Food is fresh, our waitress Karen is super nice , We felt very welcomed.

This place is perfect. The service even better. ALEX from Greece is the BEST waiter and friend we have there in the Mayfair branch 🙏🙏🙏

i always enjoy the food here everything is good quality and delicious and the service is excellent specifically tonight alex was serving our table and he was extremely polit very nice and kind to my child and smile wouldnt leave his face all in all service was 10 out of 10

A bit disappointing. I've had much better burgers at places like Honest Burger. I ask for pink but it was dry, no moisture. I couldn't be bothered to complain as I was with a friend. The restaurant is in a very chilled part of London. The venue is well laid out and comfortable. It's a relaxed place. The service from Valarie (sorry if I got the spelling wrong!) was excellent. He cares for the guests. I hope Valarie gets a management role soon - if that is what he wants. His colleague, who explained the menu, sounded like a robot and his accent was strong so I couldn't hear him clearly. Overall, I won't go back. I'll choose Honest Burger or similar burger place. But not Lobster & Burger.

We walked-in for late lunch. We kindly offered a lovely table with time limit as it was a Saturday and we didn't have a reservation. The food…as always delicious! We ordered burgers with a mix of beef & lobster. Our server, Alexandros, was absolutely amazing! He made suggestions and really looked after us with the appropriate level of friendliness. He definitely elevated our experience at Burger & Lobster Mayfair! We will be back soon.

Food quality was so-so and not impressive. The portion was very small compared to other branches. Main dishes did not come with fries. You have to pay extra for them. Overall, it was overrated.

Mayra delighted me and my husband 11 years wedding anniversary with lovely service. And the crème brûlée is underestimate since lobster and burger are too famous there.

Always love coming here on my break from work. Milan, Karen and Andrea are such a welcome sight. Lovely food and drinks and amazing service. My favourite dishes have got to be the wagyu and cheese croquettes and the lobster roll (with the spicy sauce 🤌). I do miss the lobster linguine from the old menu - so creamy and to die for!

This place is absolutely gorgeous, and the service is top-notch! The bartender, Dritan, is a real gem. He’s so polite and professional, and he really went above and beyond to make sure I had a great time. He was able to read my mind and create the perfect cocktail for me-real asset to the company.
