A small but cosy restaurant with tasty food and lovely service.

Made a reservation for 17:45, nothing to indicate the place was not open on Google or the website but turned up and the lights were off. Shame as we were really excited to eat there and left us in a bit of a pickle...

We had a really disappointing experience with this restaurant through the Too Good To Go app. We ordered a spinach rice box and a chicken rice box, and according to the app, the restaurant was supposed to open at 1:00 PM. We arrived around 1:30 PM, but despite the sign saying it was open, the doors were locked, and no one was inside. We tried calling, but our calls didn’t go through, and no one answered. Later in the day, we finally got in touch with someone, only to be told that the last pickup was at 8:00 PM—which made no sense given our earlier experience. The lack of communication and misleading information made this an incredibly frustrating situation. Really poor service overall!

Absolutely Terrible Experience – Avoid at All Costs! I booked a table for 20 people for a staff party well in advance, expecting a smooth and enjoyable evening. However, when we arrived, we were shocked to find out that our reservation had been canceled without any notice, and the restaurant had given our table to other customers. To make matters worse, instead of offering an apology or any form of solution, the owner (Parth) was extremely rude and dismissive. There was no attempt to accommodate us or make things right—just an outright refusal to take responsibility. The lack of professionalism and basic customer service was appalling. If you value reliability, respect, and good service, stay far away from this place. They clearly do not care about their customers and operate in a completely unprofessional manner. Would never recommend this place to anyone!

Booked 2 weeks ago, confirmed booked via email using address on webpage, arrived today told they didn't know we were turning up and the chef dosnt start till later. Hopeless avoid

This restautant claims Customer is God in its signage !!! So many gods, more than some religions in south east Asia. On the same glass panel it claims to serve Halal food. The restaurant is in Brentford.

Came back. It's awful. Please clean the toilet. Food is average. Such a shame

Well worth a visit. The food is fantastic.

A hearty welcome as I was the only guest this early Friday evening. I chose a table overlooking the river Brent. Drinks came swiftly and food thereafter underlining that it is freshly cooked. A genuine Kashmiri Lamb with aromatic basmati rice. Garlic coriander naan on the side. I enjoyed the food very much and as I left guests were understandably trickling in for an evening out.

Great food and incredibly fast service. The dishes are very authentic and bursting with flavor. Be aware that some dishes may be spicy, depending on your tolerance. We’ve dined here twice, and both times were excellent experiences. We will definitely return or order delivery

Love a bit of fried chicken and this place offers a lot of it in different ways! Came for my friend's birthday. Good place to go if you fancy a bit of (or a lot of as portions are massive!) Staff were fab and we enjoyed our meal here. Would recommend.

Beautiful location Canal view for a date or catch-up with friends, on london road Brentford , immaculate settings and lively bollywood/fashionable Indian look, but the food is the reason to come. A wide selection of popular Indian lots of curry, curries, small plates and sides, something for everyone. Menu is carefully marked for food allergies, vegan and vegetarian options. Highly recommended

Had banging chicken tikka and lamb Rogan Josh

We had a late lunch experience in this restaurant. The service was very careful and helpful. It's a small restaurant, but it has a very lovely and family business atmosphere. The food is really tasteful, I highly recommend having samosas and Karachi slow-stoved lamb with its delicious souse. The food was one of the best I've ever visited at an Indian restaurant. The price is acceptable due to the quality balance.

Huge list of our mother nation “India” dish’s are available. Food is delicious & Ummey great test. Great full for availability of such nice premises in different country to memorise & enjoy India test.

Taste of this restaurant is awesome and food is amazing. There is lots of different types of Indian dishes available. I visited this restaurant second time and I tasted dessert and mojitos and different punjabi dishes. Service given by staff is good.

Just excellent Food , ambience n service aswell

We recently had dinner at The Zero. We orders the thali which was outstanding value for money. The curry was excellent and vegan options were clearly labelled on the menu. The staff was brilliant, really friendly and smily, and absolutely amazing with the two children who were accompanying us. Will definitely be back and would recommend eating there if in the area. Wishing The Zero a lot of success.

I hv been in UK for 14 yrs. this is poorest food I have experienced. Globally considering it’s a totally No-No. Absolutely tasteless daal, super oily paneer, average Chole. Amazingly same gravy for paneer n chole. Pls don’t order home at least.

The food was very good, and very fresh. Authentic and spicy. The staff is very courteous and friendly, they care about the well-being of their customers. Price-performance ratio was top.

I have eaten in the best Indian restaurants throughout London. Zero delivers fresh Indian flavours like Kashmiri Lamb. Parth and the team have an opportunity to go from good to great! I wish them every success especially as I know how hard they wotk and I am a gratitude man 🙏

The food is very nice and tasty dishes are prepared and the service means that the customer is happy. We have not seen such service anywhere else. We have visited once. It will be a good experience. We will visit again if necessary.

