This is the most delicious and nutritious breakfast in Islington. It was the best consistency hummus with dry tomato I've ever eaten, spicy sausage lovers should definitely try the Mediterranean plate. I would also like to thank the staff for the wonderful service with a smile.

Took my mum to Islington to explore and she wanted pizza as a treat, about to go to our usual Pizza Express and saw this gem and thought why not try something new. Really glad we did. Super fresh ingredients and authentic Napoli style pizza in a modern design and friendly staff. Mum is very picky with she food and she was really happy here. Was around 25 for two pizzas and soft drinks which is far better quality than at any other “high street” pizza joint. Would recommend.

Rubbish experience, i feel like we wasted our money; my coffee wasn't hot, our diet coke was flat (replaced with another flat one) and food took ages to come out but when we asked how much longer, it was brought out straight away...cold, i guess it had been sitting in the kitchen for a while. The toilets made me feel like I needed a bath straight after and felt like i was risking injuring my child shile changing her nappy as the changing facility didn't feel stable.

Great pizza, even better pasta and a Gelato to die for. Excellent and warm service

A Lackluster Culinary Journey at Prezzo Italian Restaurant My recent visit to Prezzo Italian Restaurant left much to be desired. The dishes, claiming to be Italian, were disappointingly basic, tasteless, and served in small portions at exorbitant prices. As someone with an Italian heritage, the authenticity of the cuisine was notably lacking. To add to the culinary letdown, our party was initially informed that there were no burger buns available, proposing a bun-less burger as a substitute. Miraculously, a bun appeared later, raising questions about the kitchen's organization and decision-making process. It would have been preferable for them to 86 the item instead. The presence of an alarming number of flies in the venue further tarnished the experience, with these pests making their way into drink glasses and onto the food. When questioned about this issue, the response was dismissive, merely stating, "we are looking into it." This lack of concern for hygiene is unsettling. However, amidst the mediocrity, the shining light was our waitress, who stood out with warmth, professionalism, and an infectious smile. Unfortunately, her positive attributes couldn't compensate for the overall subpar experience. The charcuterie board, while acceptable, failed to elevate the overall impression of the restaurant. In conclusion, if you're seeking an authentic Italian dining experience, I'd recommend exploring alternative venues. Unless, of course, you're in the mood for a unique encounter with a fly-infested ambiance, a dubious burger saga, and a fleeting smile from a standout waitress at Prezzo Italian Restaurant. Feel free to spot the flies on the barely eaten salad!

I have been twice now. Once with my daughter and then a girlfriend. We were made so welcome and Pearl was an absolutely brilliant Sommelier!! We had fun and learned a lot. The food, wine, service and atmosphere was terrific!

We decided to give another chance to this restaurant after few years break. Sadly nothing has changed, the food is tasteless,bland,unimaginative = complete disappointment. Two visits within few years with zero improvement are enough to never go back. It’s a shame because the service is good and restaurant is cute and cosy. EDIT: Thanks for your reply. My husband and I have been going to Zaffrani for more than 10 years and we always had a great experience. Last time I went with my mother and she loved it as well. The food is so delicious and the the host Jack and his team are absolutely wonderful! Mains, sides and breads - everything we ever tried is excellent. We can't recommend it enough! Velia and Felix
