I don't like giving bad reviews, its tough times out there, and I am firm believer in giving owners the opportunity to put things right, unfortunately if they don't pick up the phone then its a bit difficult! not only this but I rang their sister restaurant (Heritage Dulwich) who were very polite on the phone, but didn't ring back! - to cut a long story short, I have ordered 3 deliveries from them, each one has been Late, but the most recent was ridiculous and almost an hour late. The food itself is great, but the service is very poor, the owner Dhayanka Sharma seems to be great on the food, but lacking on the service side!

Amazing x brilliant x wonderful x this is one of my favourite Italians x cosy, warm, intimate, sweet. Food lovely, generous portions, fantastic prices overall very very good

Great pub next to station in Blackheath. Good food, friendly staff. Went for after work drinks. We all enjoyed it. Will come back

Everything is perfect, but there is no place for sitting conformably while waiting for food. Hope they create a sitting area soon.

Signs were bad upon arrival, tables stacked with dirty plates and glasses, and those that were empty of plates and galsses were sticky and unclean. Went to bar to order drinks and was chatoic, first two attempts of ordering a beer (Amstel and Ashai) were out of stock but nothing to say as such until atempting to order. Food was ordered and delivered, went for the S&L sharer, which was delivered reasonably quickly. No offer of cutlery, condiments or even plates! I went searching for napkins and found 4 so took them back to the table. Since we had no plates we used the napkins to put the sticky chicken wings on - no wonder the tables were sticky. Burgers were stone cold (only ate 3 of the 4 between us). Our friends ordered the same and asked if it came with chips, was advised not. So they ordered a portion of fries. Oddly enough, our sharer came with fries and the portion ordered, there's only came with the fries they ordered and not what should have been included in the meal?? Chips were bland and dry. No ketchup (apparently out of stock) but when a different waitress bougt food for table next to us and they asked for ketchup they were given some?? Was the only terrible service and food of the whole weekend in London. Will never go back there or any S&L again.

Buenas patatas fritas en Catford. Principalmente amable, rápido y sabroso. Nunca tuve otra cosa que pollo kebab y / o papas fritas.

The owner was extremely rude and told me and my friends to f**k off over nothing. I spoke to the shop owners down the strip and they all said that he is a c**t, most of them haven’t spoke to him in years cos of how rude and disrespectful he is

Food is always cooked to perfection. Nice and hot when delivered, and quick also.

Encantador pub y tuvimos una maravillosa cena de pastel y puré. Nos topamos con una banda que se preparaba para tocar algunas canciones... ¡eran muy buenas!
