Burger & Lobster in City of London, Westminster

Vinimos aquí por recomendación. Cocina muy débil. El servicio está bien, pero tienes que pagar por ello. No es una opción. Chef es débil también. La hamburguesa no está salada ni salpicada. La sal y la pimienta también están ausentes en la mesa. No, definitivamente deberían cambiar algo aquí.

Por favor evite este restaurante si tiene alergia. Al reservar noté que había un miembro del grupo que tenía alergia a los frutos secos. Durante el pedido de comida, le dije a la camarera que un miembro del grupo tenía alergia a los frutos secos. Comimos los entrantes y luego nos informaron que el plato contenía cacahuetes. Esto es simplemente inaceptable y demuestra que el personal no está capacitado en alergias. Su incompetencia del más alto nivel y demostraba una falta de atención a sus clientes. Arruinamos completamente la comida y tuvimos que hacer un viaje a la farmacia más cercana para asegurarnos de que no había problemas de salud. Been here several times before and the food was decent. Came here for dinner again this evening expecting the same level of quality but was sorely disappointed — all of the dishes (burger, lobster, roll etc) were served cold. The three of us were seated in a cramped space despite there being plenty of other empty tables the entire time we were there. And while we were aware that we only had 1.5 hours to dine, somehow we were the only ones told to return the table as soon as possible, out of rows of other tables of 2 or 3 people who arrived earlier than we did. Could definitely get better value for money elsewhere with the price paid.

I received praise from many people, the lobster roll is the most famous and the taste is shocking!!!! It's like a very cold crab stuffed with a sandwich Caesars salad tastes like the sea! Full of sardines as you can see in the pictures The burger is less, less, less than normal I asked the waitress to replace the fries with the burger for truffle fries, and she came back and confirmed this and brought them to me individually. Then I ordered food and the waitress looked surprised She brought my boxes and packed them over my head!!! The service! The taste was a shock. On top of that, I paid 81 pounds for someone to go and be astonished as I was...

Food was actually surprisingly poor. They gave us stuff that didn't match the menu. It wasn't that tasty. And they tried to sell us cocktails when we didn't want them. Very very average. No offence.

Burgerlicious from start to finish

We enjoyed the food and service was great. One little comment, our chips were mostly small pieces of an inch long. If they were the end of the bag, maybe you shouldn’t have cooked and served them. Otherwise everything was fantastic.

Whilst staying in Mayfair recently, we were looking for some takeaway for dinner. Went into Burger & Lobster enquiring re takeaway. Was greeted by a lovely staff member who said yes, provided the menu, took the order and offered for me to sit at the bar to wait. Whilst at the bar, was offered a drink by another lovely staff member. Order was ready in about 10 minutes. Burgers were really delicious and good quality. Highly recommend!

Burger with bones!!!! The worst burger that i have ever eaten in my life!!! We found bones in our burger chicken and above of that they charged us 15,5% tip for an awful smelly chicken! Unacceptable! I definitely don’t recommend it no one!!!!

The front of house was very rude and didn’t make any sense, was condescending and not very helpful at all

I’ve been here a few times before, this was the best time we’ve been and I didn’t think it could be topped! The lobster croquettes were beautiful, the lobster and burger combo was so delicious, best meal we had in London! Thanks to Nuna our server who was lovely too!

Trust me tourists (coming from one herself). Have a day where you plan to do all the London touristic things in this area (the palace, the park and etc) but start off your day here. Grab a lobster roll to go and have it as you go! Messy? For sure. Worth it in the core streets of London? Yes - possibly better than sitting inside. Just dont miss out on the butter they give you on the side- even though I did not let it go to waste and the fries were great with it too.

I tried this restaurant following a friend's recommendation. We were welcomed in a pleasant way by the room manager (an Italian boy). The place looks very good. I tried the lobster roll and personally liked it a lot. I'll be back.

