Pizza Go Go Sydenham in Lewisham

Don’t order from this place. Their food is poison. I ordered here twice and both of those times I vomited and got sick from the food. Please stay away from this place, it’s genuinely bad.

Great pizzas, good customer service, accepts additional requests.

Always ask for extra tomato purée, Tomato base because if not, you’re getting a pizza base with melted cheese on it 😞

Placed a gogo2s special, cookies , sticky toffee pudding and 3 dips Firstly the burger pizza looked just chucked together on (bbq) wrong base and rushed , the dough wasn’t cut through properly as was still not cooked properly ,so was nasty. Similar results with the meatball feast on undercooked tomato base I had finished my first slice of it and that was around midnight I’ve been sick since , lucky the box was there as came out of no where and could say ruined the pizza but it was ruined to begin with -the store had me on a runaround saying call back and didn’t take it seriously and mistake with my dessert have Belgium chocolate , no we’re similar to sticky toffee and as a diabetic It has and is still causing medical complications

Ordered pizza and it has given both me and my partner stomach pains and diarrhea. Tried it again, and it's done the same.

Fantastic pizza it's not over priced and it tastes fantastic its a treat to order now an then all the ingredients tastes fresh every time. The chicken stripes are great too I'm never disappointed.

I’ll be honest the pizza is cheap and filling however I oreded 2 pizza and I found few pieces of hair, some in the pizza aswell as underneath, there was a few long black strands and a few short curly ones. This is disgusting

Food is good but what a terrible service, we said we are paying cash on the phone then he came without change so paid extra £5 and he said he would add it on next bill or order then I called up to make an order and they said no one here claims that took place, never ordering from there again And advice you don’t either

Customer service is very bad. If a customer calls and has a confession about the pizza. They misbehaved with us while we were asking about pizza. The management should teach them how to talk to customers if somebody asks about service and how to speak to customers gently when customers confused about something

Ordered from here and couldn’t go back to sleep. Started feeling sick after eating. My son and I had on going vomiting for about 2 days straight. Don’t order from here they’ll give you food poisoning. Very disgusting they should be shut down.🤢

Just ordered pizza. It was undercooked. Not correct and I am feeling extremely ill, with in 1.5 hours after eating it. My family have had a slice each and won’t eat anymore. The worst pizza we have ever eaten. Plus the branch is fully of moped delivery drivers sitting everywhere including on top of fridges. There seems to be no separation at all between delivery drivers and catering staff. It seems everyone is ignoring basic hygiene rules.

The food isn't the same. I've order here for years but lately the BBQ wings taste like the microwave ones you get from Sainsbury's and the pizza also has a funny taste to it. After eating this I've actually thrown up I don't know what was wrong with it but my household are now unwell from eating here. Sadly I won't be ordering again. Not worth the risk. Gone down hill

I had the meat lasagne only problem hardly any meat just a load of tomato sauce it was awful . I paid for it and returned the pasta with the delivery driver . Worst pasta I've ever had . I buy from this store at times but this time it was awful so had to share my experience. Really disappointed also the person on the other end of the phone was also really rude . Luckily I record all my calls so if their management are interested I would let them hear how the customer service was handled. Never had bad food from these guys. Always fresh and hot. Even when i fell asleep and missed thier delivery they redelivered fresh. Best pizza shop in south London and brilliant service

This is a particularly bad branch, I usually love Pizza GoGo. The pizza is bland, hardly any topping or sauce. Also, what happened to the Quorn toppings?

Very very disappointed. An hour ago, I ordered pizza with a sticky toffee pudding. BBQ Wings were dried out. After eating the pizza, I opened a uncooked sticky toffee pudding - which had mould all over it. My husband returned this to a welcome of many excuses. When the man went into the freezer to check the other puddings, those had mould too. We both got our money back luckily enough.

A very expensive pizza shop, with poor customer service.

Just came here to buy a pizza, the last time I ordered I was able to pay with card however the gentlemen rudely insisted I couldn't. As I walked out, he asked should he still make it..I replied no of course because there is no atm. He angrily brings out a card machine and throws it on the counter. The customer service is awful but they will do anything for your money. Filthy attitude and workmen, and the pizza is not even that great. Please avoid this shop.