I ordred lamp and chicken biryani it was literally just normal curry mixed with rice my Asian husband confirmed the same and there was no test at all.

Great food. Service lacking a little

We traveled to the UK for a vacation from Los Angeles, CA, and found this gem on our last day. This was by far the most delicious, flavorful, incredible meal we have had on this trip, or perhaps, ever. The service was spectacular. The vibe was lovely. I can't even say how much I recommend this tasty, family friendly, remarkably inexpensive, and savory gem.

Just went for take out naan breads to go with my chickpea curry. Very disappointing, suspect not handmade. Better naan breads in Morrisons - these were inedible (and I can make my way through most breads 🤣)

Cuisines and drinks are fabulous as well as mouth-watering. I felt serene and ambience is mind blowing. On top of it Indian dishes were amazing. They share their helping hands towards us.

Worst oily food I have had… not a god quality..

Was a great experience in here! Lovely interior located near Southall. Food was alright, nothing impressive though. We did get some complimentary mango candy which was nice. The steak was a bit undercooked though when we asked for medium rare it felt like rare. Be prepared as it is a pricey restaurant.

I had a wonderful birthday breakfast at the zero restaurant ! The staff were so helpful and friendly, they made me feel very welcome. The food was absolutely delicious, I loved the egg rice and Kashmiri lamb curry.

Came in as a big group from work. Nice atmosphere in the restaurant, friendly and attentive staff. But limited menu, no pilau rice. Poppadum are small and mint sauce looks like pesto. Chilli paneer and curries are beautiful otherwise.

I visited the zero for dinner with my friends. The food was great. Manav was very good with the service and the place has a lovely ambience. Highly recommend visiting here with friends and family for delicious Indian food.

Waited for over 40 mins to collect a small order. Considering the high prices, the portion size was like kids meal. One of the dishes ordered was chicken handi, very oily and it was nothing like any chicken handi I have ever tasted. Very disappointing!

First thing I ordered veg thali in which they gave me meat samosa and after having one bite I realised it and it bad on me cause we are Jain we don’t eat meat at all: So I would suggest people to check things before eating. The chef who was preparing the thali should be responsible for all this.

Christmas decorations was amazing menu is 10/10. Everyone loved it. The place is beautiful, staff are super friendly and attentive. All in all a really good dinner. Dessert (brownie with ice cream) could have been better though.

Excellent food - delicious prawn curry (not too creamy and well spiced), best biryani have had and also lovely masala chai tea. All beautifully made. The grilled paneer was also delicious.

The ambience was really cozy, and the food was so delicious. I went with my partner and we were craving for good indian food and the place was perfect to satisfy our cravings. Tried vegetarian this time, but next time will order something non vegetarian for sure.

Dine in | Dinner | £70–80 This restaurant recently changed ownership. Since ownership change I called up before attending and they advised that they still have a vegan menu. When we turned up to eat we asked the waiter for a vegan menu and they advised the vegan menu are the ones with a symbol V. The waitress was helping and spotted a lamb dish and said that’s vegan. I asked how is lamb vegan and this is not plant based meat. She said it’s vegan because it has a V next to it. Thus restaurant lied to me on the telephone. Also there are still reviews on here from the last restaurant name which should not be accepted if I had a chance I would give it a zero rating like its name. These are facts although we did not dine in because the waiter’s don’t understand what the concept of dietary requirements with meat dishes marked down as V and when challenged do not understand veganism. They said they said it has a V but is real lamb meat. Not a good experience and the previous ownership was better. Please take your old reviews out as you don’t have anything to do with Holy Spice. In addition you should not be stalking your reviewers what ratings they leave you I only say this as any negative reviews you seem to attack them but it’s honesty and you should concentrate on improvements rather than attack people it’s not good as Holy Spice we’re good we were decided and Trup advisor would remove anything to do with previous ownership and yet you seem to thrive of past ownership many people are disappointed with Zero Restaurant given out awful experience and lied to us on the telephone . Reviews people leave else where no matter what rating are independent from your restaurant and you should me more professional than attack people reviews nothing to do with your restaurant

Yesterday I visited rarely catched Indian restaurant in brentford area . I ordered chicken jalfrezi .I tried this dish at so many places but want to give this dish 10/10 . Freshly maded dish and taste was awesome. Definitely this dish will take me back. Well done and wellcome in our neighbourhood.

Limited menu, a number of dishes you would expect to be on the menu in an Indian were not there plus no vegetable side dishes and pilau rice. We started with a beer (small bottle served with a large glass tankard), then poppadoms (small ones straight out of a packet of supermarket snacks), onion barges ok (served with strange green mint sauce), main chicken courses good but served with stodgy plain white rice. Throughout our time there a piecing noise then went off once a minute (like when a smoke detector needs new batteries) VERY ANNOYING.

Must try if you’re looking for a homie Indian restaurant in the area + really good food at reasonable prices.

Food was great, highly recommended. Didn’t have to wait to get seated. Ambience was good as well.
