food was freezing cold. absolutely unacceptable.

food was dripping with grease, the bag was soaked in it and disintegrating as a result. Delivery driver was great, but the time before it was ready for collection at the restaurant kept getting longer and longer. wish I'd cancelled the order.

Soggy cold chips, asked for mainly chicken drumsticks and didn’t even get one! Poor quality

The three original chicken pieces, one drumstick and two wings were small in size. I dont understand why they gave me two of the smallest pieces going, when there are five different pieces to choose from. Plus the drumstick had less chicken. Unhappy.

The free wings were awful. No flavour and over cooked. Never again!

Every time you put all of the food contents, in to a single paper bag. Your sticky tape tears the bag, and the contents fall out of the bag. You also put cold products, in with hot products. PLEASE DON'T MIX THEM TOGETHER!

There was chicken missing from the order (4 pieces), it was over cooked and they’d added other random chicken into the bucket that I hadn’t ordered.

I had a fantastic experience at KFC Forest Hill! The food was delicious and freshly prepared, and the service was prompt and friendly. The staff were attentive and ensured everything was perfect during my visit. The restaurant was clean and welcoming, making it a great place to enjoy a meal. Highly recommend this location for anyone craving some tasty KFC!

The estimated time kept increasing whilst they were preparing my order and the courier was waiting. I tried contacting them but their phone number isn't recognised. The order finally came but was cold.

I sometimes think the cost of the meal is not worth it, for what you get in the meal. The chicken pieces are smaller as well as the gravy pot, you can only just dip the chicken into the pot.

Under normal circumstances, I order only 1 regular Gravy. but on previous orders, I found that 1 regular Gravy wasn't enough. So I decided to order 2, but the Chicken Pieces were smaller than usual this time. Which means I wasted buying a second Gravy pot. I normally expect a side breast, wing and a drumstick, but I got 3 wings this time.

Kids drink missing, a can drink replaced with something I can’t drink as allergic. Chips all half filled and lukewarm. Delivery time was super quick, probably because chips were underdone (binned) and the chicken as crispy as a pillow. driver was fab

Food has not arrived for over 2 hours. We ordered at 7 and it is now 9 with no food. On top of this we are unable to cancel as it is saying its preparing, which it has been for for the 2 hours, and then the delivery time is moved back constantly

Driver took ages just sitting outside of the restaurant after it had changed to "delivering your order" and the burger was burned. Haven't had KFC from Forest Hill before, won't be going back. And honestly not going to use JustEat any more. Their drivers are incompetent and the customer service is so bad. Shocking.

The fact that it took you 2 hours to get 20 yards down the road from kfc and when I went to the shop they refused to give me the food which was sitting there for 2 hours and when I got back within 5 minutes the food had arrived funny. On my recent visit, I came with my son, who has ARFID (Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder), a condition that requires careful attention to food preferences. I kindly requested a simple sauce swap, as the machine did not allow for customization. Unfortunately, two members of staff refused my request and responded in a manner that felt both rude and unwelcoming. It was deeply disheartening to encounter such an unaccommodating attitude, especially when a small adjustment would have made a world of difference for my son. The staff’s approach, particularly under the management of Anusha, left us feeling dismissed and uncomfortable. This experience has deterred us from returning, as we were not provided with the quality of hospitality that we would expect from KFC. I trust that this feedback will be taken seriously, and I hope measures will be taken to improve the customer experience at this location.

The order arrived cold , the chicken appeared dried out and was cold, especially as the Tropicana Orange drink that had obliviously had been in a fridge but placed with the order in the same bag prior to delivery and I assume at some point was hot or even warm had resulted in the bag becoming wet and torn when held!!!
