Ordered on Just Eat, they forgot our mayo and gravy :(

Wrong order. cold food delivered with Uber eats!

Food has not arrived for over 2 hours. We ordered at 7 and it is now 9 with no food. On top of this we are unable to cancel as it is saying its preparing, which it has been for for the 2 hours, and then the delivery time is moved back constantly

Driver took ages just sitting outside of the restaurant after it had changed to "delivering your order" and the burger was burned. Haven't had KFC from Forest Hill before, won't be going back. And honestly not going to use JustEat any more. Their drivers are incompetent and the customer service is so bad. Shocking.

Order a sharing bucket with six pieces of chicken was given five pieces, also I should have received a large coleslaw but was given a small one

The fact that it took you 2 hours to get 20 yards down the road from kfc and when I went to the shop they refused to give me the food which was sitting there for 2 hours and when I got back within 5 minutes the food had arrived funny. I think I will not be buying from kfc any more as you and them cannot get your act together

Wrong can of drink was delivered. Extra piece of original chicken was small, around half the normal size. Normally when this happens, I get two small pieces. Wasn't impressed. The rest of the meal was 100% and enjoyable. Thanks

I kindly requested a simple sauce swap, as the machine did not allow for customization. Unfortunately, two members of staff refused my request and responded in a manner that felt both rude and unwelcoming. It was deeply disheartening to encounter such an unaccommodating attitude, especially when a small adjustment would have made a world of difference for my son. The staff’s approach, particularly under the management of Anusha, left us feeling dismissed and uncomfortable. This experience has deterred us from returning, as we were not provided with the quality of hospitality that we would expect from KFC. I trust that this feedback will be taken seriously, and I hope measures will be taken to improve the customer experience at this location.

The order arrived cold , the chicken appeared dried out and was cold, especially as the Tropicana Orange drink that had obliviously had been in a fridge but placed with the order in the same bag prior to delivery and I assume at some point was hot or even warm had resulted in the bag becoming wet and torn when held!!!

The food is alright it’s the same KFC quality as in store, good only if you’re hungry. The delivery drivers need some sort of training, every driver so far is incapable of reading a note of “do not ring the bell” seriously need some sort of basic understanding

Driver set the status for delivered without us receiving the food. Had to go outside again to find him, tried to call the number he called us from but didn't connect, several drivers outside on the road then he shouted through the gate it was our order. How were we supposed to know? So rude and unnecessary.

This is one of the best KFC branches I have visited in recent history. Their skill care and attention was second to none. I was presented with a high-standard of customer service and could not help but leave the branch smiling. I will be sure to visit again. Thank you for making our pitstop more enjoyable.

Not good at all. Very few fries which were cold and soggy. Chicken was overcooked and cold. Zinger burger was cold and soggy. Wasn’t a zinger burger at all. One small piece of lettuce and virtually no mayo. Bun was not good either. Will not be ordering from here again.

Poor service from KFC food was not edible. The chicken looked like it was cooked a month ago. Think twice before ordering from here.

The chips fried in old oil plus chicken was dry. Need to change the oil spoilt the meal. Chips smelt due to been fried in old oil.
