McDonald's in Lewisham

Hard to see that I am sitting in the same place as the reviews I am reading. This is bright, new, spacious and clean. Staff were attentive, polite and efficient and food and coffee good. Toilets fine and clean too. I have used this McDonald's before and will use it again.

Went through the drive in with my grandchildren. The service was quite quick not like many others I've been through .And the had everything we asked for which made a change 10/10

If their is a price for the dirtiest McDonald, this store will win out right. Toilet is so dirty and unattended. The whole store looks tired and drab. My so celebrated his 1st birthday here 18 years ago. Still same look. Highly unimpressed. Toilet has extractors that doesn't work. Too dirty!

The place was okay kids wanted to eat there but it was very very very busy. Toilets are not nice at all and hardly any places to sit. Queues are very long but food comes quickly as it is fast food.Quite clean though as many people are there, food is nice and satisfying. Not a variety of seats or enough space to sit and eat.

McDonalds Leicester Square. Franchised to Peter Sullivan We found that the ramp to enter the building was not the correct gradient; and the disabled toilet did not conform to the correct specification. The place was crowded which was not a surprise for a venue in the West End of London, the queues for food were long and there were no tables free only bar stools, so my wife used the stool and I stayed at the back of her in my wheelchair. The food was good and inviting, the staffs were friendly and it was very clean considering the number of people there. The disabled toilet: If you entered the toilet forward you could not close the door, and if you entered backwards you could close the door but not wash your hands. I entered backwards and found that the toilet seat was hanging off, not a good experience, and when I left the building I had to wait till there were no people trying to enter, as my electric wheelchair at 200kg could have injured somebody.
