One of the best burgers I had in my life. I saw this place accidentally, but it looked nice and decided to give it a try. Not disappointed at all. If you want to have a very delicious burger, look no more - this is the place. Staff is very nice and friendly. We were even asked if we have any food allergies - something that never happened to me.

This was our first time visiting this venue and from the moment we entered we were greeted with a warm welcome and shown to our table. At this point our server, Lorand, arrived and his infectious passion for his role quickly led us to getting in the great cocktails and oysters on offer between 3pm and 6pm! He was so friendly and his demeanour makes you actually want to interact with him because he is both professional and efficient yet friendly and genuinely nice and you feel like you are a VIP with him. The cocktails were incredible, oysters were a great starter, the burgers were sensational, and it was a great first dining experience with Burger & Lobster. We stopped in before going to see a show at the Royal Albert Hall but we will definitely be back to soak up more of their charm and sophistication at great prices. I personally spoke to the manager to further cement my positivity and Lorand is a definitely a huge asset to the team. Keep up the great winning formula and we look forward to our next visit

Absolutely delicious food, recommend sharing a burger and lobster roll if you're in a pair / couple, the restaurant staff offer to cut each in half for us so it made it easier to share! Lobster roll was amazing

Lorand has been amazing the whole night!! His positively sassy attitude was so entertaining and his kindness was certainly noticed!! His recommendations were brilliant, making our dinner a fantastic experience!! I hope you give him extra service charge or even a raise because he certainly deserves it!! Really enjoyed my experience here. First time I've had a burger and lobster. Didn't really know what to do, but I was greeted with a chap called Lorand, who was really, really helpful. Helped us pick what the best meals were based on our tastes, and also when the meal actually came, helped us break open the lobster and talked to us about the delicate flavours that complement the different sauces. I think I would have struggled without such an experienced waiter. So it was really, really nice to be served by someone who really knows what he's doing. Really, really highly recommend this place. Absolutely brilliant.

The lobster is very fresh and delicious, but it is very expensive at £38. A normal lobster drink costs more than £10 for a cup. I feel hungry again after a few hours after eating... There are also lobster bread, lobster croquettes, and pasta. They are all delicious too

Came here in September 2023 with a good friend for dinner. We was seen straight away but told it was a 20 min wait which we returned back. We was helped with our menu choices and then recommended some of the favourites which didn’t disappoint. Although we had a few drunk guys beside us which wasn’t pleasant the waitress was able to accommodate us and even offered us a free desert due to the drunk customers. Apart from that this was a good place to go for a meal and would certainly have come here again after enjoying the experience that evening.

Both the burger and the lobster were delicious. The burger was juicy and had a rich taste. The truffle-flavored fries were also the best. We had a great time with the kindness of our server, Dieselda.

Burger and Lobster is definitely worth a visit! We got the 'Combo for 2' which has the perfect portion size. You get to try the lobster roll, the burger and a whole lobster. My personal favourite was the lobster roll and the lobster sauce. They also had a special polaroid event for valentines day which was a nice touch.

Our waiter Milan was the best during this whole trip we had in London. He was elegant, witty, attentive and caring, quick, offered bespoke recommendations and made jokes! Defo made the whole experience even more pleasant. Despite being Valentines Day with a full restaurant, Milan was everywhere and there for you ready to help. The food was top so all the compliments to the chef. Quantity was really good for the price. And overall vibes and music made the experience complete. We’d defo come back to this Burger and Lobster and when Milan is around!
