they liar ! please dont order online they take your order and close and i spoke to manger and showed him photos still didnt get my food back after .... and i have photos and emails ! the manger afzal mahmood after i showed him the prove that i was there on time he ignored my email when i asked him if i can get my order day after !

Recommended by my sister and so glad we took her advice. The food was delicious and served quickly. We had the hot starters which came with a lovely salad on the side then chicken kebab. All delicious. We’ll be back

While wandering the area, my wife and I decided to stop in for some refreshment. The staff was very friendly and we had pastries and coffee here. Everything was delicious and the people there, customers and staff alike, tried their hardest to make us feel welcome. Prices are good too. The owner even sent us out with a couple of extra free pastries, which were delicious too. Highly recommended

Burgers of all kinds. I chose "steak" and I think they mince their own steak here! Generous size, delicious, all kinds of sauces. Only drawbacks: no serviette, and the chairs are too low for the tables. If you're disabled, this makes using a knife and fork very difficult. Restaurateurs please note!

We waited for over an hour to get a table so assumed it was so popular for a good reason. The food was not that great, very expensive for what it was, waiters kept forgetting to bring order. Menu was handwritten on the board and almost unreadable. There is NO toilet in this place. I really don’t understand all the queueing.

A few days ago I visited this cafe with a friend. A Japanese male staff member behaved so rudely to us (he ignored us when we entered, did not understand English at all, kept an abrupt and rude attitude overall etc). So I messaged them later about our bad experience through Instagram, in a fairly polite manner. They got back to me two days later, but it just said 'Haha, You are wrong, but I see no benefit to explain that to you.' That clearly shows I am not wrong... I do not recommend this place to anyone. There are many excellent Japanese cafes in London, such as Tsujiri and WA cafe, where the service is decent and the food is much better too. 日本人の男性スタッフの対応が驚くほどひどく、イギリス人の友人も私も気分を害したのでその旨、インスタ経由でメッセージを送ったところ、数日後に「w 了解です。誤解ですがメリットがないので説明はしません」と返事が来て驚きました。もちろんお勧めしません。ティーカップが私の分も友人の分も欠けていたのも気になりました。

Loved this place! Fresh, tasty food, lovely ambience and owners were really helpful and friendly. Menu was limited but something for everyone. Pork perfectly cooked and vegan dish was perfect.

Esta fue la segunda comida horrible que tuve esta tarde en Kingsland Road. No creí que te equivocaras con una tortilla, pero me equivoqué. Pedí una tortilla de queso y champiñones que viene con una ensalada. La ensalada se ahogó en crema para ensaladas o algún tipo de crema. Cuando mencioné esto el tipo que servía dijo que lo sentía, pero a mí no me pareció importarle un carajo. No podía saborear el queso en la tortilla que en sí era una textura extraña y tenía un montón de hongos en la sartén. Buena taza de té de menta buena calidad bolsa de té, pero eso fue todo. Dejé la mayor parte de la comida. Tenía hambre y terminé recibiendo un sándwich y una bolsa de patatas fritas en el Tesco de camino.

I wonder how this pub feels they are helping young and older women feel safe by displaying pornographic images of women in the men’s toilets. It seems incredibly irresponsible and culturally completely out of step in 2023. Displaying photographs of semi naked men in the women’s toilet does not balance the offence. You can do better than this.

Conocí a un amigo de Londres para el desayuno mientras estábamos de visita en Londres. Ambiente agradable y personal atento. El café era bueno y el menú / elección era excelente. Parecía ser popular entre las familias y los lugareños un sábado por la mañana. Lo único negativo fue que la papilla que, aunque sabía bien con manzana y canela, era como lava derretida y me quemó la garganta y el pecho! ¡Quizás hacer la papilla y dejarla enfriar ligeramente antes de servir o advertir al cliente que está sobrecalentada! De lo contrario, sin duda volvería y recomendaría.

Sadly this iconic pub did nothing but disappoint.Our evening started badly as the table we’d booked outside in the garden on a balmy Indian summer evening was filthy: engrained dirt and sticky. Unfortunately none of the staff felt like doing anything about it but kindly provided me with some spray and blue paper roll so I could attempt clean it myself. In fact, the staff were signally disinterested in anything very much and clearly had not graduated from charm school or, perhaps, were just hating every second of their job. Our food was dumped in front of us by an equally charmless waitress and napkins turned out to be none existent. Our request for another light on the table so we could see what we were eating was met with a blunt, one syllable response. Another water wsaid he would see what he could do, failed to reappear. Regardless, we enjoyed each other’s company, however we declined to pay the pre-added service charge on the grounds that this was something we had not received.
