The restaurant is a gem of Covent Garden area, located in centre of London with a charming ambiance, offers a delightful culinary journey. The staff were attentive and genuinely warm. We had the best coffee art made by Diana. This restaurant is well worth a visit.

The Margaritas were great, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. However, I was disappointed with the food—it got cold really quickly. I prefer hard shell tacos, and I wish they had guac and melted cheese.

The food was really good. Chicken and beef burgers, burrata and another chicken breast dish I forgot the name.

Great food, Great vibe, Great service, Very very flavourful tacos. Be ready for the bill, the price vs the quantity ordered was slightly disproportionate.

I very much enjoyed the beef and marrowbone pie (although I was expecting veg and potatoes with it - I probably didn't read the menu description closely enough). A very tasty dish. I took the marrowbone home as a gift for Maximus, my Husky/Shepherd cross and this met with his approval! The service was friendly and efficient too. I am not often in London but will head for the Pivot again next time I'm in this area.

We had a work lunch booked in the private dining area for 14 people. The team were very supportive of our specific requirements, professional and friendly. The food was delicious! The room was cosy with a great British vibe and has an amazing view, which was great to showcase to our international colleagues.

Took my partner for Sunday roast, ordered a tea which arrived Luke warm at best and only filled just over the half way mark had to ask for milk, ordered soup which took 20 mins to come, that wasn't to bad.ordered 2 roast dinners for £32 pound each,waited another 35 mins for it to arrive then it was given to the wrong table,we had to say to the people that was ours.they then brought us cutlery and left it on the edge of table in a box and walked off, when we started eating our dinner it was stone cold and plate's were cold,looked like it had being sitting around for a while before it came out then we had to ask for the gravy, don't know what the carrot was about it was raw and looked like it was quickly roasted,and then having to pay £90 for this was an insult,we complained to a member of staff about it,and he said sorry then hoped to see us again???I eat at alot of places and don't normally complain cause I don't expect perfection but this has to be one of my worst experiences with food and service, your website states great chefs and great food,but if you're place can't get a simple hot roast dinner right,some serious things need looking into.

Fabulous porridge & friendly, attentive staff.

We sat outside and enjoyed the ambience around Covent Garden. The pizzas were delicious and the staff (Alex) were very friendly and helpful.

Very nice atmosphere, the food was delicious and was served beautifully, the staff was very nice and accommodating🤩 We came at 10 am on a Sunday. And even though they were just about to close the breakfast menu, they let us dine there all alone 🥰.

Really quirky collection of three places hidden in the Covent Garden square. Staff are really friendly! Been a couple of times and always well looked after.

Love this place , they have quite a lot tea option available, service is great I really loved avocado toast with poached egg was perfect. Really enjoyed.

I went there for a quite expensive NY party and it was a terrible experience, not worth the money. Food, atmosphere, organisation etc - issues everywhere. I’ve been trying to reach them but got no response.

Very unpleasant experience. I came into this store with my child and I witnessed two young females, who looked too young to work in the first place, exchanging and showing pornographic content on eachothers phones. The owners should take action accordingly!

Bought an oat latte from here and paid £5.06 for it. It was the most expensive cup of coffee I’ve ever had and it wasn’t even that good. Without asking what size I wanted, the barista gave me a small one to start with and I had to ask for a larger one. Not buying a massively overpriced coffee from there again. Also, my name isn’t Paul.

Well done to the waiters and runners for good service , Saw the manager having a goal at them in-front of me and my girlfriend wasn’t cute at all. Food would’ve came faster once again manager called the person that was going to get my food for me and made it come late. Terrible.

Amazing experience in Pivot, great food, incredible service and good value

Hygiene of restaurant quite poor and poor management staff are treated quite badly there.

This restaurant is lucky to be even having a minuscule of my time as I write this review. The Chefs seem to think that they are Gordon Ramsay's genetical offspring (all I heard in the background was swearing and insults). And I am pretty sure I saw a rat running around like it was Ratatouille. That was enough to make me leave instantly. If I could give it minus 5 stars I would. It just seemed completely shambolic from the mere 3 minutes I stepped inside for. I do not recommend if you are trying to pay for the ‘luxurious’ service and quality that they advertise. I do not recommend to anyone quite frankly.

Amazing food, cocktails and service!! We came as a large group and booked out one of the rooms for a workshop, followed by an incredible meal in their downstairs bar/private function room, which was fantastic. Highly recommend 🍸 🍴

Never in my life have I experienced such appalling service. We were greeted by a disgruntled lady who couldn’t be bothered to take our order, let alone provide menus. Rude demeanour, hot beer and overpriced food. The cherry on the top was the audacity in adding a service surcharge to the bill. Sorry but you might have to actually provide a service to be rewarded for it.

We were served without any smiles and sluggishly, although there were not many customers. The fish was overcooked, as were the vegetables. We will never visit again and will not recommend it to anyone . Lilly's table 107 on 30th of April.

Had the Sunday roast here at Pivot, the restaurant on the first floor, and can honestly say it's the best I've had in years. Aside from the food itself the ambience was great and views across the piazza in Covent Garden are spectacular.

Love the concept of different venues in one place, great location in the heart of Covent Garden - can't wait to come back soon!

We just tried the cafe, it was great. Nice coffee, cosy place and friendly people. There is more to try, definitely will be back.

For the cafe: One of Covent garden's ubiquitous "curated" coffee places, pleasant but lacking in personality. But why is it necessary to have uncomfortable high stools instead of chairs, especially when the coffee is this pricey?

Stunning food in all 3 restaurants. All very different but all just incredible. The drinks are absolutely world class. This is such a special house and I feel very fortunate to have dined in all of the restaurants. What a wonderful addition to Covent Garden. I will be a regular here!
