The best restaurants in West End City of London, Westminster London

We visited the Newman arms after work this week. The staff were absolutely brilliant and so friendly. Martin looked after us when we arrived and showed us to our table that we booked upstairs. Tom was super informative and told us about the beer that was locally brewed in Walthamstow and Mike was very friendly. Would defo recommend this pub and will be coming back again after work! X

Très très en dessous de ce que b ai connu. Black cod à peine mangeable baignant dans la crème, purée froide, service très désagréable et approximatif. Le tout hors de prix.

Mi segunda visita aquí. Me encanta, ya que estoy fascinado y encantado por la historia del lugar. El café es sin duda de alta calidad. La experiencia del café es solo ligeramente decepcionante. Un café muy pequeño se sirve casi lo suficientemente caliente (sé que esto es probablemente deliberado para no restar sabor, pero siempre es un poco decepcionante no poder demorarse y tener que beberlo de una sola vez). Aunque la decoración de la cafetería es preciosa, se sentía un poco sucio y sin cuidado. El servicio no era particularmente amable, simplemente bien. No había pasteles en exhibición, solo un pastel solitario que parecía como si hubiera estado allí desde el día anterior. Por los precios premium, y la excelencia del café y la marca en sí, sería genial si el servicio y la limpieza fueran de primera categoría, pero solo se decepciona un poco. Sin duda seguiré regresando, ya que hay algo único en el lugar, con la esperanza de que pueda realizar su gran potencial y estar a la altura de su maravillosa historia.

Terrible customer treat , very slow for a black filter coffe when the shop is empty , I don’t seee the reason why, I used to work in pret so I know how easy is to give a good service to people , very simple job , just need a bit of attitude

After booking Dom’s Front Room months ago, we turned up at the Langham tonight only to find that Dom finished his residency early. The Langham didn’t make much of an effort to inform us, even when I phoned to confirm the booking today. Really disappointed by the service and not what you’d expect from a hotel like The Langham. 👎🏾

Esta fue la primera y última vez que iré a Fadiga, todo sobre la comida fue totalmente abrumador El menú es muy difícil de leer y confuso y no coincide con lo que hay en el sitio web La porción de pan de focaccia por £ 6 era una broma y de muy mala calidad, el entrante y el principal eran tan ricos y casi no comestibles y en cuanto al tiramisú el peor que he tenido, , amargo sabor casi quemado, ¿por qué meterse con un clásico? La botella de vino que pedimos no estaba lo suficientemente fría, decepcionante y en absoluto lo que esperábamos después de leer las críticas

Visited this restaurant to celebrate my husband's birthday and the service was impressive. We were attended to by Andre who was very friendly and we were impressed with the excellent customer service. We will return on a regular to enjoy the scrumptious food served here.

Dined here as guests - very impressed - unpretentious and relaxed atmosphere - friendly staff - good menu. What more can anyone ask for.

Beautifully decorated with an underwater theme - I’m sure it would’ve looked even more incredible in the evening with lights. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. And the food is delicious with good variety. We didn’t get a chance to try the cocktails but they looked great, hopefully we’ll be back to give them ago.

Reading the other reviews here, it seems that this is a Marmite establishment - you either love it or you hate it. We loved it! The place is quirky and stylish, and has a lovely vibe. The food was great … everything was very well cooked and delicious, as you would expect for such a limited menu. The wine list was not overly priced, which meant that we splashed out on a couple of decent bottles. Our evening was completed by our wonderfully attentive, friendly and efficient host, whose name I think was Karelina. We’ll definitely be back.

He tenido la suerte de visitar Century Club en Londres regularmente como invitado de miembros, y tengo que decir que es uno de los clubes privados más impresionantes que he experimentado en la ciudad. Do you like background music when you go to a cafe? I do and a friendly hubbub but loud, intrusive music no. How can you relax when there is a loud radio pumping out ‘80’s hits through a distorted speaker? Tone it down Artfix or at least play ‘proper’ music at a reasonable volume! Good coffee though!
