Comida fenomenal, servicio atento y un ambiente encantador. Los platos eran auténticos y súper sabrosos. Si quieres comida italiana increíble, cocinada perfectamente con sabores encantadores, este es el lugar. ¡Volveré!

This establishment is less of a café and more of a platform for the owner to impose their confused and erratic views. I visited twice with my girlfriend for a simple chat, and on both occasions, we were told we couldn’t stay for more than 1.5 hours. Additionally, I was accused of “using the place as an office” just because I had an open sketchbook with me. The person behind the counter exhibits a passive-aggressive attitude, claiming it’s her place and that she has the right to ask anyone to leave at her discretion. This behavior is far from what I consider normal. I strongly advise avoiding this place. As a rhetorical question: shouldn’t there be some psychological screening for people in public-facing roles? It doesn’t seem appropriate for individuals who clearly lack stability to be interacting with the community. P.S. I’ve noticed that others have shared similar experiences in their reviews, only to be met with defensive and manipulative replies from the owner. For instance, my girlfriend wrote a review about our experience, and the owner responded with false claims, suggesting we stayed for 4 hours. This is simply not true—on both visits, we were there for between 1.5 to just under 2 hours, a fact we specifically noted because of the unwarranted confrontation. This is not just poor service; it’s a scam, and the person responsible is lying.

This was our third visit to La Bibliotheque. The restaurant is a very welcome addition to the area and is deserving of its excellent reviews. It’s romantic and beautifully decorated, and the atmosphere is relaxed. The quality of the food on each occasion was really excellent, with dishes cleverly put together in terms of taste and texture. It is difficult to resist filling up on their truly delicious bread and flavoured butter at the start of the meal. On the three occasions we have visited there was no dish we didn’t enjoy,but the highlights on each occasion were the desserts, from a stunning beetroot cake with yoghurt to the incredible Tunworth ice cream with truffle and balsamic vinegar. Customer service really matters to this restaurant, and no review would be complete without mentioning Charlotte, who is a real gem and who looked after us brilliantly. We very much look forward to our next visit.

Estábamos pasando de camino al teatro cuando nos detuvimos en Yummys para tomar un café. Este fue definitivamente uno de los mejores cafés que ambos hemos probado en Londres. Miramos el menú y otro cliente del Caribe desciende altamente recomendado el Jerk Chicken. Como soy parcial a las Indias Occidentales, pedí el Jerk Chicken que venía con todos los extras adicionales. Tenía un gran sabor y bastante picante sin ser nivrr la parte superior. Mi compañero pidió una envoltura de falafel que fue excelente. Las pociones eran más que suficientes: llevé la mitad de la envoltura a casa y la comí para la cena. Jason y Darron, los propietarios, no podrían haber sido más amables y conversaron sobre la historia de las tiendas. El proyecto de ley fue sorprendentemente económico y definitivamente lo visitaremos pronto.

It is a real pleasure for me to tell you about my fantastic and positive surprise in eating at @themidyeci ... I spent a beautiful evening among the smiles, kindness, attention and skill of the guys of this Turkish restaurant, famous for its stuffed mussels but which also made me meet other flavours that I fell in love with for all the emotions given to my palate. Their secret? The great PASSION in the preparation of the different dishes and the absolute FRESHNESS of the products, mussels are bought every morning and ... believe me ... you will immediately notice! Surely their mussels stuffed with rice are their specialty and ... believe me ... they are absolutely NOT to be missed: try the natural ones, the spicy ones, the ones with shrimps... but don't forget to order the other dishes too because they are one better than the other, accompanying everything with an excellent Turkish beer that won’t disappoint you!

Café de la mañana, té de la tarde, aperitivos por la noche y grandes eventos. Hemos estado en exposiciones de arte y noches de música en vivo aquí. Cantantes y músicos locales se unieron para apoyar al grupo que estaba tocando. El vino de la casa era precioso. Elegante decoración sencilla y un pequeño patio. Loo espacioso también! Cerca de la salida de Dalston. Aparcamiento detrás de los fontaneros. Un montón de autobuses te llevan allí.

This is a great little shop with fabulous organic veggies, flowers, coffee and cake. There is some really gorgeous organic meat in the fridge. Love it

Nice service and brilliant atmosphere

You would expect a £4 pain au chocolat to at least be fresh and not from yesterday?

Consistently high standard of food, matched with great service and the place always has a good atmosphere.

Nice enough pub to sit in or out of in the garden, but service incredibly slow - 45mins for our food to arrive, and when it did hardly generous (and on the verge of stingy) for the price - £26 for a maybe 200g steak, chips and I think 3 lettuce leaves and a single(!) slice of radish and one sliver of onion (of course, no dressing). Drinks also over priced, and still had the cheek to add 12.5% service. A single ladies toilet that was in a state. Will not be returning.

Thank you Waterhouse for an exceptional lunchtime experience. Warm welcome, clean tables and immaculately turned out staff at the front of house and in the kitchen. I wanted to support a community beneficial and independent establishment so that’s two boxes ticked! I wasn’t expecting it to be much more than a canteen with clean but chaotic service. How wrong I was! Professional and excellent service from the moment we walked in, delicious lemonade flavoured drinks with organic and additive free ingredients, best coffee I’ve tasted in a long time, nicely presented and well cooked curry (could have been a bit spicier for my taste but I appreciate it needs to suit all tastes not just mine!) with rice and a homemade nan, sticky warm chocolate brownie with ice cream and change from £25 for two of us having lunch. You’d pay more than that for Starbucks lunch for two and none of the profit benefits the community! Anyway thank you Waterhouse Restaurant. Spectacular location, lovely staff and clean wholesome surroundings.

Unser erster Abend in London war ein Volltreffer. Wir saßen direkt am Kanal (im Lokal ist es eher kühl und sehr laut) und genossen ein tolles 8 Gang Tasting Menu. Sehr vielfältig & sehr lecker! Wir würden definitiv wieder kommen!
