The service was great, very attentive without being overbearing. The food however was not as great as my previous visits. I always get the fish with chips and the fish had a different flavor than anytime that I have eaten it before. It wasn’t inedible, but I would not order it again. However, the service and atmosphere are wonderful.
No worse than any other pizza joint. All claim Naples authenticity, but what we get are bland, soft, undercooked soupy pies. As one review had it “pillowy” meant as a compliment.
San Marzano tomatoes in juice make for a watery mess with no herbs and no taste. London needs to get out of the fake Napoli deal and start offering some variety like NY style, deep dish, New Haven, Rome pizza Al taglio, etc. and for god’s sake, add some FLAVOR!
Horribles donuts.
NO COMPRAR.
I wanted to eat before watching the ballet, so I made a reservation at a restaurant inside the opera house.
I couldn't get a reservation at the place I wanted, so I decided to come here.

There was an elderly Indian male staff member at the entrance of the Opera House, and when I asked him where the restaurant was, he was very curt.
What I found very strange when I was in London was that white people were nice to me, but other races were not so nice to me. It's the opposite of the US.
I wonder why.
Well, the restaurant is on the third floor.
It has a great view and a contemporary feel.
The first person to take care of me was a young female staff member.
However, midway through, the staff changed to men.
The table was passed through, but it was wobbly, probably because the floor wasn't straight or the legs of the table weren't even.
When I looked down, I saw that the paper that had been pinned to the table leg had come loose.
I mentioned this to the male staff member, but he was busy and I ended up having to eat at the wobbly table for a while.
I had reserved a two-course meal.
It was delicious, but it didn't leave an impression on me at all.
The male staff were nice, but
Considering the price, I feel like it's too casual. (about $200)
We went for Japanese afternoon tea. The food was excellent, with so many delicious little dishes, both savoury and sweet. The Japanese black tea was lovely and so was the matcha tea to finish. The service was very good and they were very attentive. Highly recommended. We will be back for more.

A great place to kick back and chill with friends. Great vibes and you can still chat. The cocktail menu is interesting and reasonably priced for a nice place in central London. The staff were attentive and friendly.

Great place staff are always friendly and welcoming. Had breakfast here Saturday. This was my second time going, and certainly won't be the last. Even if you just fancy a coffee and a pastry, they do a good offer. The coffee is part of the reason I keep going back.
