Food was disgusting. 3rd time I’ve been and all 3 has been terrible. Closest restaurant to the hospital so I had no choice. The lamb kebab is pre cut and warmed up in the microwave, not fresh, taste is disgusting and cold

Great food here at bargain prices. Loved the presentation and variety of the cold mezze appetizer. Grilled fish and chicken was excellent with ample tenderness and not overly salty. Our server was very courteous and generous enough to grant us a baklava dessert. Just be wary that only cash or non-American credit cards are accepted.

An interesting story, I had a voucher 30% off from just Eat, I placed an order for £30 plus delivery, the restaurant literally called me and said that since I have used a voucher they cannot process my order, either it will be full price or they can cancel they order, eventually I got my order cancelled but I am baffled...

I've been here a couple of times and not been disapointed by the taste, quality, quantity or price. All good and fresh with a good choice of meats and salads/vegetable and suace accompaniments. A very warm welcome, and free parking (a real gift in that busy highstreet!) to the side and rear of the buildings; just remenber to validate your free parking on the touch-screen pad inside the shop - you will need to remember your Reg. when you go in. Thank you for your lovely food.

If you like your grilled lamb like it’s been chewed by mother bird to be feed to her young your at the right place. And the chicken burger is from Iceland save your money it’s just mashed up cheap chicken burger straight from the £1 section

The food is fine but the service is unbelievably slow. It takes about half an hour for them just to prepare a wrap! This wasn't an isolated incident either. I've visited a total of three times now and it was awful on each occasion. It's three strikes and you're out. For that reason, I wouldn't consider or recommend using this takeaway any more.

Do not order via Uber Eats from this restaurant. The delivery took super long (not the driving time but the collection time) and the food was very cold. The fat on meat was frozen already. Chips were cold as well. Obviously, the package sit at the counter for a while. It had to be waited at a hot place before the delivery.

Ordered a shawarma and chips! Ended up with a bowel of rice and chicken... The lamb 'shawarma' had a funny odour to it and tasted off. Not impressed with the quality of of the meat....and certainly not impressed with Charcoal Lebnese Grill's definition of a shawarma!

Very good food, a lot of different exciting flavours, good pricing and the reason we come back there whenever we can - an extraordinarily good, always smiling and enthusiastic chef! Love this place and really recommend!

Born & bred Lebanese person, here's my feedback based on my lunch last week; each category rated out of 5 stars: [Hygiene: ✮✮✮✮] Place seems clean and maintained well [Freshness: ✮✮✮] Ingredients mostly fresh. (tomatoes were a bit too soft and mushy so might have been better if they were more fresh) [Authenticity: ✮] This is what lowered the overall average rating for me. If they advertised their cuisine as anything "except" Lebanese i would have turned a blind eye since this is false-advertising. The food (especially Shawarma sandwiches) does not even remotely taste Lebanese or anywhere from the Levant or wider-Arabia for that matter. It tasted more like Turkish or Pakistani variants of Shawarma. The best comparison i can give is if someone takes Chinese noodles and puts ketchup on top and calls it 'Spaghetti Bolognese'. They might look slightly similar in texture but remarkably different. Lebanese shawarma does not use Red Cabbage/Chilli Sauce/Pickled Chili Peppers/red onions - not to even mention the missing ingredients. I've tried to be fair and balanced in my review, others may not in the future. If Arabs or Lebanese people ordered the food you might get a lot of negative feedback. I advise changing the name of either the restaurant or give the dishes different names (e.g. instead of shawarma call it donner wrap) or something similar to avoid disappointed customers.

Very nice place with nice food & crew team. Raisonably priced, well served in large foil take away container. Only 1 constructive criticism: it would be better if your sauces are homemade. Highly recommended....

Great food at a somewhat reasonable price. The chef that makes the best food is named Umar so if you visit ask for him! Clean and Tasty! Be aware that there us minimal seating and food gets cold fast if for delivery. Best restaurant around!

Seriously good food- the best quality meat I have had at any takeaway in a very long time, and perfectly cooked. Definitely quality over quantity; highly recommend.

Excellent and authentic Lebanese grilled food. Keto-friendly, if you don't have a wrap or sweet drinks. Great portion size. My favourite is the freshly cut salad. Prepared on-the-spot with herbs and dressing. Meat & veggies keeps me going for hours. I'll be back, chokran guys!
