Great place if you want to work.

Impressive building housing theatre, cinema, cafe, bar. We came for The Seagull with Cate Blanchett which was amazing and I don't think you'd get a bad view of stage anywhere it's set out so well. Airy and with very comfortable seating

Second time in a couple of months I ask for a pastry + unlimited drinks, and it's the second time they tell me, oh, we ran out of pastries (except plain croissants). I'm sorry, what's point of having a deal that you routinely cannot sell?

They do their own sausage rolls which is a little guilty pleasure with a coffee. Great coffee. Friendly staff. Good for meetups with friends.

I nice place to be and spend your free time

I really like the Barbican. This review is specifically about their order from table service in the cafe. At each table they’ve provided a QR code to scan and order from. I decided to place an order. Unfortunately I was waiting for 15-20 minutes for a chai latte and a sausage roll. The later wasn’t available because they hadn’t updated their database. I would have been less annoyed, if they had commented/apologized about everything being delayed. They acted as if everything was normal, even though I saw how quickly they gave other customers their orders. It was a weird experience.

Noisy, busy but enjoy coffee & cake there. A lot of hot & cold food available.

Gents loo floor needed cleaning.

Working people with lap tops took all the seats

Overpriced, undersized portions, poor service. I ordered an ice-cream - one scoop for £3.75. It was tiny - really just half a scoop. I questioned the server, who just shrugged and laughed at me. Condescending and unpleasant. And what a rip off. They should be ashamed.

Rude unhelpful staff. I live in the Barbican and they have an attitude problem in this place. Such a wasted opportunity.

Great spot for a drink before a movie or coffee in the morning before work when I try to put my thoughts in order, but the staff are often grumpy. Don't they get any customer service training from Benugo Head office?

Какой раз была в Лондоне и всё равно захожу в это место. Здесь очень уютно и комфортно, атмосфера спокойная и тихая, лишь музыка и разговоры на фоне слышны. Можно прийти туда и позаниматься, а ещё вдобавок выпить чашечку кофе с вкусняшкой 🌟 Бариста и все, кто работает в кафешке просто прелесть Очень добрый и милый персонал. ❤️ Спасибо:) Есть уборные, много кабинок, которые ещё хорошо убраны.

Great atmosphere and great proces for Central London. The cheapest, but great coffe, I've had in London.

It's starting to feel very disorganised. Lots of students with their laptops taking up all the space. Long queues at the bar that seemed to be understaffed while there were many other members of staff seemingly wondering about aimlessly. Just not a very pleasant experience this time.

Virtually empty and a mouse stalked the area. Told staff, who seemed suitably concerned and quietly tried to find it but damage done. No discount for the rodent identifying either. Won't be going again.

Prompt counter service, comforatble seating in a relaxed setting. Cinema 3 was also comfortable and modern.

Great place to chill for a few hours with your laptop. Good coffee & baked treats too courtesy of Benugo Café.

Was looking for an "Internet café" in this area and, whilst this venue did not appear in a Google maps search, it fitted the bill perfectly! Good coffee and a comfortable workspace with excellent WiFi - great if you need a temporary place to work from.

Good place for coffee. Decent loos. Good place to meet people or hold small meetings. Occasionally very busy before a filming.

We got together with on of the meetup groups. Had a really nice time during the conversations. Cozy and quiet place. Recommended.

Great cosy place to work and meet

I had an incredible sandwich here. Toasted ciabatta with meat and cheese (can't remember what varieties exactly!) and mustard mayo. The bread was just the right amount of chewy - soft, relative to some ciabatta - and the ingredients were lush. One of the best sandwiches I've ever had! And the latte was good. Plus it's close to the awesome Barbican centre. Limited offering of course but what I had was lovely. Houmous, falafel and pitta bread sharing platter was tempting too. Nice environment and a good place to chill out and have a chat.

Nice cafe with good hot chocolate. Could have a wider range of alcoholic beverages though.

Staff are friendly, food and coffee is fine, nothing special. The tables are not organised in a spacious way so often have to squeeze in and out of people when it's busy. Worst thing is the fact that you can't get steady internet on the mobile - fustrating as WiFi should be offered if our own mobile data doesn't work
