Food was great as was the service! Very friendly, would eat here again, I went to pay & was hit with a 10% gratuity charge, for a minute I thought I was in the US not the UK. Disappointed with that part of it.

It was difficult to choose from the menu as there so many delicious options and what we finally decided on did not disappoint. The food was fresh and flavoursome, and the service was excellent. Thank you for the extra limoncello! The atmosphere was great, and it was clear that locals eat there - always a good sign.

Our second visit during our trip to London. Good food, good service, and good value. Staff were friendly and attentive. We'd be happy to visit again.

Was eating in the cafe every day this week. Unfortunately the last order i had, the omlette had large bits of egg shell inside the food. Took it back to the cafe and the owners/workers extremely rude and unpleasant swearing and shouting "saying it's egg eat it". I explained I've had just one bite of the omleette and all I had is crunch crunch crunch of a egg shell. Won't be going back (just as the servers requested).

A good place in an interesting location. It felt a bit unpromising on the inside (although I can see other reviews stating a revamp and I did visit last about 18 months ago). Really enjoyed it and it was part of a good crawl through Brentford. Visited again on 21st December 2024 and it hasn't been notably revamped. Table are like those in a Munich beer garden - but much shorter. A couple of handpumps I believe. Still a very nice place.

Inedible. Appalling. Waste of money. I nipped out on my break from work to grab something for dinner, and thought I'd try this place. Foolishly I didn't open the fish and chips until I got back to work, and wasn't able to return and demand a refund. The portion of chips was tiny (£3) - I counted them. There were 22 chips. Not very big, lots of hard tiny, spiky ones. Thoroughly disappointing. The fish was completely inedible - God knows how long it was sitting there, but it was hard, and I was able to snap it like it was made of cheap wood. It had a horrible yellow discolouring under the incredibly hardened batter, and there was about half a forkful of white meat that could be considered fit for human consumption. Worst fish and chips I've ever had, and if i didn't have to remain at work I'd be going right back for a refund. Disgusting. I feel like I've been robbed for £11.50

We celebrated my son’s 30th birthday at Ing Thai on Saturday. The food was great as usual and the service was outstanding. Special thanks to Rose who when out of her way to make us all feel welcome.

The menu and cocktails used to be better. They are still good quality and made well (staff are still great) but I preferred the flavours before.

Good clean and comfortable. Staff made a an omelette for our breakfast with no issues and service with a smile. Plenty of parking and based in a lovely scenic lock area. All staff friendly ☺️
