Do not order from here!! Very greasy and tasteless food the only thing that was ok was the rice and that was cold due to late delivery 45 mins. Even my dog turned his nose up at the chicken balls and he's been known to eat his own turds mmm!!! Seriously do not waste your money there are better takeaways the only reason I chose this one was because my preferred place had a 2 hour wait due to 1 driver on. The moral of the story, stick to what you know!!!

Driver was looking in the wrong road. They sent special fried rice not Singapore fried rice however they did send an extra rice and spicy chicken drumsticks which we hadn't ordered. Not impressed.

Good range of high quality Cantonese cooking. We’ve been eating takeaways from here for years. One small point - it’s closed on Tuesdays.

I really liked the food. The chicken fried rice was gorge as was the sweet and sour but the spring rolls were disgusting to be honest

Food was absolutely disgusting didn't even taste like chicken. And the black bean sauce didn't taste like anything. Couldn't even get the prawn crackers right they was chewy and horrible. Dont know how they got 4 stars

arrived in 5/10mins max!!! i loved how they put the 1/2 aromatic duck into two separate containers, already shredded - perfect for sharing, the food was nice and hot :) recommend

It blatantly says free prawn crackers to orders over £10. I never got any even though order was £21, when I phoned they said I received a bottle of coke. But surely if it says orders over £10 get free prawn crackers and order over £20 get a bottle of coke, I should receive both.

Food was 30 mins late , European delivery guy didn't even apologise just rushed to give my food to me. All that waiting and the food was 4 out of 10

The food had a weird taste to it and it took over an hour to be delivered.

Food was pretty oily. The shredded beef container was only filled two thirds of the container. My collection time had to be pushed back by 10 minutes even though I only ordered 3 items.

Unfortunately the lid had broken on the wonton soup, so half the contents were gone and everything was covered in it. It was bland anyway so I didn't even finish the rest. The special chow mein was one of the oddest I have ever had, and was very oily/greasy. The Thai green doesn't even bear thinking about. The prawn crackers were stale and oily. Won't be ordering again.

I was disgusted with the service my order was 20 minutes late and I live 2 minutes away and my food was freezing cold. The attitude from the receptionist answering the phone was dispicable You should never speak to a costumer in such a rude manner and find it acceptable will be making a major complaint never coming here again and will make sure I spread the word about this place with a bad review each time!!!

Food arrived 50 mins late (despite being 5 mins from address) cold and completely inedible. Rice was hard & old, cucumber & onions were dry & again old. Pineapple chunks present in the satay skewers, which after sitting for so long infused the dish so it tasted less satay & more sweet & sour (which we don't like so didn't order) Would not order from this restaurant again or recommend them. Also I had to call restaurant twice to find out where our order was. Very very unsatisfactory, unfortunately I had to give one star for each as there is no option to give zero stars.

I asked for no onions due to allergies yet there was loads do ended up vooking something for my son. The chicken in the curry was not chichen it was slime and chewy it was defo not chicken when compated to tbe chivken in fried rice it was evem more obvious.

I ordered a beef curry which was barely cooked and covered in the sweetest most foul tasting curry sauce which was all lumpy, the chips were over cooked and dry and my egg fried rice was so bland, I put a note asking not to buzz my flat as I had a baby sleeping and it was late and they didn't even bother to acknowledge that and buzzed for ages and then again after 3 seconds waking my baby up distressed, by far the worst Chinese I've ever ordered from il never eat here again and strongly recommend no one else does either poor food and poor service

Standard quality of food you would get at numerous takeaway restaurants. Delivery time was quick. Disappointing that i only received the hot wings as i assumed that ordering £30 of food would include all the offers. Albeit we order takeaway rarely,so this didn't seem to matter much to us.

Service was terrible. Not only was my food delivered over half an hour late, I got a call saying they were outside my door when no one was there. I called the number back and the guy hung up on me. When I called up the restaurant, to find out what had happened, the lady shouted at me saying 'he's outside your door, why aren't you there' while I was stood at my front door. To top it off, the food was not worth the wait. Apart from the satay chicken, that was okay. Moral of the story; not ordering from here again.

Meal was almost inedible. Sweet and sour pork had congealed flour on the outside; pancake rolls smelled rotten; prawn crackers had an odd texture; and they delivered Coke, rather than Diet Coke. Would never order from this restaurant again.

Sorry but I feel the quality of food has gone downhill and it's not as tasty as it used to be.

Lovely food ordered some pancake rolls and some ribs and breaded prawns love that the pancake rolls were lovely and big not piddily small ones like usually get and it came with a sweet chilli dip!! Ribs were lovely and food we got came in reasonable time deffo use these again!

The sauce that was meant to be called "king prawn with cucumber in chilli sauce only had 5 pieces of prawn and it cost £4.90 that's an absolute rip off, not happy with that at all.

AVOID!!!!!! First of all my food arrived 30mins late, we then discovered we were short of one dish. I rang jumbo harbour and the lady said "We can deliver it in half hour or do u just want the dish next time?" Not once did she say sorry or apologize. I then opened my food containers to discover the food was cold and congealed (The takeaway shop is between 1-2 miles away) The food had been heated up and wasn't even fresh, the chicken in the chicken curry was still pink. The food was for myself and my pregnant girlfriend....she ended up just eating prawn crackers whilst I threw the food in the bin and had cheese on toast. NEVER USE THIS RESTERAUNT FOR FOOD. The food and service is an absolute disgrace!!!!!

Took an hour and half to arrive, had to call twice to find out what was going on. We only live 5 mins down the road so no way should of taken that long to deliver we wasn't told they were busy either, won't be using again!

This was shocking. I am not sure if they had a change of management or something but after waiting almost an hour for a relatively simple delivery with a short distance to deliver it, I end up with a totally wrong order. The food I did receive (some of it was correct) was of the worst quality I have had from this take-away, of which I have been ordering for over 10 years. The sesame prawn toast was soggy and tasted like it had been fried in rancid oil. The satay chicken on skewers was so close to being undercooked I felt it only wise to spit it out after a single bite. I didn't order the spring rolls but as they had messed up my order I felt it only appropriate to try and salvage a decent meal. After taking a bite into one of the two spring rolls (the other was crushed and had split all open the bag) I was instantly able to tell that they were off, again stinking of overused, rancid cooking oil. They had sent me no egg-fried rice (as Just-Eat said would be included) so I phoned up as they had also sent me regular Coke instead of Diet. They said that if I wanted the rice I'd have to wait another 45 minutes and then I'd have to pay for it! I said I'm happy to wait but I am not paying and the person on the phone said that there was no alternative because their system doesn't list the rice as part of the meal, and that it was Just Eat's fault. After ordering from this restaurant for such a long time, I'd be inclined to go back because sometimes restaurants do have their 'off-days' but the food was of such worrying quality that I would be inclined to avoid this one again.

Part of my order was missing I called them stright away. After 1 hour still no good called again lady on phone asked someone to cook the dish I said to lady I was told 1 hour ago it would be coming it was now very late. I payed cash for my delivery and they have not reimbursed me or apologised. Not a good experience.
