as well. Could imagine someone not quite as cultured as myself may be wheezing through each bite.

Ordered Loaded fries, 12 barbecue rings, and ice cream. Delivery man forgot give me laded fries which ended up being fries with melted cheese. The fries was diverted after ibphned back twice. Also arming up was hard. Ive used Chesters sin E 2017. They don't change or repent from mistakes. Watch my video.

I ordered my food on Uber eats which was accepted when checking on the food it had disappeared off the app. I called the shop to find out what’s happened to my £50 order, a rude person on the other end of the line told me they cancelled it after accepting when asking if I’ll be charged they told me it wasn’t their problem and hung up, now I have to chase for my money back and the way I was spoken to was disgusting

Been going to this place for over 24 years now but very pricy and chicken wings and burgers not the same anymore.they are very busy and do have a great selection,service is outstanding,maybe it was just not my lucky day,the burger buns used to be kept hot in a mild steamer but not anymore.food was cold.i would still go again,maybe they were just too busy and maybe a new chef prepared it all.overall not bad.

What a horrible experience of getting takeaway from this place. The burger and wings size/portion was so small rather tiny I would say and tasteless otherwise. No sauce was given alongside the order. Will not go there again for sure

Worst fried wings, I've ever had, i had to check the wings before i even touched them, as for some kind of reason, i thought it was a cats leg or something weird. Totally put me off my burger, which i gave away to a homeless person as i felt sick eating the wings. Im sorry, but the wings did not look like wings, and i threw them away after the first bite. You wanna charge high prices, but u seriously need to look at the quality of your food, mate!!

Poor and worst experience..Whenever i ordered on call as far as i reached at restaurant , the food was not ready,, The staff is busy in talking and the staff is too non coperative they dont have any basic manners to treat customers.. When i called to complain the other staff member is to "Hang up the call".. Not recommended..

I’m a regular customer and quality of food has gone too low. Fillet burgers were cooked in fryer rather than machine, hard and salty. Wings were soggy and too salty. Will not recommend it anymore.

Friday night, the restaurant was very busy. But they were very quick to take orders and gave a realistic wait time. So I went for a quick walk around the area. I had ordered the 12 piece family bucket, but when I got home there was only 8 pieces. Despite my insistence with the brother serving me, and the brother who packaged up for me, that I had ordered 12 pieces (wanted to confirm with them as it was a bit hectic) I was very disappointed to return with my incorrect order. The peri range tasted great, and I found the fried chicken to be a bit too salty for my liking

This is the worst exerience of my life. I ordered a double grilled chicken burger. They give me the smash burger. When i get home back it is totally different of which i ordered. I wasted my money by visting it. The custmer service is very poor. The staff is fighting with each other about packing orders.

Excellent service every time I visit or order on Uber eats. Chester’s special is one of the best pizzas around in east London and would highly recommend to anyone who wants something different!!!. Staff are friendly every time I visit the store and make sure my orders are always fresh and made always to my special requests.

Very Bad customer service as they don't know what they are charging or they purposely charging more from customers not entering in till when asked to give receipt then they were entering in the till and there is difference between charged amount and the amount in the receipt, when I asked about difference the customer service guys were speaking in their native language but there was no proper explanation. I think they should treat customers. Children love the wings and food quality is good.

Lazy Delivery rider left food wet box on front gate. He made 2 5 second phobe call. He did not even bother to walk to my middle gate and ring my buzzer. The food could have been stolen by anyone walking by. Before tonight I used Chesters wood green for 2 years. Because if this I have every right to report to both Ombudsman, food standards and Haringey Food inspectors.