La comida era agradable, sin embargo, las dos mujeres (1 detrás de la barra y otra sirviendo) fueron sorprendidos en el acto riéndose de mí, siendo chicas malas, dando miradas sucias y simplemente siendo miembros del personal de mierda. No volveré a esta sucursal de nuevo y no recomendaré esta sucursal a nadie. Me gustaría compartir mi experiencia de este lugar en mi plataforma de redes sociales y advertir a otros, para que no se queden sintiendo como yo era. Visité el sábado alrededor de las 2: 30 pm, para que pueda identificar a los miembros del personal que trabajan.

it was one of the most frustrating experiences I've had in a long time. My partner and I arrived and were looking forward to a nice evening out, but things quickly took a turn for the worse. When we asked if we could sit at a table that was clearly available, the waiter informed us that it is for four people. We were only two, but we were told we couldn’t sit there. I found this odd since the restaurant was not busy at all. We waited patiently and decided to take a seat at a smaller table instead. just two minutes later, a couple arrived and were seated at the very table we had been denied! It felt incredibly disrespectful and made us question the restaurant’s policies and their treatment of customers. It was clear that our request was dismissed without any valid reason, and it left a sour taste in our mouths. Overall, the lack of respect for customers and inconsistent seating policies are major red flags for me. I won’t be returning to this testaurant, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant dining experience. Save your time and money; there are plenty of other places that value their customers!

Stopped in here after visiting Buckingham Palace. The service was fast and efficient and the atmosphere warm and inviting. The lobster croquettes were particularly delicious and our waitress Mayra was wonderful. Also had delicious drinks!

Food is really excellent and if you are lucky enough to be served by Milan he will treat you like a queen and recommend the best specials

The hamburger was delicious. Lobster is small so there is not much to eat. Service was good. The staff did a good job. But it's too expensive.

The taste is wonderful, clean and fresh, all cafes and restaurants actually give napkins with the seed!

Very basic English pub, nothing fancy. I ordered Ceasar salad and they brought me a big one. It was tasteless though and costed £20!! Can you imagine eating a crappy salad for this price? I do salads at home almost daily and good one takes the following ingredients: fresh vegetables, seeds, greens and micro greens, olive oil, vinegar (0% sugar), a bit of salt, perhaps some fruits. The salad wasn't like that at all despite having chicken in it (it was meh as well)

The atmosphere of the restaurant is excellent, and my orders were lobster balls, a beef burger that comes with fries, and a lobster sandwich (the filling comes cold), but the taste is excellent for those who accept a cold sandwich.

Without reservation, you will receive the 😑 treatment Either you sit at the bar or at the tables Eating is nothing to say 👍🏼

I always enjoy dining at Burger and Lobster! The food is consistently excellent, and the lobster croquettes are a must—crisp on the outside, rich and flavorful inside, I never miss ordering them. I usually go for one of the larger lobsters, which always arrives perfectly cooked. Paired with their lemon and garlic butter, it’s a treat, but if you’re feeling adventurous, you need to try the Holy Fu*k garlic butter. It’s bold, garlicky, and has a fantastic kick! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great lobster experience

Bel locale di una catena con varie locations dove abbiamo trovato posto in un gruppo numeroso. Hamburger e piatti a base di aragosta, tra i quali un buonissimo Lobster roll accompagnato da altrettanto buone patatine. Buono ed abbondante anche la catalana di aragosta. Servizio molto easy e solerte con tap water a volontà. Tip inclusa automaticamente in un conto già abbastanza importante.

Great place, lovely staff and the lobster roll is incredible. The garlic butter for the roll, and the skinny fries are a must try. The staff are all good vibes and personable. I’d recommend the Pistol Punch cocktail to start and the macchiato to finish!

There were three of us there. Great restaurant, no star cuisine, but also acceptable in terms of price. Of course we took the lobster. Was delicious! But the real hit was the fries! We can all agree that these were the best we've ever eaten and that's saying something when you mention something as mundane as the fries. Properly salted, slim and the crispiness is on point.

Miko was a fantastic waiter and I was so impressed with his service. We are very grateful.

Me and my 12 friends decided to attend Burger and Lobster, all I can say is we were quite simply amazed with the service and of one man in particular, Miko. Señora que nos atendió fue maravilloso, muy amable y sintió que hizo ese esfuerzo adicional con nosotros (que es raro en Londres). El servicio era brillante, langosta y hamburguesa era delicioso. I had an exceptional experience at Burger and Lobster in Mayfair, thanks to the outstanding service from Lorand. He was attentive, friendly, and made sure our meal was perfect from start to finish. The lobster roll was incredibly fresh and bursting with flavor, while the burger was juicy and cooked to perfection. The chips were crispy and a great accompaniment to the meal. We recently visited Burger & Lobster for Lobster Day, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish! The food was fantastic—our lobster was perfectly cooked and juicy, and the portion sizes were very reasonable. The oysters were incredibly fresh, and the croquette was out of this world—crisp on the outside and melt-in-your-mouth delicious on the inside. To top it off, our waitress Karen was exceptional. She was attentive, welcoming, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. Her warmth and professionalism really enhanced our dining experience.
