Veggie Pret in City of London, Westminster

Terrible customer treat , very slow for a black filter coffe when the shop is empty , I don’t seee the reason why, I used to work in pret so I know how easy is to give a good service to people , very simple job , just need a bit of attitude

Went for breakfast, a few nice sandwiches and breakfast pots on offer but the best thing for me was the vegan bakery. 3 types of vegan croissants (plain, chocolate and almond) and a fruit pastry. Will definitely be back when we’re next in London.

Very good concept. Quality of food & coffee is fantastic. Slightly unclean in downstairs seating area and they do not offer a customer toilet which is illegal for a cafe with more than 10 seats. They have around 100 seats…

Visited today, lots of eggless mayo baguettes on shelf, when I felt them through the packaging, the bread was hard, even though it was the morning, and I presume they were freshly made. I managed to find 2 out of the many, that were ok. On opening, I discovered the filling to be greatly reduced, I had some cheese with me, and added this to the baguette, to make it more satisfying. I make a special journey to this branch, and am always very satisfied with my purchase. I am very disappointed, and will definitely not return.

Nice little place off the main road. Nearby Carnaby Street but away from the noise. Relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff and great for a quick bite to eat. No toilets though, so a bit disappointing if you are thinking of staying a while. Great for lunch, a snack, or a coffee.

I came here because I cannot find anything else open at Christmas apart from markets... and I really not like to eat from outside shops. Anyway this my first time at a Pret, even though I saw them in London when I lived there everywhere. I was very pleased with the service, and the place is so clean, which is important to me. The options were very nice and I could decide six or seven things... at the end I got the mushroom hoisin wrap and it was sensational. The coffee was some of the best one that I had in Manchester. At the end I was very happy, and it was not at all expensive. I will come back for sure.

I wish they would change more Prets into veggie ones. There are so many options and they are all so delicious! I would say the only downside is that the space is a bit small and it feels constantly crammed, but apart from that great!

So great- i had a vegan ragu wrap and it was everything i needed-hope more of these pop up around london- NEED OAT MILK- preferably free not 40p...

Stumbled upon this pret when wandering around Soho and was very excited over it! (I’m not from London so have only read about veggie pret’s online!) Even after a busy day there were still so many options (I’d say around half were Vegan too). There was no table space which was a downside, but I also won’t complain about this because it’s nice seeing this store being successful.

Get lunch here most days in the area... selection is good for veggies and decent for vegan and staff are very quick and friendly.

I popped in minutes before closure ad they still had a couple things left. I went for a flat bread wrap with artichokes, it was delicious.

Lovely friendly staff who really look after their customers. Paid for my meals for me and 5 kids and the really kind gentleman insisted on the additional snacks and drinks were free! Nice big space with many different seating options for big families with wheelchair/ pushchair access. Fresh healthy food as always, and quality that you can rely on. Not 5 star only as their tap water service area had really dirty looking plastic glasses that were proably cloudy due to the material but it did not look the best for a food outlet.

Was very excited to come here and try out all the vegan options, but sadly we had a very disappointing experience. Although it’s fantastic to see Pret becoming more veggie friendly, we found that the majority of the foods the day we came catered for vegetarians and not for vegans. I was really excited to try the new mac and cheese but they’d run out, and they didn’t have the vegan brownie either. I was really surprised that in a Veggie Pret of all places they only had one vegan sweet treat (a rather revolting coconut bar) and all the vegan sandwich options were very bland, with few protein options. I ended up with an avo and olive baguette which was not great as it had virtually no avocado in it. Such a shame!

I went to look for this Pret when I was recently in London and I wasn't disappointed. Great choice, fresh food, great service and the best thing was - it was packed out with people all enjoying meat free.

Just stopped off for a morning snack before a busy day ahead. Had a lovely cup of filter coffee & Halloumi, pepper & basil toastie. Do a lovely section of Veggie and Vegan foods. Not over priced, staff polite and clean. Well use again 😊

As a vegan, it's so nice being able to go into a sandwich chain with more than one tired falafel and hummus option. I really hope that Pret open more of these as the choice and variety of sandwiches and salads is great.

We popped in for some food early evening before a show and the shelves were still well-stocked. We shared a salad with hummus and a bean wrap. Both were really fresh, tasty and filling. Highly recommended!

Visited veggie Pret in Great Eastern street, London as I was staying overnight in London and hadn't had any supper. Ended up having a delicious meal. The staff were fab, very friendly and helpful and the food great. I would without a doubt return. Thanks
