Order a sharing bucket with six pieces of chicken was given five pieces, also I should have received a large coleslaw but was given a small one

Wrong can of drink was delivered. Extra piece of original chicken was small, around half the normal size. Normally when this happens, I get two small pieces. Wasn't impressed. The rest of the meal was 100% and enjoyable. Thanks

Completely ignored my order not to mention every single item in the bag was cold from the chips to the burger to the wings.

The chips was soaking…not fresh at all…tasted like fried in old oil…but the other food was very good & nice…

On my recent visit, I came with my son, who has ARFID (Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder), a condition that requires careful attention to food preferences. I kindly requested a simple sauce swap, as the machine did not allow for customization. Unfortunately, two members of staff refused my request and responded in a manner that felt both rude and unwelcoming. It was deeply disheartening to encounter such an unaccommodating attitude, especially when a small adjustment would have made a world of difference for my son. The staff’s approach, particularly under the management of Anusha, left us feeling dismissed and uncomfortable. This experience has deterred us from returning, as we were not provided with the quality of hospitality that we would expect from KFC. I trust that this feedback will be taken seriously, and I hope measures will be taken to improve the customer experience at this location.

My food arrived late and it was extremely cold I’m really disappointed with my service

The order arrived cold , the chicken appeared dried out and was cold, especially as the Tropicana Orange drink that had obliviously had been in a fridge but placed with the order in the same bag prior to delivery and I assume at some point was hot or even warm had resulted in the bag becoming wet and torn when held!!!

Just paid for and collected and order to come back home and fine I'm missing my gravy. I even paid extra for sweetcorn which could have replaced the gravy in my trilogy meal. Not the first time this has happened in this branch and I'm not willing to walk all the way back again. You guys need to check what's on your tickets because you're turning into McDonald's! It's not that difficult. I also tried calling you from the number posted on Google but it comes up with invalid number so you need to get that fixed as well!

The food is alright it’s the same KFC quality as in store, good only if you’re hungry. The delivery drivers need some sort of training, every driver so far is incapable of reading a note of “do not ring the bell” seriously need some sort of basic understanding

PLEASE can you remind your riders TO READ THE INSTRUCTIONS for delivery. The rider ignored them and consequently wasted his valuable time in the process.

Driver set the status for delivered without us receiving the food. Had to go outside again to find him, tried to call the number he called us from but didn't connect, several drivers outside on the road then he shouted through the gate it was our order. How were we supposed to know? So rude and unnecessary.

Nice, but chicken seasoning is a little on the salty side

This is one of the best KFC branches I have visited in recent history. Their skill care and attention was second to none. I was presented with a high-standard of customer service and could not help but leave the branch smiling. I will be sure to visit again. Thank you for making our pitstop more enjoyable.

Not good at all. Very few fries which were cold and soggy. Chicken was overcooked and cold. Zinger burger was cold and soggy. Wasn’t a zinger burger at all. One small piece of lettuce and virtually no mayo. Bun was not good either. Will not be ordering from here again.

Poor service from KFC food was not edible. The chicken looked like it was cooked a month ago. Think twice before ordering from here.