We've been coming here since we were kids probably at least 10 years or more. This place has seriously gone down hill since getting new owners, they don't write the orders down and make mistakes often and don't seem to care when you tell them. Seriously disappointed.

Tasty food good price lovley staff pizza is top on never give you stuff you have not asked for or forgoten to give you the right toppings think this Pizza GoGo is the best i have ever been is and deserve a 4.5 star and i give Sydenham Pizza GoGo a 4.5 star it would be 5 if they turend ot into a restauraunt Wish you the best. I love a good pizza go go... Currently standing outside the shop at 12:23pm and its not open :( tried calling too. What are the correct opening and closing times please!

The food is great but a bit of a long wait

Nice guys but wrong toppings, and didn't give the bbq base as asked... Both pizza's were wrong..... but if it had been right I'd have given 5 stars... very disappointed as it was my sons birthday pizza and we didn't have time to complain...

Nice pizza, I've tried the gogo pizza was delicious with mushrooms fresh vegetables and crispy. I definitely want to buy another and I want to try one different with pepperoni.

First time we bought pizza there, looks nice, however it didn't taste nice, we haven't finished it and I was feeling sick after. So I don't think I ever come back there. Also service wasn't polite.

Very poor service, called to place a order someone answered then I was asked to hold! Five minutes later after hearing everything in the shop still nothing. I've tried calling back but no answer now save to say I will be using Pizza Hut from now on. I wouldn't recommend Pizza go go to any of my friends, rude, poor service!

Deliveries can take a while during weekends an espescially friday nights but thats how it is great pizza higher demmand on a weekend longer wait times> i order during the week an first deelivery was super quick 35mins. worth waiting for staff have always been polite to me on the phone so far but I am also polite to them.

I'm a regular customer I spend money here. I got put on hold for a few minutes.` I feel as if i was being rushed off the phone. I did not like the way i was being spoken to over the phone. I've been totally put off from eating the food just because of the experience when the pizza arrived i asked for super and i got given a smaller size i asked for half BBQ and half tomato i got given full tomato my daughter cannot eat tomato so she had to have toast instead of the pizza she was looking forward to. Better of eating from forest hill pizza hut just up the road. Much more flavours anyway.

After not using Pizza Go Go for a while I thought I'll give them another go. I knew there was a reason I stopped. Went to the wrong address even though I left instructions, swapped some of my items as they run out of stock! Only saving grace is the fact they have offered to send a refund via the driver so I'm wanting on that......

Absolutely terrible service. After waiting over an hour and trying to call the number given numerous times (with no answer). Had to drive there ti find out where order was.the only answer they had was I don't know its with driver. No sorry given. Terrible attitude towards us like they were not interested, quick enough to take money though. Never use them again.

This branch is absolutely ridiculous. Order confirmation received, waited 1h30m and no food. Called to chase up, and they did not answer their phone until 4/5th attempt to be told "sorry, we cancelled it because its too far for us, we have only two drivers". Nobody contacted us, and the website shows "order completed". Guy on the phone couldn't care less.

Order took 2 Hours 18 Mins to arrive. Whilst waiting I called to enquire why and asked for a refund, I was declined saying that there is traffic... I live less than 5 minutes away down one road. Then they hung up on me. Appalling and offensive service. Pizza was nearly cold and was squashed, i'm also sure it was a smaller size too. AVOID. DO NOT USE THIS BRANCH.

This is the worst Pizza GoGo in the Sydenham area please do not buy your pizza's here. The pizza does not always come as advertised and we have had many problems with delivery. They did not even bring our bottle of coke with the order and even after calling them 5 times to remind them still no drink. Avoid them like the plague.

Awful, cold and soggy The manager was about 10 and what a moron refused to refund!!!!!! Ridiculous! You'd be smart to by pass this shitty little shop any issues you won't get any help!!

DO NOT USE!!! Decided to go back here after years at papa John's. Won't make that mistake again. Got the order wrong, promised to change it but would take an hour. Ok so waited, after 1hr 20 they still hadn't turned up, a phone call abs they said they thought we were in bed. Do not use!!!!!

This was the fastest, most efficient and friendly service I have ever received from any pizza outlet. This is now my favorite pizza place of all time. The deals are great and it is such good quality. I love it and would recommend this to anyone who is having a large gathering of people. Such good value for money!
