Visited this restaurant to celebrate my husband's birthday and the service was impressive. We were attended to by Andre who was very friendly and we were impressed with the excellent customer service. We will return on a regular to enjoy the scrumptious food served here.

I had such a good time here on Friday, we ran a little late arriving and they were really lovely about re jigging to accommodate us. The atmosphere was great and we were recommended some brilliant drinks to match our tastes, I went for a spicy sensei something (I forget the name) it was perfect. You'd be hard pressed to order wrong here, I tried the parmigiana chicken and waffles and I loved it, my friend went for the seitan which I tried and I'd happily chomp that if I didn't eat chicken. We were served by a few really friendly faces who's names I've forgotten sadly, but I do remember James, who was charming and alot of fun with really good knowledge of the menu. I saw only happy faces among the customers and staff. I genuinely cannot wait to go back.

We arrived on a sunday and we were promptly seated. Restaurant does not allow bookings unless 6 people or more. The cocktail menu is exciting and I think these prices are reasonable based on the variety, theme and central London location. I ordered the purple drank which was nice. The service was prompt and pleasant with the waitress being very friendly. We ordered the chicken, biscuits and mash n gravy combo. It came in a bucket - this was quite nice, chicken wasn't overcooked or too greasy and neither were the biscuits. For some reason, I expected more for the money I paid however I would suggest people give this place a try - arriving on a more quieter day. Nothing spectacular but nice ambience.

While shopping on Oxford Street we decided to go here for lunch , what a good surprise, food was delicious, served up well and all prepared with love . All the staff were friendly and helpful , would definitely recommend anyone who wants some seriously good US style chicken to get here

I came last week for a visit, I’d heard good things about sweet chick, but was hesitant due to past experiences of chicken and waffle, which were all boring. This place is good, the food is filling and tasty. The best part of the experience was Andre and Keziah, they were great hosts, attentive, pleasant and all around good people! I LOVE great customer service, it changes everything.

Really disappointed with our first experience here. Service was ok not great at all. Having spent over £100.00p here we came away feeling really disappointed. I emailed the company my compliant, no one got back to us. We were really excited to eat here considering the positive reviews given. Sad to say we wont be going back.

The food at Sweet Chick was amazing... their signature chicken and waffles were so tasty, but the warm biscuits were definitrly my favourite. The staff were warm friendly and chatty, and gave excellent customer service. I will definitely visit again

Sweet chick is the best place to go if you fancy chicken and waffles. They are unbelievably good! The service is excellent as well. I want to specially mention Andre who was extremely kind and made sure we were enjoying our evening in sweet chick. Will definetely be back!

We visited Sweet chick on a whim and were pleasantly surprised! The food is delicious - full of flavour and not overpowering. We had the sliders and mac and cheese between us to start and that was more than enough. I was too full to eat anymore but my partner got the chicken and waffle main which he had to take home in the end! The Bellinis were delightful and James who served us was a dream. He was super friendly - and not in the ask you if everything is ok when your mouth is full kind - and the crowning jewel was when he took our plates away because he realised they weren’t 100% clean. That level of service is what has guaranteed we’ll come back again. Thanks James.

Decided to finally try this place and was not disappointed. Opted for the fried chicken and waffles, which was huge. Chicken was cooked to perfection, just not as hot as it claimed.

Amazing restaurant, nicely tucked away off Oxford Street enough that you can forget about the craziness of the city. Best thing about this place is the atmosphere! The music, the staff, the vibe, its all so welcoming you know you’ll have a good night from the off. The bar staff are super knowledgeable and clearly love their craft. Food was just the cherry on top of the whole experience! You’d be silly to miss out on this place!

The whole restaurant gives off the vibes of being in a traditional New York style chicken and waffle house. Was immediately greeted by some very warm and welcoming staff. The music was an excellent choice as it made the vibe so much more chill which I always personally search for. I was served by Keziah who was absolutely lovely, she gave me the complete rundown of the menu. as it was my first time eating there I took the advice of Keziah as what to order and she made sure that there I was well catered for. Service was quick and the food was incredible. There was a lot of care taken into account with regards to the service and hospitality of it all. I could not recommend this place enough.

Some things are best enjoyed in situ. We‘ve been to Sweet Chick in NYC several times and love it so were excited to hear they were opening in London. We went this weekend - disappointed. Chicken was overcooked to the point of being dry, the special beer was Heineken and it all felt a bit chain restaurant. Won’t put us going back to Sweet Chick in New York but wouldn’t rush back to London branch.

The atmosphere in here really set the mood. The staff were lovely and knew their stuff. The food was absolutely amazing. I got the apple & cinnamon waffles with the chicken, while my partner got the classic waffles with the chicken. Both were really enjoyed and I cannot say it enough that this is the best chicken and waffles ever!!! The chicken was so succulent so unreal. The mac and cheese was also really good but may get a bit sickening after a whole plate of chicken and waffles. The cocktails are also lush and have loads of alcohol in them, be careful lol.

I love chicken & waffles combo and had it quite a few times at different places, including Sweet Chick in NYC, however this one fell short. Cocktails - are strong which I like but full of seeds and pulp from fruits so we were constantly spitting bits out. We sampled a few including the same ones more than once but they tasted different each time! Food - I found the chicken was really dry and needed sauce to make it more enjoyable. The biscuits were salty although warm and soft in the centre which was great for the butter. I’m told the waffles were good though. Service - this was the biggest let down. The staff were in a good mood but so slow at responding to requests. They weren’t in uniform so you couldn’t tell who to ask for help. It felt a bit all over the place in terms of service and although it was nice to see them enjoy themselves at work it did seem to lack organisation. We literally watched people clock off from their shift on the restaurant floor and run out. There was a fire alarm mid service and although customers were looking around wondering whether to leave or not- the staff didn’t seem bothered and were carrying on as if they couldn’t hear anything! No reassurance to customers at all. We asked to split the bill at the end and the waitress charged the full amount to 1 card, hesitated when she realised but then walked off. I didn’t have the heart to say anything given the overall experience but it just summed the whole night up. Music - my favourite part but way too loud! It sounded like a club more than a restaurant and at one point it was so loud nobody could hear anything including staff to customers so someone had to run and turn it down. Overall it wasn’t great value for money. Given what they charge and quality being served you can get better deals elsewhere. If it had a separate lounge/ dance area I would have stayed or would consider coming back just for that! This place has loads of potential and I really hope they improve soon but I personally wouldn’t recommend it.
